This is an example of the method, not a real job. Suppose a family seals 12 cartons themselves (CP01–CP12) and the crew packs 6 more (MP01–MP06). That is 18 outer cartons. A sofa (S1) and a bed (B1, listed by its components) are separate large items, listed on their own lines and not counted again inside any carton.

Ask for two complete quotes for the same goods: one with the crew packing everything and one with mixed packing. Compare the totals line by line. Mixed packing does not automatically save money, and a percentage saving is not something to assume.

Checking the count at Vadodara
