The count is one item in three packages, and parts T1, T2 and T3 make up the three. If T3 is missing at delivery, the record says so, and the table cannot be reassembled until it is found.

Does a lower price include the fragile pieces?
Check whether the estimate actually names the glass top, mirror or cabinet you showed at assessment. Compare its protection, component count, carrying route and assembly with the other offer. A general BHK price or a vehicle-only rate does not tell you that those tasks have been priced. Ask what changes if the packed piece will not fit the lift or the stopping point is farther from the door.
