Packers and Movers Hyderabad to Warangal

Hyderabad to Warangal is about 150 km on NH163, but packing and getting the goods into the new home can take more time than the drive. A 2 BHK guide with standard full packing is ₹15,000 to ₹20,100. Shared or dedicated transport is named in the actual quote. A dedicated household move can finish the same day when loading, departure and the receiving building’s hours fit together.

Tell Agarwal (ALPM) Packers and Movers whether your destination is in Warangal, Hanamkonda or Kazipet, and give the colony and entrance pin. We assess the furniture, cartons, access and work you want before quoting. A student room, a full family home, an office and a vehicle need different plans even on this short route.

Hyderabad to Warangal Packers and Movers Charges

For this short intercity route, packing, handling, vehicle capacity and access at both properties are substantial parts of the price. The figures below are an indicative guide for a Hyderabad to Warangal move with standard full packing. Your inventory-based quote specifies whether transport is shared or dedicated.

Indicative charges for Hyderabad to Warangal moves with standard full packing
Move typeIndicative guideWhat usually moves the price
1RK or single room₹5,900 to ₹7,800Bed and wardrobe size, number of cartons, appliances
1BHK₹9,500 to ₹12,700Furniture to dismantle, kitchen contents, access at both ends
2BHK₹15,000 to ₹20,100Wardrobes and beds, washing machine and AC, glass and crockery, floors without a lift
3BHK₹22,200 to ₹29,800Volume of furniture, number of appliances, vehicle size, long carries
4BHK and above₹31,200 to ₹42,000Heavy furniture, several ACs, larger crew, vehicle choice
Office₹25,800 to ₹34,700The asset list and packed size of equipment and records, building lift and entry timings, how much IT equipment needs disconnecting. Seat count alone does not set it, and industrial plant is assessed separately

What the base price covers

The base covers packing labour and materials, loading, road transport, unloading and any furniture dismantling and reassembly agreed in the quote, each listed once. GST is shown as a separate line with the treatment that applies to your booking. Any other assessed work, such as stairs without a lift, a long carry, technician work or building charges, is written in the quote as included, as an extra with an amount, or as not applicable. Nothing is counted both inside the base and again as an extra. Unpacking and placement are agreed as to extent, so say whether you want cartons opened and contents placed or only carried into the right rooms.

Where a 2BHK usually sits in its range

The lower end suits a lighter 2BHK: modest furniture, ground-floor or lift access at both ends, a vehicle that can stop at the door and little to dismantle. The upper end is where heavy wardrobes, a full kitchen, a washing machine and AC that need disconnecting, and a long carry from the vehicle to the flat tend to push the figure.

Why a range and not one number

Two flats with the same BHK label can hold very different amounts. A video or in-person walkthrough of the rooms, wardrobes and access points is what turns this guide into a firm figure, and it is worth doing before you compare quotes from different movers.

Hyderabad Pickup Areas and the Start of Your Moving Day

Share the actual pickup address for Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, Kukatpally or Miyapur rather than only a western-Hyderabad landmark. For Uppal, Boduppal, Peerzadiguda, Habsiguda, Tarnaka, Kapra, ECIL or Ghatkesar, give the lane and loading point. Bowenpally, Alwal, Kompally, Malkajgiri, Ameerpet, Begumpet, LB Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Attapur and Mehdipatnam enquiries need the same access details. Pickup availability and the city approach are confirmed for the booking.

  • Check the permission your own association or landlord needs for moving out.
  • Reserve the service lift and confirm its dimensions against the largest packed item.
  • Find out the permitted loading hours, gate clearance and truck standing point.
  • Allow for the carry from your door and any assessed smaller-vehicle collection.
  • Keep the final inventory ready before the walkthrough, including loft, kitchen and utility contents.

For relevant local preparation, the Amberpet pickup guide or Alwal guide can help when those are your areas. Your building’s actual arrangements decide the loading start; being on the Warangal side of the city does not guarantee a fixed highway-entry time.

Route, Distance and Moving-Day Timing

By road, Hyderabad to Warangal is about 150 km. A mapped driving route checked for this corridor selected roughly 147 km on NH163, with alternatives of about 149 km and 154 km; the 154 km alternative combined NH163 with NH930P. Your pickup address, delivery address, the vehicle allotted and road conditions on the day can all change the path actually taken, so treat this as a reference and not a route every vehicle must follow.

A car journey is not a goods move

A passenger-car map check for the corridor showed around three hours. That describes a passenger-car journey, not a goods vehicle that must be packed, loaded and dispatched first, so it is not a delivery estimate. Plan the highway leg as one part of a longer day.

Where moving day goes

  1. Walkthrough at the Hyderabad address, with last changes to the item list agreed.
  2. Packing, which for a full 2BHK can take several hours and is often the longest block of the day.
  3. Dismantling and loading in an order the crew decides for a safe load, with cartons counted against the inventory.
  4. The drive: from your pickup point onto the highway, the highway run, and the last stretch to your colony in Warangal, Hanamkonda or Kazipet.
  5. Unloading, placing items in the rooms you indicate and reassembling what was dismantled.

Dates and windows are agreed before booking

Before you confirm, the moving date, loading start, expected dispatch and delivery window are written down together. After the vehicle leaves Hyderabad, the crew contact gives you an updated ETA, and updates it again if anything on the road changes it.

When can a dedicated move finish the same day?

For a dedicated household vehicle, same-day delivery is possible only when packing, loading and dispatch finish in time and the receiving address has accepted the arrival slot. Otherwise the next feasible slot is agreed with you before the vehicle leaves. A night arrival is not assumed for any move; it happens only if the receiver and the property have accepted it. Shared consignments and vehicle transport follow their own calendars, covered below.

Check before the vehicle leaves

  • The receiver has the keys and the authority to accept goods and sign for them
  • Any permission the building or society requires for unloading is in place
  • A usable path exists from where the vehicle will stop to the door
  • The receiver has accepted the delivery slot, and agrees to a recheck if the ETA changes

The highway is only the middle part

NH163 is the Hyderabad–Warangal corridor, with the Bhongir and Jangaon side forming familiar route references. A pickup close to the eastern side of Hyderabad and one in Gachibowli have different city legs. The carrier chooses the suitable highway entry and final approach for the allotted vehicle. Do not fix an unloading appointment from the car travel time alone.

In rainy weather, keep a dry packing area and a covered carry to the vehicle. Around Bathukamma, Dasara, Sankranti or other busy travel dates, check actual vehicle availability and current access notices early. Agree a revised arrival time if conditions change; a festival or weather season does not set the same delay for every shipment.

Warangal, Hanamkonda or Kazipet: Getting the Delivery Address Right

Warangal is not a single point on the map. Warangal, Hanamkonda and Kazipet are used together as one urban area, and a delivery described only as Warangal can sit well apart from another that carries the same label. The exact colony and the gate where the vehicle will stop change the last leg of a move, the time it takes and the vehicle that can reach your door.

Include the neighbourhood even when the wider address says Warangal: for example, Waddepally or Kumarpalle on the Hanamkonda side, or Madikonda, Kadipikonda or Somidi around Kazipet. A broad city label can conceal different receiving points. Pair the written address with the actual entrance pin and receiving contact.

Names you may hear for the delivery area, and what to clarify
Name usedWhat to clarify before booking
WarangalWhether you mean the area near the Warangal railway station or an outlying colony that only carries a Warangal postal address
HanamkondaThe area between Warangal and Kazipet; give the colony and the nearest main road or junction, not just the area name
KazipetKazipet Junction and the town around it are a different place from the Warangal railway station, so near the station is not enough
Mixed labelsAn address can carry Hanamkonda, Warangal and a Kazipet post office in one line, so rely on the gate pin and colony name

What to send for the delivery address

  • A map pin dropped at the gate or entrance where the vehicle will stop, not the railway station, a landmark name or a postal PIN alone
  • Colony, apartment or building name, with block and floor
  • PIN code and the nearest main road or junction, as supporting detail
  • A landmark that tells which side of the main road or railway line the building is on
  • Whether there is a working lift, and how far the vehicle can get from your door
  • Gate or watchman rules, any unloading permission needed, and the name and number of the receiver, with an alternate receiver if possible

Why approach roads and rail crossings matter

If your landmark is beside a railway line or a divided main road, specify the entrance and the approach side. Ask for the vehicle to navigate to your pin and not to a landmark name. If your building is on a lane that a full-size vehicle may not enter, say so at the survey. A smaller vehicle for the last leg or a longer carry may be needed, and any such local leg is assessed and written in the quote.

Colony names help; the gate pin settles the destination

For a Hanamkonda address described as Subedari, Nakkalagutta, Balasamudram, Kishanpura or Vidyaranyapuri, add the property name and floor. For Shivnagar, Kareemabad, Matwada or another Warangal neighbourhood, show the actual approach rather than relying on a station landmark. Around Kazipet, Fathima Nagar, Madikonda, Kadipikonda and Somidi, confirm the exact gate and the side of any divided road or railway landmark.

If the delivery is actually in Jangaon, Narsampet, Parkal, Mulugu or another nearby town, give that endpoint before the estimate. These are separate destinations for route, distance and availability assessment. A Warangal city price is not automatically a quote for every surrounding town, and two addresses within the tri-city area are not automatically one stop.

Splitting a Move Between Hanamkonda, Kazipet and Warangal Addresses

Some households do not land in one place: the family home is at one address and a student room, a parent’s flat or a small office is at another. Addresses in Warangal, Hanamkonda and Kazipet are not automatically one stop or one price, and a second drop is not automatically available. An extra stop is accepted only when it has been assessed and confirmed in the written quote.

Decide this before booking

One address, an extra stop or a separate consignment
OptionCan suitConfirm in writing
One delivery addressThe whole household going to a single home or flatExact address, gate pin, named receiver and accepted slot
Extra stop on the same vehicleGoods split between two addresses in the area, where the stop has been assessedThat the stop is accepted, its address and gate pin, the stop order, the extra amount or that none applies, and a named receiver at each stop
Separate consignmentA second address that needs a different date, a different vehicle or a smaller loadIts own pickup, delivery date and window, price and inventory

Worksheet: a hypothetical split

The table below is an example only. The IDs are made up to show how a split can be recorded; your own inventory will carry your own IDs. Here, Stop 1 is a Hanamkonda home and Stop 2 is a Kazipet student room.

Hypothetical item allocation across two stops
Item IDsWhat travelsDestination and receiverRecord at that stop
S1-C01 to S1-C044 kitchen cartonsHanamkonda home, Receiver A4 IDs, count and actual condition checked
S1-F011 refrigeratorHanamkonda home, Receiver AID and condition compared with loading record
S2-C01 to S2-C022 book cartonsKazipet room, Receiver B2 IDs, count and actual condition checked
S2-F011 study chairKazipet room, Receiver BID and condition compared with loading record

Attach each stop’s entrance pin, permission and agreed unloading window to the same list. Both receivers need the relevant inventory. The operator checks whether those windows and the safe loading sequence can work together before accepting the second stop.

How the sequence works

  1. You share a list that gives every item an ID and a planned stop, and cartons carry the same ID and stop label.
  2. The crew decides the loading order for a safe, stable load and the unloading order that follows from it. The stop order is agreed with you, but the crew can change the loading order if load safety needs it, and tells you before dispatch.
  3. At each stop, the named receiver and the crew count the items for that stop against the IDs, check condition, and sign the count and condition for that stop only.
  4. Goods for a later stop stay in crew custody and are not unloaded early.
  5. Moving an item to a different stop after loading is a change that is assessed again and may need a new slot.

Shared Capacity or Dedicated Vehicle

Hyderabad to Warangal moves can be arranged on a dedicated vehicle or on shared capacity, and the choice changes your timeline more than the work at your door. The charges guide is not split by mode; your written quote states which one it prices.

Dedicated vehicle

The vehicle is reserved for your consignment. Agree its availability, loading slot, expected departure and delivery window together. This can suit a fixed move-in date or a household that needs dispatch planned around its own loading.

Shared capacity

Your goods travel on shared capacity, and delivery follows that schedule and not the time your own packing finished. Consolidation here means your goods are planned into the shared schedule; it does not mean waiting for a truck to fill. Shared capacity can carry a whole home when capacity and dates fit. A part load is simply the portion of shared capacity your goods take, and is not a third mode. Ask for the dispatch plan in writing and a contact who can tell you where the consignment is, and do not rely on a delivery day mentioned in passing on a call.

Transport only is a scope, not a mode

A transport-only request describes the work included rather than a third mode. Confirm who packs, who loads and who unloads; packing your own cartons does not automatically mean loading them yourself. The household guide above assumes standard full packing.

Questions that settle the choice

  • Do you need a fixed arrival day, or can delivery be flexible?
  • Does the allotted capacity fit the packed dimensions and protection your furniture needs?
  • Will someone be at the Warangal address on whichever day the goods arrive?
  • Does the quote say when the dispatch plan is confirmed and who confirms it?

Truck or tempo hire versus a household-moving package

If you only want truck rent from Hyderabad to Warangal, say who will pack, load, secure and unload the goods. A vehicle-hire amount is not directly comparable with the standard full-packing guide above. Options may be described as a small pickup, a 14 ft truck or a 17 ft container, but the right choice depends on usable body dimensions, payload and your packed inventory. Do not select it from the BHK label alone or assume a model name guarantees capacity.

Show large almirahs, storage beds, appliances and every carton during assessment. Confirm the suitable body and weather protection, and check that the chosen vehicle can approach both properties. No separate truck-rental tariff is quoted here without that scope and vehicle assessment.

Packing, Loading, Unloading and Unpacking

On a short route the care taken at each end matters more than the highway distance. This is how the work normally breaks down, so you can check that a quote covers it.

Packing by item type

  • Kitchen and crockery: individually wrapped, boxed with padding and labelled by room
  • Fragile pieces such as glass, mirrors and framed pictures: cushioned and also given rigid protection, with a crate where it is assessed as needed. Wrap that protects a surface finish is not impact protection, so ask which one each item is getting
  • Clothes: boxed or packed in wardrobe cartons so they can be hung up on arrival
  • Books and files: small, sturdy cartons so weight stays manageable
  • Electronics: wrapped and boxed, ideally in original boxes if you still have them
  • Mattresses: covered or edge-protected rather than packed in ordinary cartons

If you pack some cartons yourself

Ask before moving day whether self-packed cartons are accepted, whether the crew will inspect them, how they will be handled, and whether any transit cover applies to them. Contents packed by you may be treated differently from contents packed by the crew.

Loading and the inventory

The crew decides the loading order for a safe, stable load. Cartons are numbered and tallied against an inventory so you can count them again on arrival. Ask to see the inventory before the vehicle leaves and keep a copy.

Appliance preparation

Follow the maker’s manual for your model for preparing and restarting each appliance. If your washing machine uses transit bolts, they must be correctly fitted for transport and removed before first use. A refrigerator has its own guidance in the manual on how long to wait before switching it on. Gas, electric and plumbing connections, AC work, carpentry and IT reconnection are separate scopes that need qualified people.

Unloading and unpacking

Unloading means carrying items into the rooms you point out, not leaving everything at the entrance. Tell the crew where each bed, wardrobe and appliance should go before they begin, and have someone at the door. The extent of unpacking and placement is agreed in advance: cartons opened, contents placed and packing waste taken away, or goods carried into the right rooms for you to unpack later.

Special items

Anything unusual, such as glass tops, large artwork, plants or an item with an awkward shape, is accepted only after assessment and is named in the quote. Mention it at the survey. Pets, plants, liquids or restricted materials need a separate acceptance check and suitable arrangements; do not add them to ordinary cartons without agreement.

Furniture Fit, Dismantling and Appliance Work

Many moving-day delays come from a piece that cannot get through a door, into a lift or round a stair turn. Check this before booking, at both ends.

Measure the packed piece and the separated panels

For each large item, note width, height and depth as the fully packed piece, and again as separated panels. Compare those figures with door openings, lift cabin width, height and depth, stair turns and landings at the Hyderabad address and at the Warangal address. A smaller vehicle does not fix a stair that the piece cannot turn on.

Dismantling the design allows

Dismantle only where the design permits it. Protect and label panels, keep screws and fittings in a labelled bag with the item, and avoid adhesive tape on the finish.

If a piece will not fit

  • Before loading: choose a suitable permitted alternative with qualified help, a new slot, or leave the piece out of the move
  • After loading, if it later turns out not to fit at the destination: delivery moves to an later agreed unloading time or a confirmed storage or holding plan. The piece is not abandoned or dropped from the move
  • A transfer to another location or operator happens only where it has been assessed as permitted and workable. The quote then names the operator and location, the crew carry, unload and reload work and the local leg, with the cost stated once, and item IDs, count and condition are recorded at each change of custody

The terms of a confirmed storage or holding plan are listed in the receiving section below.

Furniture, appliance and technician work

Items that usually need extra planning
ItemWhat it usually needsPlan ahead
Beds and wardrobesDismantling and reassembly where the design allowsConfirm they are in the quote; keep screws and fittings in labelled bags
Modular kitchen and wall-fixed unitsCarpenter work, often outside standard packingDecide whether they are coming with you at all

TV and wall bracketsUnmounting and remountingKeep the brackets and remote with the TV
Geyser, gas stove and fixed fittingsQualified plumber, electrician or gas fitterArrange the installation at Warangal before the vehicle arrives

What to arrange at the Warangal end

Do not assume that power points, water supply, a gas connection or a mounting wall are ready on the day. Arrange technician availability and the required fittings in advance so appliance setup can follow delivery.

Receiving Plans for Student Rooms, Families and Unavailable Receivers

What happens after the vehicle arrives differs for each kind of move. A little planning for the receiving end saves more time than anything done on the highway.

Student rooms and shared flats

These are often small loads: a bed or mattress, a trunk, a few cartons, a cycle. A part load on shared capacity can fit, but check entry rules with the owner, warden or flatmates first, including when the vehicle may come in, how far it can go and who will be present to sign for the goods. Carry certificates, ID and anything you cannot replace yourself.

Family households

Agree a key handover before the vehicle leaves Hyderabad. Gas stove connection, water supply and refrigerator restart are things to organise ahead and not to assume are ready. You can ask for bedding, kitchen basics and bathroom items to be placed first, but only if the crew confirms that the load and unload sequence allows it. The priority is that all goods are safely unloaded and placed within the agreed unloading time. Unpacking comes afterwards, and nothing is left on the vehicle.

Keep with you

  • Documents, cash, jewellery and medicines
  • Phone chargers and a small bag for the first night
  • Keys and any gate or lift permission papers for the new address

If the receiver is not available

If a receiver becomes unavailable, contact the booking team and the named alternate as soon as possible. Agree a later agreed unloading time or a confirmed storage or holding plan, recording custody and any waiting, holding or redelivery charge. If the contacts cannot be reached, the crew should use the booked operator’s escalation process; leaving goods unattended at a gate is not a receiving plan. A holding arrangement is assessed per booking and is not assumed to be available automatically. When one is confirmed, it records:

  • The operator and the location
  • Who has custody of the goods
  • Item IDs and count, and their actual condition
  • Access to the goods while they are held
  • The duration and the rate
  • The exit terms and the redelivery arrangement

NIT Warangal or Kakatiya University: confirm the room first

NIT Warangal is near Kazipet, while Kakatiya University’s main campus is in Vidyaranyapuri on the Hanamkonda side. An admission or employment address is not enough to plan a furniture delivery. Confirm the actual hostel, quarters, PG or rented flat, whether the room is usable, which large items it accepts, and the receiver’s permitted delivery hours. Ask before sending a bed or fridge rather than discovering at the gate that the room cannot receive it.

For a few cartons and selected furniture, send the item list, packed dimensions and any heavy pieces. Compare booked shared space with a small dedicated vehicle if the receiving date is fixed; the single-room full-packing guide is not an automatic minimum for every few-items enquiry. Keep certificates and essential devices with you, following employer rules for company equipment.

Office Relocation from Hyderabad to Warangal

An office move is mostly about getting people working again quickly. The guide price for an office is set by what is being moved and the access at both ends, and not by seat count.

Assets, not seat count

Tag each workstation and cabinet with an ID that matches the new floor plan. Record the asset ID, count, condition and packed size of each item on the inventory. Name in writing the person authorised to release the assets in Hyderabad and the person authorised to receive them in Warangal. Industrial plant, heavy machinery, servers and safes need explicit assessment and are outside the office guide.

IT equipment

Backup, disconnection, reconnection, testing and restart are done by qualified people agreed in advance, with a power plan for the new site. Restart happens when power and qualified staff are ready, and not against a fixed clock set before the move. Check the receiving building’s lift, entry hours and power points in advance.

Personal devices and files

Whether to carry laptops or personal files yourself is your choice. Business assets follow the authority arrangement you have named. Do not write passwords, file contents or sensitive details on cartons or labels.

Unloading in restart order

Share the order you intend to restart in: network and power, then workstations, then files and storage. Where the safe load and unload sequence allows, the crew places goods to suit it, and the crew decides the sequence.

Car and Bike Transport from Hyderabad to Warangal

Vehicle transport is priced by model category on this route. The guide below does not assume one particular way of carrying the vehicle. Open carrier, enclosed carrier and driven delivery are different services, and the written quote names the one used only if it is offered and confirmed for your exact model after assessment.

Indicative charges for vehicle transport, Hyderabad to Warangal
Vehicle categoryExample modelsIndicative guide
HatchbackAlto, Swift, i10₹6,500 to ₹9,500
SedanCity, Verna, Dzire₹9,500 to ₹13,500
SUV or larger carCreta, Innova, Fortuner₹14,500 to ₹20,500
ScooterActiva, Jupiter₹3,500 to ₹5,500
Standard motorcycleSplendor, Pulsar₹4,500 to ₹6,500
Heavy or sports motorcycleRoyal Enfield, KTM₹6,000 to ₹9,000

Vehicles keep their own calendar

A car or bike does not necessarily arrive on the same vehicle or the same day as your household goods. Availability depends on the carrier and its own calendar for your exact model. Ask for the vehicle’s own collection and delivery plan, the collection and delivery points, what protection is used, and what loading and unloading work is included in the cost.

At handover

  • Photograph the vehicle from all sides, record the odometer reading, and agree a written condition record of existing marks at loading
  • Note the keys handed over and any accessories that stay with or leave the vehicle
  • Follow the vehicle maker’s and the carrier’s instructions on fuel level and battery
  • Ask the carrier which items it declines to carry in the vehicle, and do not leave loose heavy goods inside
  • Keep documents, cash, jewellery and medicines with you, and ask the carrier which vehicle papers it actually needs

What a Quote Should Include, and the Records to Keep

Two quotes with the same total can cover very different amounts of work. Before accepting any figure, check that the written scope names each item below. Whatever is written in your quote applies; a service that another mover includes is not automatically included in yours.

Work that should be spelled out

  • Packing materials and packing of every room, including kitchen contents, clothes, books and electronics
  • Loading, with cartons counted against an inventory
  • Road transport to the exact Warangal, Hanamkonda or Kazipet address, including road charges on the way
  • Unloading and placing items in the rooms you indicate, and the agreed extent of unpacking
  • Dismantling and reassembly of beds, wardrobes and similar furniture, where agreed
  • GST as a separate line, showing the treatment that applies to your booking

Access costs worth asking about

  • Stairs where there is no working lift, at pickup or at delivery
  • A long carry between where the vehicle stops and your door
  • Society or building charges for lift booking, entry or unloading slots
  • Waiting time if the receiver or key holder is not ready
  • A smaller vehicle for the last leg, if the full-size vehicle cannot reach your gate
  • Items that were not on the inventory but turn up on moving day

Each of these should appear in the quote once, as included, as an extra with an amount, or as not applicable, and not be counted twice.

Why survey details change the number

Floor numbers, lift size, parking distance and the count of large items are the details that most often change a quote after the first phone call. Giving them accurately, by video or in person, keeps the written figure close to what you will actually pay.

Documents worth having

  • A written quote that lists the scope, the vehicle arrangement and the access assumptions
  • An inventory with carton numbers and a note on the condition of larger items
  • Photographs of high-value items, furniture surfaces and vehicles before loading
  • A signed loading list and a signed receiving check at each stop

Checking goods on arrival

Count cartons against the inventory before the crew leaves and ask for help to open and check fragile and heavy items you care about most. Note visible damage on the receiving sheet at the door and keep photographs with the labels. Report any problem promptly, and follow the claim terms of your actual booking.

Transit cover terms

If you want your goods covered in transit, ask what the cover applies to, whether you need to declare values, what is excluded, how a claim is raised and within what period damage must be reported. Get those terms in writing before the move. Cash, jewellery and original documents are best carried by you.

How to Compare Movers, and Why Ask ALPM

A lower total is useful only when you understand the work and transport arrangement it covers. Compare quotes against the same assumptions and ask each mover to write them down.

Questions to put to every mover
QuestionWhy it matters
Is it a dedicated vehicle or shared capacity?Affects dispatch planning and the delivery window
Is packing standard full packing, partial or none?Packing is a large part of the day and of the price
Are stairs, long carries and building charges included? These are the most common reasons a final bill differs from the first quote
Are dismantling, AC and washing machine work included?Technician work is often a separate line
How will a car or bike be carried, and when will it arrive?Confirm the service actually offered for the exact model and its own handover calendar
What happens if loading finishes late or the receiver is unavailable?A good plan agrees the next accepted slot or a confirmed holding arrangement before dispatch
Which exact Warangal, Hanamkonda or Kazipet address is the quote based on?A vague delivery area leaves room for extra charges later

Signs a quote needs more detail

Be careful when a price is given by phone without asking about floors, lifts or the number of large items, when the delivery point is described only as Warangal, or when the quote does not say what is and is not included. A survey, by video or in person, covering inventory by room, access at both ends and the vehicle needed, gives you something to compare.

Payment and date changes

Before paying an advance, confirm the booking amount, when the balance is due and how payment is acknowledged. Ask what happens if you change the date, inventory or receiving address, or need to cancel. Record any revised scope and price before the change is carried out.

Why ask ALPM

Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers (ALPM) works from Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad. The approach on this route is practical: a written quote built from your inventory and the access at both addresses, an agreed moving window, and an item handover with counts. Services include household, office, car and bike moves, with packing, loading, transport and unloading. Storage and cover assistance are assessed per booking, not assumed. To ask for a written quote, use the quote form on this page or call +919467186002.

Hyderabad to Warangal Moving FAQs

How much do packers and movers charge from Hyderabad to Warangal?
As an indicative guide with standard full packing: 1RK or single room ₹5,900 to ₹7,800, 1BHK ₹9,500 to ₹12,700, 2BHK ₹15,000 to ₹20,100, 3BHK ₹22,200 to ₹29,800, 4BHK and above ₹31,200 to ₹42,000, and an office ₹25,800 to ₹34,700. These are planning ranges, not a quotation. The written quote from your inventory and both addresses is the figure that applies, and GST appears as a separate line.
How far is Warangal from Hyderabad and how long does the move take?
By road it is about 150 km. A mapped driving route for the corridor came to about 147 km on NH163, with alternatives of about 149 km and 154 km. The highway leg is short, but packing and loading take much of the day. The moving date, loading start, dispatch and delivery window are agreed before booking, and the ETA is updated after the vehicle leaves.
Can a Hyderabad to Warangal household move finish the same day?
Yes, a dedicated household move can be planned for the same day when packing, loading, departure and the receiving building’s permitted hours fit together. Agree these before booking. If loading or access changes, confirm the next workable receiving time before departure; shared loads and vehicle transport have their own calendars.
What should the quote include?
It should name packing materials and packing of each room, loading with cartons counted against an inventory, road transport to the exact delivery address, unloading and placement, any agreed dismantling and reassembly, and GST as a separate line. Other assessed work, such as stairs, long carries, technician work and building charges, should be shown once as included, as an extra with an amount, or as not applicable.
Do stairs or the lack of a lift cost extra?
They are assessed and not assumed either way. Stairs without a working lift, a long carry or a building charge are written in your quote once, as included, as an extra with an amount, or as not applicable. Give floor numbers, lift details and parking distance at both ends so the written figure stays close to the final bill.
Should I choose a shared load or a dedicated vehicle?
A dedicated vehicle can suit a fixed move-in date where loading and dispatch need to be planned around your goods. Shared capacity follows its own consolidation and delivery schedule and can carry a small load or a whole home when capacity and dates fit. Confirm availability, loading and delivery windows before booking. A part load is a portion of shared capacity, and your written quote names the arrangement.
How much does car transport from Hyderabad to Warangal cost?
As an indicative guide: hatchback ₹6,500 to ₹9,500, sedan ₹9,500 to ₹13,500, and SUV or larger car ₹14,500 to ₹20,500. The way the car is carried is named in the written quote only if it is offered and confirmed for your exact model after assessment.
How much does bike transport cost on this route?
As an indicative guide: scooter ₹3,500 to ₹5,500, standard motorcycle ₹4,500 to ₹6,500, and heavy or sports motorcycle ₹6,000 to ₹9,000. The exact amount depends on the model and on the collection and delivery points in your written quote.
Will my car or bike arrive with my household goods?
Not necessarily. A car or bike follows its own calendar, depending on the carrier and your exact model. Ask for its own collection and delivery plan and the handover point, and record its condition with photographs from all sides, the odometer reading and the keys and accessories handed over.
What address details do I need to give for Warangal, Hanamkonda or Kazipet?
Send a map pin dropped at the gate where the vehicle will stop, not the railway station, a landmark name or a postal PIN alone. Add the colony or building name with block and floor, the PIN and nearest main road, which side of the road or rail line the building is on, lift and vehicle access, gate or permission rules, and the name and number of the receiver and an alternate.
Can you move a student room or just a few items?
A few items or a 1RK can be assessed, and the 1RK guide with standard full packing is ₹5,900 to ₹7,800. A small load may suit shared capacity, which follows its own schedule. Check entry rules with the owner or warden first, and have a named person present at the Warangal end to count and sign for the goods.
What affects the cost of an office move to Warangal?
The asset list with counts, condition and packed size, the amount of IT equipment to disconnect and reconnect, records and files, and the lift and entry timings at both buildings. Seat count alone does not set the price, and industrial plant, servers and safes are assessed separately. Backup and restart are handled by qualified people agreed in advance.
Will a transfer or employer-reimbursed move get the required billing documents?
Send the employer’s invoice-name, approval and document requirements before booking. Request the quotation, inventory, applicable invoice and payment acknowledgement for the agreed work. Reimbursement acceptance follows the employer’s own rules, so confirm those rather than assuming every document format will be accepted.
Does a Warangal quote cover Hanamkonda, Kazipet and two delivery addresses?
The quote should name the actual property. A second address is a separate stop to assess, with its receiver, inventory, unloading window and any extra cost agreed before booking. The three area names do not automatically mean one stop or one price.
Which truck should I choose for house shifting or transport-only hire?
Choose from the packed volume, largest pieces, weight, body dimensions and access at both ends. A vehicle-only amount can exclude packing and labour, so confirm who packs, loads and unloads. Truck size labels and bedroom count alone do not establish suitability.
How early should I book around festivals or a fixed joining date?
Enquire once the inventory and receiving date are known, and ask early for a specific vehicle or festival period. Confirm actual availability, packing start, dispatch and unloading hours. If the date changes, get the revised scope, cost and rescheduling terms before relying on the new plan.
