Outer carton counts and visible condition show the outside of a carton. They do not prove what is inside, so contents are checked when you unpack.

If the first gate is closed

Suppose the Mandideep gate (Gate A) is closed or nobody is present. The crew should not quietly reroute. They call the authorised person, then you and the crew reassess the drop order, the permissions at the home end, the cost and the slot. A revised order is used only after the home appointment, the operator, the route and the extra cost are confirmed as feasible and approved.

A backup receiver can be named only if their gate, lift and crew availability actually allow it. Otherwise the options are a new slot or, if needed, a permitted, assessed secure holding with an operator. Its custody rate, exit and redelivery terms must be agreed before you agree to it. It is not automatically free or always possible. Nothing on the worksheet should authorise an unattended drop.
