House shifting in Narsingi can involve a lift flat, a villa or furniture spread across several floors of one home. Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers (ALPM) plans the packing and carrying from the actual pieces, both entrances and the rooms where they will be placed.
Indicative local household starting guides are ₹5,500 for a 1 BHK, ₹8,500 for a 2 BHK and ₹12,500 for a 3 BHK. Larger homes, villas and selected-item moves are assessed individually. The inventory, stairs or lift, packing choices and distance to the vehicle determine the quote.
Send both full addresses, the floor-wise list and photos of large furniture and the carrying path. We arrange household, office, shop, packing and selected vehicle moves, with a scope you can compare before booking. Our published registered office is at Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad.

Local Shifting Charges in Narsingi
These are starting guides for moving a household within Hyderabad from Narsingi. They are indicative scoped estimates, not fixed tariffs. The figure you receive is confirmed once we know your inventory, the floors at both ends and where the vehicle can stand.
Home size
Starting guide
What usually moves the quote up
1BHK
₹5,500
Heavier furniture, floors without a lift, and extra packing of the kitchen and fragile items
2BHK
₹8,500
More rooms of furniture, appliances that need preparing, and a longer carry to the vehicle
3BHK
₹12,500
Items spread over several levels, large wardrobes and beds that must be taken apart, and packing of the whole home
A 4BHK or larger home, a villa and a few-item move do not have a starting guide on this page. We assess each one from the inventory and the access before giving a figure.
What the base quote covers
The full-service household guide assumes the following agreed scope, stated once, so you can see the whole job in one place: packing labour and materials, loading, road transport, unloading, and any furniture dismantling and reassembly we have agreed for named pieces. Self-packed and transport-only jobs are quoted for their narrower scope. Unpacking and placement at the new home are separate decisions, so we agree how far they go before you confirm, for example whether boxes are opened and where each large piece is set down.
GST appears as its own line on the quote, and its treatment is whatever applies to your actual booking. We do not quote a blanket percentage. Any other work we assess, such as an unusually long carry or an awkward piece, is marked on the quote as included, as an extra amount, or as not applicable. We do not add an automatic stairs or fragile-item fee, and nothing already inside the base charge is charged a second time.
What changes the figure
The volume and weight of the inventory, including loft items, balcony furniture and storage rooms.
The number of floors at pickup and delivery, and whether there is a lift or only a staircase.
How close the vehicle can stand to the entrance.
How much packing you want us to do and how much is already boxed.
Dismantling and reassembly of beds, wardrobes, modular units and similar pieces.
The distance between the two homes, and the date and time slot you need.
A 3BHK in a lift building and a 3BHK spread over several levels of one house can carry the same label and need very different handling. We price the access and the inventory, not only the label, and the next sections explain how.
Moving Services We Offer in Narsingi
ALPM plans each Narsingi move around what is being moved and how it reaches the vehicle. This is the scope we quote for.
Household shifting
1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and larger homes, whether the home is an apartment, an independent house or a house built over several levels. Packing, loading, transport, unloading and unpacking can be booked together or separately, and the quote says which.
Office and shop shifting
Desks, chairs, storage, files, computers and shop fittings, planned around the working hours and access conditions of the premises. Guide figures and the questions we ask are in the office section below.
Few items and part-load moves
A bed and wardrobe for a relative, a refrigerator and washing machine, a few boxes for a student room, or the pieces left over after a larger move do not need a full household service. We quote from your item list and photos, so the household starting guides above do not apply. Send the pickup and drop addresses with floors and lift details, say whether any piece needs dismantling, and tell us whether the boxes are already packed and whether the new place can receive the goods on the same day.
Two terms are worth knowing. A part-load is a portion of shared vehicle capacity, so it is not a third way of moving. Transport-only means we cover the road leg and nothing else. It is a narrower scope, and the quote then states who loads, who unloads and who carries at each end.
Packing, loading, unloading and unpacking
Room-by-room packing with labels, loading in a sequence that suits the unloading, and unpacking at the new home when you book it. Details are in the packing section below.
Furniture and appliance handling
Beds, wardrobes, dining sets, modular units, refrigerators and washing machines are checked for what can be taken apart, how each will travel and where it will be placed.
Holding goods, assessed case by case
If your move-out and move-in dates do not meet, holding can be assessed. We look at the volume, the expected duration and how the goods will be retrieved. Nothing is assumed, and the terms are written into the booking. What to expect in writing is listed in the records section near the end of this page.
Bike and car moves
A vehicle is booked as its own job with its own date, pickup point and condition record. Route guides for selected routes are in the bike and car section.
Bachelor rooms, PGs and selected belongings
Mark what is yours and what stays in a shared home. List the bed, desk, appliances and cartons you want moved, with the floor and receiving access for each end. Name an authorised pickup contact if you cannot be there. A smaller load still needs furniture fit and a safe carrying plan; choose the vehicle and helpers from the items rather than a room label.
Rental handover and setting up the new home
Share when the old keys must be returned and when the new property can receive goods. For a larger home, discuss whether packing beforehand fits those dates and leaves your essentials usable. Photograph existing marks for the handover. Agree placement, furniture refitting and the rooms to unpack; keep first-night necessities and original documents with you.
House Shifting in Narsingi: A 3 BHK Flat Versus a Multilevel Home
Narsingi has apartment buildings with lifts and shared service areas, and it also has independent and multilevel homes. So the label 3BHK does not tell us what the carry looks like. Neither type is automatically simpler. A lift flat can be held up by a small cabin or a booked slot, and a multilevel house can have a generous, straight staircase. The actual path and the actual items decide.
Question
Apartment move
Multilevel home move
Where items start
On one floor of a building
Spread across two or more levels of the same home
Route to the vehicle
Corridor, lift or stairs, building entrance, then parking
Internal staircase, landings, doors, then the front gate or lane
Large pieces
Usually limited by the lift cabin and door width
Usually limited by staircase turns and door frames
Main time driver
Lift use, security checks and the distance to the vehicle
Number of carries between levels and any dismantling needed
What we ask you for
Floor, lift availability, building conditions, parking position
Which items are on which level, staircase photos, gate or lane details
An illustration, not an actual ALPM job
Picture two properties with a similar inventory: a three-door wardrobe, a king bed, a refrigerator, a six-seat dining table and a sofa set. Property A is a flat reached by a lift. Property B is a house over three levels, with bedrooms upstairs and living areas below.
In A, the questions are the lift cabin and the building's moving window. The wardrobe may fit the cabin upright, or it may need to come apart, or it may not fit the cabin even in panels. In B, the questions are the stair turn and the landing. A wide, straight staircase may take the bed whole, while a tight turn may stop it. Either property could turn out to be the harder job.
We do not take anything apart just because a certain type of home is involved. A piece is dismantled only when its design allows it and its owner agrees, and a piece whose fit or weight is unknown is assessed first. This illustration is not a real job, a price or an invoice.
Furniture Shifting from Upstairs: Check Every Floor and Stair Turn
For any home with more than one level, or a lift or staircase that looks tight, we build a carry plan with you before we quote. It needs no drawings. Photos, measurements and a short list start the assessment; a visit or additional checks may be needed where fit or weight is uncertain.
List the large pieces on each level: beds, wardrobes, sofas, dining tables, refrigerators and washing machines. Note which are upstairs.
Photograph the staircase from the bottom and from the top, including turns, landings and low ceilings, along with the doors the pieces must pass through.
Record packed width, height and depth for large pieces and separated panels where applicable, alongside door openings, lift-cabin dimensions and stair turns and landings at both ends.
Tell us which pieces can be taken apart and which are fixed.
Tell us where the vehicle can stand and what your building or association has told you about timings and lift use.
Say where each large piece should go at the new home, and on which floor, so it is set down once instead of being carried twice.
A short register for each large piece
For the pieces that matter, we keep a compact record. You can fill it in from your phone notes, and we use it to follow each piece from where it starts to where it ends up.
Field
What to note
Source floor
The level or floor the piece starts on
Parent item ID
A short tag, such as W1 for a wardrobe, so panels and fittings stay linked to their parent
Physical package count
How many packages the piece becomes once packed or dismantled
Packed size and known weight
Width, height and depth as packed, and weight only where it is known from a label or the maker
Internal doors, stair turns, landings
The narrowest door and any turn or landing on the way down
Lift usable load
Cabin width, height and depth, and the load the building allows, if there is a lift
Ground path and gate
The route from the building door or house gate to where the vehicle stands
Standing point
Proposed stopping point; the operator assesses lawful, feasible access, with any private-property permission confirmed
Receiving floor and room
Where the piece is to be set down at the new place
Checking the fit at both ends
We compare two things: the fully packed piece, and the separated panels where the piece can be taken apart. Width, height and depth go against the door opening, the lift cabin and the stair turn and landing, at pickup and again at delivery. A piece that leaves one building easily can still be stopped by the receiving staircase. A smaller truck does not fix a stair turn, because the problem sits inside the building, not on the road. If a fit or a weight is unknown, we ask for photos or a video call to assess it instead of guessing.
Taking pieces apart, and what not to try yourself
A piece is dismantled only when its design permits it and its owner agrees. Panels are protected and labelled, fittings go into a bag marked with the parent item ID, and we do not use tape or adhesive on a finished surface. Fixed built-in units need a qualified release and a handling assessment, so please do not try to remove them yourself. Please never lower or lift a piece over a balcony or terrace on your own. If a route looks unsafe or too tight for a piece, we tell you before the move day and talk through the options.
If a piece will not make the route
Before loading, there are three options: a workable, permitted alternative handled by a qualified operator, a new slot, or leaving the piece out of the move. You choose. After the goods are loaded, a piece that cannot be received at the other end is not abandoned or dropped from the move. It goes to a later slot you accept, or to confirmed holding with the terms written down, as described in the records section.
Narsingi Village, Alkapuri Township or Manchirevula: Give the Full Address
Narsingi addresses are written in many ways. You may see names such as Narsingi Village, Alkapuri Township, the Narsingi to Puppalaguda Main Road, Manchirevula, Narsingi–Langer House Main Road or Narsingi Rotary-I. These help us orient ourselves, but a name on its own does not tell a driver where the vehicle will stand. If either end of your move uses a locality name other than Narsingi, give us the actual address as written in your lease, sale papers or delivery notes, and we will not treat two names as the same place.
For each end of the move, please send:
The colony and plot number, or the building name and tower.
The goods or service entrance, if it is different from the main gate.
The PIN code.
A map pin showing exactly where the vehicle can stand.
For an apartment, the floor, whether there is a lift, and where the vehicle can park.
For an independent house, the gate, the lane as you see it and any slope or steps at the entrance.
Please ask your building or association what it requires for move-in and move-out, including timings and lift use. These differ from building to building, so we ask you to confirm them instead of assuming a rule.
Door to gate matters, even on a short drive
A short road distance can still hide a long job. Staircases, landings, a lift queue or a long internal walk to the gate all add carries. That is why we ask about the levels inside the property as well as the distance between the two addresses. For an office or shop, give the premises address, the floor, the working hours and who can grant access.
Society permission and the service lift
Ask your facility office about moving notice, owner approval or any NOC process, a goods gate pass, a lift reservation, protective covering and any deposit. Give the actual permitted hours at both properties. A Sunday, morning or evening move depends on the property rules and the crew and vehicle calendar for that booking.
When the approach is restricted
Send a photo of the last turn and the proposed loading point, including the path from the gate. If the assigned vehicle cannot reach it, compare a permitted longer carry with a suitable smaller-vehicle leg. Confirm each stage, operator, handling crew, package count and total amount before accepting the plan. A main road is not automatically a place where a goods vehicle can wait.
Local Shifting from Narsingi to Gachibowli, Kokapet and Across Hyderabad
Use the two goods-entry pins for the actual road journey. A nearby destination may still need several floor carries, while another home may have straightforward access. The local starting guides are an initial budget, with the final quote based on the full inventory, travel and both properties.
Receiving plans for local moves from Narsingi
Destination
What to confirm
Kokapet, Nanakramguda or the Financial District
Exact community or office tower, goods gate, receiver and usable lift or staircase. Check access before scheduling the full unloading window.
Manikonda or Puppalaguda
Complete building and approach, packed furniture fit and the permitted vehicle stop rather than assuming a lane or building type.
Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur or HITEC City
Allow the actual road leg between both property appointments and match room labels to the receiving layout.
Tolichowki, Mehdipatnam or Langar Houz
Goods entrance, floors and stair turns, carrying distance and the hours available to unload safely.
Kukatpally, Miyapur, Ameerpet or Banjara Hills
Assess the route for the assigned goods vehicle and the booked day, alongside packing and carrying work.
Secunderabad, Kompally, Uppal or another cross-city address
Plan the full journey and receiver availability; a locality name alone does not set a finish time.
Office and shop moves are quoted from the assets and the access conditions. The figures below are a Hyderabad local office guide for moves within the city. They are guides to local assets and access, not a cap, not a rate per employee and not an intercity tariff.
Scope
Guide
Some office goods
₹4,500–₹9,500
Complete office
₹6,000–₹19,000
Some office goods suits a partial move, such as a few desks, chairs, cabinets and boxes of files. A complete office covers a full premises, which is why the range is wide. Server rooms, safes, industrial equipment, heavy storage and a large number of workstations are assessed explicitly before we quote.
What to share for an office quote
A list of the assets to move, with an ID for each and a count, their condition and their packed size, with photos of anything bulky.
The floor, lift availability and the hours the premises can be accessed.
The name of the person authorised to release the assets and the person who will receive them at the new premises.
Whether the new premises will be ready on the day.
IT equipment and files
Backups are your team's job. Disconnecting, reconnecting, testing, restarting and powering equipment should be done by a qualified person you or your IT vendor appoint, and we agree that split in writing. We carry the equipment, and we do not set a fixed time by which systems must be running again. Restart happens when your IT person confirms that power and network are ready.
Personal laptops and files can stay in the owner's own custody if the owner prefers. Business assets follow the authority of the business. Please label boxes with their asset or package ID and destination department or room, and do not write passwords or file contents on labels.
Financial District or managed-campus receiving
If a move involves an office in a managed campus, ask the admin team about asset release, goods entry, lift appointments and any movement documents for the actual premises. Match numbered equipment and sealed file cartons to the authorised release list and the receiving department. For a company-paid move, share its approval, billing and reimbursement requirements before the quote and invoice are prepared.
For a shop, separate loose stock, sealed cartons, display glass, counters and fixed shelving. Arrange qualified release of connected fixtures where needed. Reopening follows the complete unload, assembly and equipment checks rather than a fixed deadline based on the number of desks.
Packing, Furniture and Appliances
Packing
Kitchen items, crockery, clothes, books and fragile pieces are packed room by room and labelled by room, so unpacking follows the layout of the new home. Which materials are used depends on the item, and we state the packing scope in writing instead of assuming it. For fragile items, cushioning is paired with rigid protection, and a crate where we assess that one is needed. Wrapping a surface finish protects it from scratches but it is not impact protection, so a glass top or a mirror needs more than a wrap.
If you pack some boxes yourself, tell us. We agree how those boxes are accepted, whether we inspect them, how they are handled, and whether any cover applies to them, so ask about that up front.
Furniture
Beds, wardrobes, dining sets and modular units are checked for what can be taken apart, as explained in the carry plan above. Fittings are bagged and labelled with the parent item, so reassembly at the new home is not guesswork. Pieces that cannot come apart safely are checked against the route before the move day.
Appliances
Refrigerators, washing machines, televisions and air conditioners need preparation before travel and care when they are restarted. Both should follow the instructions in the model's manual. A washing machine may need transit bolts fitted correctly for the journey, if that model requires them, and those bolts must be removed before first use at the new home. Work that needs a qualified person, such as air conditioner gas, electrical or plumbing work, carpentry or IT setup, is a separate scope from carrying. Tell us early who will handle it, and we confirm at quote what we do ourselves.
Fragile and valuable items
Glassware, mirrors, artwork and electronics are listed separately so they are packed and loaded with care. Keep jewellery, cash, medicines and important papers with you instead of putting them in the load.
Unpacking
If you book unpacking, we agree the extent in advance: for example, whether boxes are opened, whether packing material is taken away, and where large pieces are placed.
Before Moving Day: A Narsingi Home and Villa Checklist
Choose the date around both properties
Share the old-home handover deadline, the new keys date and any fixed work or gruhapravesam plan. Ask about availability early for weekends or month-end and obtain the applicable advance, cancellation and rescheduling terms before payment. Assess road travel between the two property windows rather than relying only on a normal car commute.
Complete the floor-wise inventory
Include loft, terrace, balcony and storage-room goods you want moved. Mark where each large piece starts and the receiving room and floor. Check packed dimensions, usable lift load and the full turning path. Arrange qualified appliance preparation or fixed-unit release according to the item and its model instructions.
Prepare for weather and receiving
Keep furniture dry before wrapping, cartons off wet ground and a clear, dry carrying path where possible. Revise unsafe handling if rain disrupts the plan. Keep valuables, medicines, chargers and first-night items with you. Confirm the receiver has keys, authority and property permission, then unload and place all goods safely before the booked assembly and unpacking.
How to Compare Packers and Movers for a Narsingi Move
When you compare quotes for Narsingi, the lowest number is rarely the most useful one. A price only makes sense next to its scope. Different kinds of providers show you different things, and each leaves different questions open.
Provider type
What you usually see
What to confirm
Booking platform
A starting price by home size and a standard process
Who will attend your move, and which floors and access the starting price assumes
Listing directory
Several movers' profiles and a price range per move size
Which company you will deal with, where it is based, and whether the quote matches your inventory
Branded national company
A broad service list and a branch network
Which local team handles Narsingi, and how the inventory review is done
Local operator such as ALPM
An inventory and access review and a written quote
Packing scope, labour for dismantling, the vehicle and any cover terms in writing
Questions that make quotes comparable
Which floors, lift and parking conditions does the quote assume?
Does the base price name packing labour, materials, loading, transport, unloading and agreed dismantling and reassembly?
Is GST a separate line, and what treatment applies?
Is extra work shown as included, as an extra amount or as not applicable, or is it left open?
Is the load shared or dedicated, and what pickup and delivery windows are agreed?
Who dismantles and reassembles furniture, and who handles appliance disconnection?
What is the booking amount, and what are the rescheduling terms, in writing?
How is the condition of large items noted, and what cover terms apply?
A quote that answers all of these in writing is easier to compare than one that answers none, even when its total is higher.
Why Choose ALPM for Narsingi, and How Your Move Runs
ALPM is a local business based in Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad. We ask for the inventory and the access first, put the scope and the price in writing, agree a moving window with you, and hand over the goods item by item.
Share the pickup and drop addresses with floors, your preferred date and an item list or photos, through the form on this page or on +91 94671 86002.
We review the inventory and the access, by phone or video, and build a carry plan for multilevel homes or tight routes.
You receive a written quote stating the scope, packing, labour, vehicle and the access it assumes.
You confirm the date. The booking amount and the rescheduling terms are agreed in writing.
Before dispatch, we confirm that someone at the receiving end has the keys and the authority to accept, that any permission the property needs is in place, that the path is usable and that the slot is accepted. When the expected arrival changes, recheck the keys, authority, permission, usable path and agreed moving window.
On move day, the team notes the condition of large pieces, packs, labels and loads in the planned order.
At the new home, the goods are unloaded and large pieces are placed where you planned. If the load and unload sequence allows it safely, goods for a priority room can be placed early. Every item is unloaded and placed within the agreed moving window first, and unpacking can follow later. Goods are not left on the vehicle for unpacking.
If you booked unpacking or reassembly, that is carried out. Then we check the delivery together with you before the job is closed.
After delivery
Please check the condition of your goods promptly and report any concern as soon as you can. Ask the crew to help inspect fragile or heavy items safely; photos and packing labels help record any concern. How a claim is raised depends on the terms in your booking.
If the access or the inventory on the day differs from what was shared, we tell you before work continues and explain how it affects the quote.
The published registered business is Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers, GSTIN 36FDRPM0957B1ZC, with registered office at Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad. Confirm the appointment, named booking contact and responsible company for each handling stage through the published number or page form.
Timing, Intercity Route Guides and Shared or Dedicated Vehicles
Local timing
A local move within Hyderabad is usually planned as a single day. The start and the pace depend on your inventory, the number of levels, lift or staircase access, how much packing is needed and how far the vehicle must stand from the entrance. We give a planned window after the inventory review and do not promise a fixed finish time.
Shared or dedicated
A shared load uses part of a vehicle's capacity alongside other goods. It can carry a whole home when the capacity and the dates fit, or just a portion of one, which is what a part-load is. Consolidation does not mean waiting for a truck to be literally full. It means matching your goods to capacity and dates that work. A dedicated vehicle is allocated to your goods alone, with pickup and delivery windows agreed in advance. Transport-only is a scope, not a third mode, and it can be done on either. In both cases the windows are agreed plans, and we do not promise a guaranteed dispatch or arrival time.
Intercity route guides
An intercity move adds loading, road transport and delivery at the other end, and the receiving home must be ready. The guides below are Hyderabad city corridor references for a compact 2BHK, not the exact distance from a Narsingi gate. Your Narsingi pickup point, the destination, the full inventory and the vehicle all affect the routing and the quote. They are indicative, not fixed prices.

Bike and Car Moves From Narsingi
A bike or car is booked as its own job, with its own date, pickup point and condition record, separate from the household schedule. The guides below are for the routes and models shown. They are not a fixed price for every route or vehicle.

Sedan or SUV, carrier
₹10,500–₹13,000
₹13,000–₹16,000
For a sedan or SUV, tell us whether you want an open or a closed carrier. A closed carrier is quoted separately and is not included automatically.
What we need before booking
The exact make and model, so we can check carrier availability on the vehicle's own calendar.
The collection and delivery points, and who will be there to hand over and receive.
The protection arranged for the vehicle, and the loading and unloading scope and cost, stated in the quote.
Photos of all sides, a photo of the odometer reading, and a list of the keys and any accessories handed over.
Fuel, battery and papers
Fuel level and battery preparation should follow the vehicle maker's and the carrier's instructions, because there is no single rule for every vehicle. Confirm which transport documents the actual carrier needs for your vehicle and journey. Please ask us and the carrier before you book, and do not assume.
Condition Records, Cover, Holding and Documents
Condition records
Before loading, large furniture and appliances are looked at together and any existing marks are noted, ideally with dated photos. Take your own photos of valuable items as well. At delivery, check items as they come off the vehicle and raise any concern before you sign off, so that it can be noted against the move.
Cover
Whether any cover applies depends on what is arranged for your move. Ask for the cover terms in writing before you confirm: what is covered, the value declared, any exclusions and how a claim is raised. Do not assume cover is included unless it appears in your booking.
Holding goods
Holding is confirmed in writing before it begins. The record states who the operator is, where the goods will be kept, who is responsible for the goods, the item IDs and count, their actual condition, how you can access them, for how long, at what rate, how holding ends and how the goods are redelivered. Please do not assume that ALPM holds goods in a warehouse of its own or that any days are free. Both would have to appear in the written terms.
Transfers between vehicles or operators
If goods must change vehicle or operator on the way, we do so only after assessing that it is permitted and workable. The written terms name the operator, the location, the crew, the carry, the unloading and reloading, any local legs, and the scope and cost, each stated once. At the handover we record the item IDs and count, the condition and the change in responsibility for the goods.
Items we may not carry
Ask us which items are declined, such as unsafe or prohibited goods, and do not place them in the household load. Ask the operator how declined items are to be handled. Keep documents, cash, jewellery and medicines with you.
Documents to keep
The booking confirmation and the written quote with its scope.
The inventory list and your photos.
The invoice and payment receipts.
Any cover papers.
For a vehicle, the papers the actual carrier asks for at booking.
FAQs: Packers and Movers in Narsingi
How much do packers and movers charge in Narsingi?
For a local move within Hyderabad our starting guides are ₹5,500 for a 1BHK, ₹8,500 for a 2BHK and ₹12,500 for a 3BHK. These are indicative starting points. A 4BHK or larger home, a villa and a few-item move are assessed from the inventory. Your inventory, the floors at both ends, how the vehicle can reach the entrance, the packing you want and any dismantling decide the final quote. GST is shown as a separate line.
Does a 3BHK in an apartment cost the same as a 3BHK across several levels of a house?
Not necessarily, and neither is automatically the cheaper or dearer one. The label is the same, but a multilevel home may need items carried down an internal staircase, while an apartment depends on the lift cabin, the building's moving window and the parking distance. We quote from the inventory and the carry path, so a list of large pieces by level and a few photos help.
What should I send to get an accurate quote?
Send the pickup and drop addresses with colony, building or plot details, the floors and lift availability, an item list or photos, your preferred date and any large pieces that need dismantling. A map pin of where the vehicle can stand at each end also helps. For a multilevel home, add staircase and door photos and say which large pieces are upstairs.
Can you move only a few items from Narsingi?
Yes. A bed, wardrobe, refrigerator, washing machine or a few boxes can be moved without a full household service. We quote from your item list and photos, so the household starting guides do not apply. If the goods travel to another city on shared capacity, that is a part-load, which means a portion of a shared vehicle.
Do you handle office and shop shifting in Narsingi?
Yes. Our Hyderabad local office guide is ₹4,500–₹9,500 for some office goods and ₹6,000–₹19,000 for a complete office. These are indicative guides to local assets and access, not a cap, not a per-employee rate and not an intercity tariff. Server rooms, safes and industrial equipment are assessed explicitly, and IT disconnection and reconnection is done by a qualified person you appoint.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture and appliances?
We check beds, wardrobes, modular units and similar pieces for what can be taken apart. A piece is dismantled only when its design allows it and the owner agrees, and fittings are bagged and labelled for reassembly. Fixed built-in units need a qualified release and handling assessment. For appliances, preparation and restart follow the manual for the model, and work such as air conditioner gas, electrical or plumbing is a separate scope. We confirm at quote what we handle.
How long does a local move in Narsingi take?
A local move is usually planned as a single day. The time depends on the inventory, the number of levels, lift or staircase access, packing needs and the distance from the vehicle stand to the entrance. We give a planned window after the inventory review and do not promise a fixed finish time.
Can you move from Narsingi to Vijayawada, Pune or Visakhapatnam?
Yes. As a guide for a compact 2BHK from the Hyderabad city corridor, Vijayawada is about 280 km at ₹16,000–₹25,000 shared or ₹23,500–₹33,000 dedicated, Pune is about 565 km at ₹19,500–₹29,500 shared or ₹28,000–₹39,000 dedicated, and Visakhapatnam is about 580 km at ₹20,000–₹30,500 shared or ₹28,500–₹40,000 dedicated. Dedicated timing for Pune is 2–3 days and for Visakhapatnam 2–4 days after dispatch. Shared timing is 4–6 days for Pune and 5–7 days for Visakhapatnam after dispatch, and packing and consolidation are additional. For Vijayawada, a dedicated vehicle is provisionally same or next day, confirmed after dispatch and once the receiver is ready, and a shared load is checked against the calendar before booking. Your Narsingi pickup point, destination and full inventory affect the final quote.
Can you move my bike or car from Narsingi?
Yes. A vehicle is booked as its own job with its own date, condition record and pickup point. As a guide, Vijayawada is ₹4,000–₹5,000 for a scooter up to 150cc and ₹5,000–₹6,000 for a bike above 150cc, with a hatchback on an open carrier at ₹8,500–₹10,500 and a sedan or SUV at ₹10,500–₹13,000. Visakhapatnam is ₹5,000–₹6,000 and ₹6,000–₹7,500 for the two bike bands, ₹10,500–₹13,000 for a hatchback on an open carrier and ₹13,000–₹16,000 for a sedan or SUV. A closed carrier is quoted separately.
Is my move covered by insurance?
Whether any cover applies depends on what is arranged for your move. Ask for the terms in writing before you confirm, including what is covered, the declared value, exclusions and how a claim is raised. Do not assume cover is included unless it appears in your booking.
Is storage available if my dates do not match?
Holding can be assessed case by case. We look at the volume, how long the goods need to be held and how they will be retrieved. The written terms state the operator, the location, who is responsible for the goods, the item IDs and count, the condition, access, duration, rate, exit and redelivery. Nothing is assumed, including any free days.
What should I note about each large piece so it fits from my floor to the vehicle and the new room?
For each large piece, note its source floor, a short parent item ID, how many packages it becomes, its packed width, height and depth, and its weight if you know it. Then note the narrowest door, stair turn or landing on the way down, the lift cabin size and usable load if there is a lift, the path from the building or gate to where the vehicle stands, and the floor and room where the piece should be set down. We compare the full piece, and its panels if it can be taken apart, against both ends. A smaller truck does not fix a stair turn, and if a fit or weight is unknown, we assess it with photos or a video call. Please never lower or lift items over a balcony yourself, and leave fixed built-ins for a qualified release.
What does Narsingi to Gachibowli or Kokapet shifting cost?
The indicative local starting guides are ₹5,500 for a 1 BHK, ₹8,500 for a 2 BHK and ₹12,500 for a 3 BHK. The complete inventory, packing, floors, access, road journey and carrying distance determine the final quote. A nearby locality does not fix the total or automatically make one building easier.
Who arranges my society gate pass and lift reservation?
Ask the owner, association or facility office what applies to your actual move-in and move-out addresses. Obtain the required permissions and share the permitted goods entrance and lift or moving window. Vehicle and booking details can then be matched to the confirmed appointment.
What if the lane near my Narsingi home is too narrow for the vehicle?
Send approach photos and the goods-entry pin before the quote. Compare a permitted longer carry with a suitable smaller-vehicle leg after assessing the load and stopping point. Agree each handling stage and its total cost; parking a large truck on the main road is not automatic.
Can I request Sunday, urgent or short-notice shifting?
Ask about availability for the actual date and inventory, then confirm permission and receiving access at both ends. Agree the appointment before treating the enquiry as booked. Obtain the applicable advance, cancellation and date-change terms before payment.
