Shifting a home, office or shop in Panjagutta, also written Punjagutta? Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers (ALPM) arranges local and intercity moves from the actual goods entrance, inventory and receiving address.
Indicative local household starting guides are ₹5,500 for a 1 BHK, ₹8,500 for a 2 BHK and ₹12,500 for a 3 BHK. The complete furniture and carton list, packing, floors, carrying distance and actual road journey determine the quote. Larger homes, shops and selected-item moves are assessed individually.
A flat above a showroom and the shop below need different lists, even if they share a vehicle. We keep household pieces, shop stock and office assets separate so each receiver can check the right goods. Send both full addresses, room or stock photos and the date; our published registered office is at Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad.

Local Shifting Charges in Panjagutta
A local move from Panjagutta is priced on what is being moved and how hard it is to reach at each end, not on a flat rate per kilometre. The guides below are starting points for a standard household move that stays inside Hyderabad. Treat them as the place a conversation begins; the written quote moves up or down once the inventory and the access at both addresses are known.
Indicative local household guides, Panjagutta origin
Home size
Starting guide
What usually moves the quote higher
1 BHK
From ₹5,500
An upper floor without a usable lift, a long carry from the door to the vehicle, bulky wardrobes or a refrigerator, a larger volume of kitchen and fragile goods needing protection
2 BHK
From ₹8,500
Two or more large furniture sets to dismantle, balcony or store-room contents, appliances that need preparing, a narrow approach for the vehicle
3 BHK
From ₹12,500
Many rooms to pack, large quantities of books or kitchenware, heavy furniture, a loading plan that needs two trips
4+ BHK or villa
Assessed, no starting guide
Room count, outdoor and store-room contents, heavy furniture and the number of vehicles or trips the load needs
Few items
Assessed from your item list
Floors, carry distance and the size of the largest pieces often matter more than the distance travelled
What a starting guide covers
Each guide is written for a typical flat inventory, a vehicle that can stop reasonably close to the entrance, and normal work inside the city. The base scope is packing labour and materials, loading, road transport, unloading, and any furniture dismantling and reassembly you have agreed, each counted once. Other work we assess, such as extra dismantling, crating, a second trip or holding goods, appears on the quote as included, as an extra with its own amount, or as not applicable. That way nothing is charged twice, and nothing is added automatically just because a flat has stairs or fragile items. Unpacking and placement at the new address are agreed separately, including how far they go.
GST, where it applies, is shown as its own line on the quote with the treatment that fits your booking, so you can compare the base figure on its own.
What changes the price
Floors and lift: stairs, a lift too small for furniture, or a lift that has to be booked all change the labour time.
Carry distance: the walk from your door to the place the vehicle can actually stand counts alongside the road distance between the two addresses.
Heavy or awkward items: wardrobes, sofas, beds, refrigerators, washing machines and anything that will not pass through a door whole.
Packing scope: whether the crew packs everything, packs only fragile items, or loads boxes you have already packed.
Dismantling and refitting: beds, wardrobes, tables, shelving and wall-mounted items.
Destination access: a second flight of stairs or a restricted entrance at the new address matters exactly as much as one at the old address.
Date pressure: a busy date can be harder to fit than a flexible one.
Panjagutta or Punjagutta: Find the Building’s Actual Goods Entrance
Panjagutta is also written Punjagutta. Both spellings point to the same area of Hyderabad and both turn up in addresses, maps and online listings, so use whichever your address uses. We serve the area under either spelling. Neighbouring names such as Somajiguda, Ameerpet, Banjara Hills and Khairatabad come up all the time in directions and landmarks around here. Give the full premises address when moving between these localities so the road journey and access at both ends can be assessed.
From a familiar landmark to your actual entrance
Punjagutta Road and Punjagutta Officers Colony, or landmarks such as Next Galleria and Nagarjuna Circle, can help orient the address. They do not identify the goods entrance. Send your building or shop number and a map pin for the entrance, then confirm a permitted, workable vehicle standing point and the carry from there.
A landmark is not a delivery address
Saying near the junction places a building on the map but tells a crew very little about the move. A flat above a showroom, an office on an upper floor of a commercial complex and a shop that opens onto a side lane can all be described that way, and each can have a different goods entrance, a different place where a vehicle can stop and a different carry. Please check your own building, map pin and goods entrance, and do not rely on a junction or landmark alone.
What to give us instead
The building or shop name, the door or shop number, and the lane or road it is on.
The floor, and whether there is a lift, whether it is shared with other occupants, and whether it can carry furniture.
Where the goods entrance is, which can differ from the visitor entrance.
The nearest point where a vehicle can stand, and the walking distance from there to your door.
Any building or management permission needed to bring goods in or out.
The same details for the destination.
We confirm the approach and stopping point with you before moving day, because the right way in depends on the exact premises.
Junction landmarks and the final approach
If directions use Punjagutta metro station, Next Galleria or Nagarjuna Circle, follow the landmark with the lane, building and goods-entry pin. Give approach photos and assess the stopping point for the assigned vehicle. Neither a junction landmark nor a visitor entrance reserves a loading space. A longer carry or smaller-vehicle leg needs its own assessed scope.
Society notice and commercial-building appointments
Ask the owner or management about moving notice, any gate pass or NOC process, lift reservations, protective covering and the permitted hours. For an upper-floor office or a flat above shops, check whether the goods staircase or lift is shared and when it can be used without blocking another entrance. Give separate details for the receiving building.
Planning the road leg
Assess travel between the two actual gates alongside packing and carrying time. An early morning, evening or Sunday preference still needs permission and crew and vehicle availability. Recheck the receiver’s appointment if arrival changes rather than assuming a junction traffic pattern fixes the moving time.
Local Shifting from Panjagutta to Gachibowli, Kukatpally and Other Areas
Use the two actual entrances to plan the drive and both building appointments. The local starting guides help with an initial budget; the full inventory, packing, floors, carrying work and road leg determine the quote.
What to settle at the receiving premises
Destination
Planning detail
Somajiguda, Ameerpet, Khairatabad or Begumpet
Exact lane, building and goods entrance, with floors and access checked separately even for a nearby move.
Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills or Srinagar Colony
Complete address and vehicle stop, carrying path and fit for large furniture at the new home.
Kukatpally, KPHB or Miyapur
Phase, colony and actual gate, plus a receiver with keys and an agreed unloading window.
Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur or HITEC City
Match road travel to any tower or lift reservation and use room labels for the full unloading count.
Secunderabad, Kompally, Uppal or LB Nagar
Plan the full road leg between both property appointments rather than assuming a fixed finish time.
Moving a Home and Shop Together: Separate Lists, Counts and Receivers
Panjagutta has flats above or near shops, and offices beside homes, so a single enquiry can involve a family home, the shop downstairs and an office as well. One total on an inventory hides the most important fact, which is which goods belong to which group and who is receiving them. This is how we plan such a move so that each group can be counted, received and placed properly.
Label household, shop and office groups separately
Household items are listed as H1, H2 and so on, shop items as S1, S2 and so on, and office items as O1, O2 and so on. Within each group, keep three things apart. A parent item is the thing you would name, such as a wardrobe, a glass display counter or a cluster of workstations. Physical packages are the pieces it becomes once it is dismantled or boxed, so one wardrobe may travel as several panels and a bag of fittings. Stock units are the saleable items inside a shop carton. Each parent ID is recorded with its package count, and a shop carton is recorded with the units it holds. The person receiving at the door counts packages, and the shopkeeper checks stock units against a list, so the two numbers must never be mixed.
Group, record and receipt decisions
Group
What the record holds
Receipt decisions agreed before dispatch
Household (H)
Parent items, package count, room of origin, packing and protection, existing marks and condition
Named receiver, exact goods entrance, destination floor and room, who checks the count
Shop (S)
Fixture parent items, cartons by shelf bay or category, units per carton, packing state, any seal or tape marks, fixture condition
Named release authority and receiver, exact goods entrance, shelf bay or stockroom, stock check against the list, any specialist release such as refrigeration or signage
Office (O)
Asset IDs, count, condition, packed size, authorisation to release each asset
Named release authority and receiver, department area, who handles the IT backup, reconnection and testing
One quote, separate scope, one shared leg
A combined quote can carry a separate scope and a separate receiver for each group. The vehicle and the local leg they share are shown once and not repeated under every group. Whether the groups travel in one trip or in separate trips is decided only after we have assessed whether the goods are compatible, the capacity, the safe weight, the fragile items and the accepted windows at both places. If one trip is not workable, the groups become separate jobs, each with its own scope.
Loading order follows safety and the two receiving slots
It is tempting to say that shop stock should always load last and unload first because the shop wants to reopen. We do not set the order that way. Safe weight distribution, fragile pieces, what can be reached first and the receiving slot each receiver has accepted decide the sequence. If the shop opening cannot be met safely within one load, the answer is a separate job, not a compromise on how things are stacked.
What stays with you, and what needs specialists
Valuables, cash and original documents stay with the owner. A shop that deals in jewellery or other high-value goods should not put that stock in a household load. Ask the operator how any goods they decline will be handled.
Fixed displays and signage are released only by a qualified person after assessment, and where the owner or landlord controls them, their permission comes first.
For an office, the owner or IT person takes the backup, a qualified person disconnects, reconnects and tests the systems, and the release is authorised by someone entitled to give it.
A hypothetical home-and-shop plan
Picture a family living on an upper floor of a building and running a small shop in a ground-floor unit in the same lane. Both are moving to a new building, with the family going to a second-floor flat with a shared lift and the shop going to a ground-floor unit whose goods entrance is at the back. The family’s wardrobe, bed and dining table are H1 to H3, each with a physical package count after any agreed, suitable dismantling. The shop’s glass counter is S1, its wall shelving is S2, and its stock is S3 onward in numbered cartons, each marked with how many units it holds. The quote shows the flat and the shop as two scopes with two named receivers, and the shared vehicle and local leg appear once. The shop’s fixed signage needs a qualified release and the owner’s or landlord’s permission, so it is listed with that condition. Whether everything fits in one trip depends on the weight, the glass and the two agreed moving windows, and if it does not, two jobs are quoted instead. The household and shop receivers each use their own list to check what arrives.
Before dispatch, both properties need their keys, any required permission, a usable path from the vehicle to each door and an agreed moving window. Every item from the load is unloaded and placed before anything is restarted or unpacked.
Premises Handover Checklist for Home, Shop and Office Moves
Use this list for a shop, an office or a home-and-shop move. Each line removes a question that would otherwise be asked on the day.
Before the move
List shop stock by category and record counters, shelving, display fixtures and signage on a separate fixtures list.
Give household, shop and office items their own H, S and O IDs, with package counts and, for stock, units per carton.
Sort files and records into those that go in labelled boxes and those you will carry yourself.
Mark glass, mirrors, display cases and other fragile display items for individual wrapping and rigid protection.
Decide who disconnects and who reconnects electrical equipment, refrigeration, signage, billing systems and network points, and arrange a qualified technician where one is needed.
Ask building management, the association or neighbouring occupants whether permission, a lift booking or a gate pass is needed.
Before dispatch
Confirm a receiver for each load, with the keys and the authority to accept the goods.
Confirm any property permission, a usable path from the vehicle stop to each door, and the agreed moving window at each place.
Recheck the slot if the estimated arrival changes.
At the old premises
Walk the premises with the crew lead and agree what is moving and what stays.
Check the count against the list as items are packed and loaded.
Note existing scratches or damage on furniture and fixtures before they are wrapped.
Keep valuables, cash, original documents and keys with you, not in the load.
At the new premises
Have one named receiver for each load, holding the room, bay or department plan.
Unload and place all goods within the agreed moving window before anything is unpacked or any equipment is restarted.
Check parent items, package counts and stock cartons against the list before the crew leaves, and note anything missing or damaged on the handover sheet.
Confirm the refitting of furniture and fixtures and any reconnection you agreed.
Agree what the crew unpacks and what you will unpack yourself.
Dates, qualified work and rain preparation
Ask about availability once both property dates are clear, especially for month-end or a fixed business reopening. Obtain applicable advance, cancellation and rescheduling terms before payment. Prepare appliances according to the model instructions and arrange qualified fixture or connection work where needed. If rain affects loading, agree a dry carrying path and keep goods dry before wrapping; revise unsafe work and the receiving appointment.
Office and Shop Shifting Cost in Panjagutta
Commercial moves are scoped differently from household moves because the cost follows the assets, not the number of rooms. The Hyderabad local office guide below shows where local commercial moves typically sit. It is a local asset and access guide, not an upper limit, not a rate per employee and not an intercity tariff.
Hyderabad local office moving guide
Scope
Indicative guide
What the figure assumes
Some office goods
₹4,500–₹9,500
A partial local move of furniture, files and equipment inside Hyderabad, with clear access at both ends
Complete office
₹6,000–₹19,000
A full local move of furniture, files and equipment inside Hyderabad, sized by the volume of assets and the access
The wide range for a complete office is deliberate. Volume, floors, lift access and the amount of dismantling vary far more between offices than between flats, so the sensible next step is an inventory, not a headline price.
How an office relocation is recorded
Each asset has an ID, a count, a condition note and a packed size, and each has someone entitled to authorise its release and someone to receive it.
The owner or IT person takes the backup. Disconnecting, reconnecting, testing, restarting and powering equipment are done by a qualified person as agreed. We do not push a fixed restart timeline that would rush anyone into switching on equipment before it is safe.
Servers, safes and industrial equipment are assessed explicitly and are not folded into a general office price.
Personal laptops and files stay in the custody of their owner by choice. Business assets follow the authority of whoever is responsible for them. Labels show asset IDs and departments, never passwords or the contents of files.
When the quote is assessed rather than guided
Server racks and network equipment, heavy safes and cabinets, workstation clusters that must come apart and be rebuilt in order, and anything needing a particular loading sequence are quoted after we assess the assets and the access. The assessment can be a visit or a guided walk-through, and it produces a written scope.
Shop shifting
A shop is quoted from its own stock and fixtures list, not from the office guide. Stock that must stay saleable, glass-fronted displays, counters, shelving and signage all behave differently from desks and files, and two shops of the same size can hold entirely different stock, so we do not publish a shop price band. Send the stock categories, the fixtures that have to move, who releases them and where the goods entrance is, and the quote follows from that.
Reimbursement and business continuity
Share an employer’s estimate, approval and invoice requirements at enquiry and confirm the billing name and applicable GST details before invoicing. After-hours or weekend handling still needs permission at both premises. Unload and place the complete ready load first, then carry out the booked assembly and qualified equipment checks before reopening.
House Shifting in Panjagutta: Packing, Furniture Fit and Room Setup
For house shifting in Panjagutta we handle the whole sequence of packing, loading, transport, unloading and unpacking, or only the parts you want. You can book the full move or choose steps, and the written scope says exactly which are included.
The sequence
Packing is done by room and labelled so the unloading crew can follow the plan. The loading order takes account of weight, protection and delivery sequence. At the new address, items go to the rooms you indicate, and furniture is refitted where that was agreed. Unpacking is optional. When you book it, the scope says how far it goes, for example whether the crew unpacks every box or only certain rooms, and whether items are placed or simply opened.
Furniture and whether it will actually fit
Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and modular shelving are dismantled where needed and refitted at the destination. The question that decides whether this works is whether the pieces can reach their place. We compare the width, height and depth of each packed piece and of each separated panel with the door openings, the lift cabin, the stair turns and the landings at both ends. Checking width alone misses the pieces that stick on a turn or in a low cabin. A smaller truck does not solve a stair-fit problem, because the obstacle is inside the building.
Dismantling is planned only where needed, permitted by the design and agreed by the owner. Compare packed dimensions and known weight with the lift cabin dimensions and its usable load; unknown fit or weight needs assessment.
Panels are protected and labelled, and screws and fittings are bagged and kept with the piece they belong to.
No adhesive tape goes onto a finished surface.
If a piece will not pass
Before loading, the choices are a workable, permitted alternative by a qualified person, a new slot, or leaving that piece out of the move. After a piece is loaded, it is not abandoned or dropped from the job. It goes to a later agreed moving window or to confirmed holding, as described in the section on few-item moves, shared loads and holding.
Fragile, display and decorative items
Artwork, mirrors, glass-topped tables and display cabinets are wrapped separately and loaded where nothing will lean on them. If you own items of high value, mention them at the assessment so that the packing and the condition record reflect it.
Family flats and rental handovers
Include kitchen cupboards, loft, balcony and store-room contents in the survey. Share the deadline for returning the old keys and the earliest time the new home can receive goods. Photograph existing marks for your handover record. Agree which rooms are unpacked and keep bedding, utensils, medicines, chargers and original documents in a personal first-night bag.
Packing, Fragile Items and Appliance Preparation
Packing materials are chosen item by item and can include cartons, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, foam sheets and stretch wrap. Books and clothes are boxed by weight, and each box is labelled by room, shelf bay or department so unloading can follow the plan.
Fragile goods need two kinds of protection
Wrapping and surface cover protect a finish from scratches, but they do not absorb an impact. Fragile items therefore get cushioning together with rigid protection, such as a firm carton or a crate where we have assessed that one is needed. Glass, mirrors and display pieces are handled this way and loaded so that nothing presses on them.
If you pack some boxes yourself
You are welcome to pack part of the move. Before the day, ask how the crew will accept self-packed boxes, whether they may be opened and inspected, how they will be handled, and whether cover applies to them. The answer goes into the written scope. Record self-packed cartons with package IDs and counts so the handling and receiving lists agree.
Appliances
Refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, televisions and similar items are prepared for the move with doors and trays secured, hoses drained and loose parts removed. How an appliance is prepared and restarted should follow its model manual. If a washing machine model requires transit bolts, they are fitted correctly for transport and removed before the machine is used again. Waiting before restarting a refrigerator or switching on a new connection also follows the manual.
Work that needs a qualified person
Air-conditioner gas work, electrical connections, plumbing, specialist carpentry and IT systems are separate scopes, normally done by a qualified technician. They are not assumed to be part of the moving crew’s work. Say at booking who will arrange them so that the time and the order are agreed before the day.
PG Rooms, Few Items, Shared Loads and Holding
Not every move is a full flat. A single bed and wardrobe, a student’s belongings, a few appliances or part of a shop’s stock can be moved as a few-item job.
How a small move is quoted
A small move is quoted from the item list, the floors and the carry, not from a home size. Send a list of what is moving, with rough sizes for anything large, and say where the vehicle can stand. For a few items, the carrying and the floors often cost more than the distance, so a short move up several flights can cost more than a longer move from the ground floor.
Dedicated and shared loads
There are two ways a load can travel. A dedicated load means a vehicle allocated to your goods, with pickup and delivery windows agreed with you. A shared load means your goods use part of a vehicle’s capacity alongside other goods, on dates that fit. A shared load can still cover a whole home if the capacity and the dates work. A part load is a portion of shared capacity and is not a third mode. Transport-only describes the booked work rather than a load type. State who packs, loads, carries, unloads and receives at each end; it can use either shared or dedicated transport.
Shared consolidation does not mean a truck has to be literally full before it leaves. It means your goods are matched to a dispatch whose timing suits yours. For either option, agree the planned departure, the receiving window and how timing changes will be communicated.
Transfers between vehicles or locations
A transfer is considered only after it is assessed as permitted and workable. The record then names the operator, the location, the crew, the carry, the unload and reload, and the local-leg scope, with its cost counted once. It lists the item IDs and counts, notes their condition, and records any change in responsibility for the goods.
Holding, only when it is needed
Holding matters when move-out and move-in dates do not meet, or when a shop or office has to keep stock for a while. It is assessed case by case and quoted separately. A holding arrangement names the operator, the location and who is responsible for the goods, lists the IDs and counts, records the actual condition, and states how access works, how long the goods stay, the rate, and how they exit and are redelivered. We do not treat holding as included in any guide on this page. Confirm availability and charges before accepting the holding arrangement.
PG and single-room shifting
For a rented room or shared flat, list your own bed, desk, cupboard, appliances and cartons, and mark belongings that stay. Give the actual address even if directions use a hospital, college or office landmark. Name a person authorised to hand over the items if you are away. Vehicle space and helpers follow the packed load, stairs and carrying distance rather than an automatic mini-truck package.
How to Compare Packers and Movers in Panjagutta
Published prices in this market are hard to compare because pages measure different things. Some give only a starting price per home size. Some give wide bands that blend local and long-distance work, or tables that begin at distances too long to say anything about a move within Hyderabad. Directory listings show many providers and ratings but little about how a particular move will be handled. The way to a fair comparison is to give every provider the same facts and compare what comes back.
A like-for-like comparison
What to compare
What to ask
Why it matters
Inventory basis
Is the quote built from my list, a visit or walk-through, or only from the number of rooms?
Room count alone can miss large items and handling needs.
Access assumptions
Which floors, lift and carry distance does the price assume at each end?
Access sets the labour and should be written into the quote.
Packing scope
What does the crew pack, with which materials, and what must I box myself?
Two quotes with different packing scope are not the same price.
Fit and dismantling
Were width, height and depth checked against doors, lift and stairs at both ends, and is refitting included?
Beds and wardrobes are a common source of extra charges.
Appliances and technicians
Who handles air conditioners, geysers, billing systems and IT, and is it part of the price?
It is a separate qualified scope and should be agreed before the day.
Home, shop and office split
Are goods listed under separate IDs, with separate receivers and one shared vehicle cost?
Separate lists make the loading order and the receipt clear.
Load type
Is the transport shared or dedicated, and is the work full service or transport only?
The load type and scope decide what you are actually paying for.
Holding and cover
If dates do not meet, who holds the goods, where, at what rate, and what cover applies?
Neither should be assumed from a headline price.
Written scope and GST
Does the quote list inclusions, extras and a separate GST line?
A written scope is what you can hold the price to.
Local specifics
Does the provider ask about my exact goods entrance, or treat the junction as the address?
A provider that asks is planning the move.
Ask for the quote in writing and check that it matches what you were told on the phone. A very low price that skips these questions is more likely incomplete than cheap.
Why Choose ALPM for Panjagutta: Process, Timing and Moving Day
ALPM is a local packing and moving business based in Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad. Our approach is to plan from your inventory and your access, to put the scope and the estimate in writing, to agree a moving window with you, and to hand goods over against a record. You can reach us on +91 94671 86002.
The process
Share the move: what is moving, from which exact premises to which, and your preferred date.
Assessment: we review the inventory and the access at both ends, by visit or guided walk-through, and note dismantling, fit and specialist work. For mixed loads we keep separate H, S and O lists.
Written quote: the scope states what is included, what is extra and the GST line, so you can compare it with any other quote.
Date and vehicle plan: the date, the vehicle and the windows at both buildings are agreed.
Before dispatch: each receiver, the keys and authority, any property permission, a usable path and the agreed moving window are confirmed.
Packing: the crew packs by room, shelf bay or department and labels each box.
Loading: items are counted against the inventory in the agreed order.
Transport: the load travels to the destination, or to confirmed holding if that was agreed.
Unloading and placement: all goods are unloaded and placed within the agreed moving window, and furniture is refitted as agreed.
Check and unpack: you check the handover record before the crew leaves, and unpacking follows where it was booked.
Local timing
A local move is planned around the loading and unloading windows at the two buildings, not around transit time. A modest flat is usually planned as one day’s work, while a large flat, a shop with a lot of stock or an office may be phased across days, with the order agreed beforehand. Premises that need a lift booking or management permission set the earliest and latest times the crew can work, so ask about these when you book.
Moving day details
If you want goods for a particular room placed first, we plan that priority only where the loading and unloading sequence permits it safely. Every item is unloaded and placed within the agreed moving window first, and unpacking comes afterwards, so no goods are left on the vehicle while boxes are being opened. If a receiver or key is not ready, the options are to wait inside the agreed window, move to a new slot or arrange confirmed holding. Any charges for that are written into your booking and are not assumed here. If the estimated arrival changes, we recheck the slot with the receivers.
The published registered business is Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers, GSTIN 36FDRPM0957B1ZC, with registered office at Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad. Confirm the appointment, named booking contact and company responsible for each handling stage through the published number or page form.
Moving Out of Hyderabad and Vehicle Transport From Panjagutta

The collection and delivery points, the protection used, and the loading and unloading scope and cost.
Photographs of all sides, the odometer reading, and a note of the keys and accessories handed over.
Fuel and battery follow the maker’s and the carrier’s instructions. There is no single rule that suits every vehicle.
Ask the carrier which vehicle papers and identification it actually needs for your vehicle and route, and avoid posting ID numbers in public messages.
What you carry yourself
Carry documents, cash, jewellery and medicines personally. Ask the operator which items they decline and how declined items are handled. Do not place unsafe or prohibited goods in the household load.

The record is an inventory with counts, notes on existing marks on furniture and appliances before they are wrapped, and photographs of high-value or fragile items. For shops it adds a stock count by category and the units per carton, and for offices it lists asset IDs with their condition. At delivery, check against the same record and note anything missing or damaged on the handover sheet promptly. Check heavy and fragile items first, take photographs and keep the labels as they arrived. We will help with the check. How a claim is raised and settled follows the terms of your actual booking. Keep the relevant photos, labels, booking papers and payment receipts with the report.
Cover
We do not assume that any guide on this page includes transit cover. Cover is discussed before booking, depends on the type of move and the declared value of the goods, and is written on the quote so you know what it includes and what it does not. If you want additional cover for high-value goods, say so at the assessment so the options can be discussed and recorded.
Documents you should expect
A written quote that lists scope, inclusions and extras, with GST on its own line.
An inventory sheet and, for shops and offices, a list of stock, fixtures or assets with their IDs.
An invoice for the booked service. If your employer needs a particular billing format, tell us before booking.
Any building permission, lift booking or gate pass your premises require, which you arrange or confirm with the building.
For vehicles, the papers the carrier asks for and a record of the vehicle’s condition at pickup.
FAQs: Packers and Movers in Panjagutta
How much does local shifting cost in Panjagutta?
Indicative local starting guides are about ₹5,500 for a 1BHK, ₹8,500 for a 2BHK and ₹12,500 for a 3BHK. They assume a typical inventory, normal access and standard packing, loading, transport and unloading inside Hyderabad, with agreed furniture dismantling and reassembly counted once. A 4+ BHK or villa, and a few-item move, are assessed from your inventory. Floors, lift access, carry distance, bulky items, packing scope and dismantling move the final figure. Other assessed work is shown as included, extra with an amount, or not applicable, and GST is a separate line, so the price is confirmed in writing once your inventory and access are known.
Is Panjagutta the same as Punjagutta, and do you serve both?
Yes. Panjagutta and Punjagutta are two spellings used for the area. Keep the spelling shown in your address and share the exact building, door number, PIN and goods entrance. Moves to Somajiguda, Ameerpet, Banjara Hills or Khairatabad are assessed as local Hyderabad moves from the actual inventory and access.
What does an office move in Panjagutta cost?
For local moves inside Hyderabad, some office goods are guided at ₹4,500–₹9,500 and a complete office at ₹6,000–₹19,000. These are local asset and access guides, not caps, not intercity figures and not rates per employee. Server racks, heavy safes, workstation clusters and other complex systems are quoted after we assess the assets and the access. Each asset is recorded with an ID, a count, a condition and someone authorised to release it.
Can you move my shop and my home in one booking?
Yes. We recommend one booking with separate lists: H IDs for household goods, S IDs for shop stock and fixtures, and O IDs if an office is involved. Each group has its own scope, its own named receiver and its own receiving point, while the vehicle and local-leg cost they share is shown once. Whether the groups travel in one trip or two is decided after we assess compatibility, capacity, safe weight, fragile items and agreed moving windows at both places. Loading order follows safety and the receiving slots, not a fixed rule such as stock last. Valuables, cash and documents stay with you.
What if my building’s goods entrance is not on the main road?
That is common in an area with showrooms, commercial complexes and apartment blocks. Tell us the building name, the door or shop number, the floor, the lift situation and where the goods entrance is, and we confirm the approach and the vehicle stopping point with you before moving day. We do not assume that loading is allowed at a particular spot or that a road suits a particular vehicle, so please also check your own map pin and entrance. The quote is built on the premises and not on the nearest junction.
Do you move only a few items or a part load?
Yes. A few-item move is quoted from the item list, the floors and the carry distance, not from a home size. A load can be dedicated, meaning a vehicle allocated to your goods with agreed pickup and delivery windows, or shared, meaning your goods use part of a vehicle’s capacity on dates that fit. A part load is a portion of shared capacity, not a separate mode, and transport-only describes the booked work, with packing, loading and unloading responsibilities agreed separately at both ends. The written quote states which applies.
How long does a local move take compared with an intercity move?
A local move is planned around the loading and unloading windows at the two buildings. A modest flat is usually planned as one day’s work, while a large flat, a shop with a lot of stock or an office may be phased across days. Intercity moves are counted in days after dispatch. On the corridor guides, a dedicated 2BHK load is about 2–3 days to Pune and about 2–4 days to Visakhapatnam, and a shared load is about 4–6 and 5–7 days, with any shared-load consolidation before dispatch being additional. For Vijayawada, a dedicated load is provisionally same or next day, confirmed after loading and dispatch once the receiver is ready, and a shared load is matched to a dispatch on the shared calendar before booking, so no day range is given.
Who disconnects and reconnects air conditioners, geysers and shop equipment?
This is agreed before the day. Air-conditioner gas work, geysers, wall-mounted televisions, billing systems, refrigeration, signage, network points and IT systems normally need a qualified technician, and these are separate scopes from the moving crew’s work. Say at booking who will arrange them. The crew prepares appliances for transport and handles agreed furniture dismantling and refitting. Appliance restart follows the model manual, and for offices the owner takes the backup and a qualified person reconnects and tests the systems.
Can goods be stored between moving out and moving in?
Holding is assessed case by case and quoted separately, and we do not treat it as included in any move guide. A holding arrangement names the operator, the location and who is responsible for the goods, and lists the item IDs and counts, the actual condition, how access works, how long the goods stay, the rate and how they are redelivered. Confirm availability and charges before booking it.
Can you transport my scooter, bike or car from Panjagutta?
Yes, as a separate vehicle schedule with its own pickup point, calendar and condition record. On the Hyderabad to Vijayawada corridor, selected guides are ₹4,000–₹5,000 for a scooter up to 150 cc, ₹5,000–₹6,000 for a heavier bike, ₹8,500–₹10,500 for a hatchback on an open carrier and ₹10,500–₹13,000 for a sedan or SUV on a carrier. On the Visakhapatnam corridor the matching figures are ₹5,000–₹6,000, ₹6,000–₹7,500, ₹10,500–₹13,000 and ₹13,000–₹16,000. A closed carrier is quoted separately. We settle the exact model, carrier availability, photographs of all sides, odometer reading, keys and accessories, and fuel and battery follow the maker’s and carrier’s instructions.
Is transit cover included in the price?
We do not assume it is. Cover depends on the type of move and the declared value of the goods, it is discussed before booking, and the quote states what it does and does not include. At delivery, check the handover record, note any missing or damaged item before the crew leaves, keep photographs and labels, and follow the claim terms in your actual booking.
What should I send to get an accurate quote?
Send the building or shop name and number, the floor, the lift details, where the goods entrance is and where a vehicle can stand, the same details for the destination, a list of what is moving with rough sizes for large items, which furniture must be dismantled, whether you want packing and unpacking, and your preferred date. For a combined move, list household, shop and office goods separately with a named receiver for each. For shops and offices, add a stock or asset list and a note of who is authorised to release the goods.
Can I request same-day or next-day shifting in Panjagutta?
Ask about availability for the actual date and load, then confirm the access and moving hours permitted at both properties. Agree the appointment before treating the enquiry as booked. Obtain the applicable advance, cancellation and date-change terms before payment.
Can I book only a PG room or a few belongings?
Yes. Send the exact room address, item list, photos of large pieces and the floors at both ends. Mark shared belongings that stay and name an authorised pickup contact. The vehicle and helpers are assessed from the packed load and carrying path rather than a fixed BHK package.
What does Panjagutta to Gachibowli or Kukatpally house shifting cost?
The indicative local starting guides are ₹5,500 for a 1 BHK, ₹8,500 for a 2 BHK and ₹12,500 for a 3 BHK. The inventory, packing, floors, carrying distance and actual road journey determine the final quote. These are not fixed locality-pair prices.
Will you unpack and arrange items in the new home?
The quote should state which rooms and cartons are opened, whether contents are placed in prepared cupboards, which furniture is reassembled and how packing material is collected or removed. Full unloading and safe placement come first; the booked reassembly and unpacking follow.
