What moves a quote up or down
- The inventory, including bulky furniture, appliances and fragile pieces.
- The packing level: crew-packed, partly self-packed or crated items.

Few items, a 1RK or a small load

What a Written Quote Should Mark as Included or Extra
A lower figure can simply leave out lines that appear later. Packing, loading, line-haul, unloading and agreed furniture assembly form the clear base of the quote, and unloading should not appear again as a second charge. Ask for every other line below to be marked included, extra or not applicable in writing.

East Coast Dry-Loading Plan for Chennai to Bhubaneswar Moves
This is a plan to agree with your mover before loading. It is a customer-agreed handling plan, not a promise that goods stay dry in every condition.
1. Read warnings by date, validity and place

Both sides should confirm the new plan in writing before the vehicle approaches the gate. A late arrival may mean a next-morning unload and an assessed holding cost, so settle that before dispatch rather than at the gate.
Photos and arrival updates
A pre-dispatch photo of dry sealed cartons with the item ID list, and a dated arrival update, are things to ask for and agree before booking. They are not automatic on every move, and they do not include live tracking. The outer carton count does not verify what is inside closed cartons.
