Packers and Movers in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

Moving a family flat, a bachelor room or an office in Nanakramguda needs a plan for both the goods and the building. Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers (ALPM) arranges house shifting, office and shop relocation, packing, loading and unloading, few-item moves and selected car or bike transport.

Indicative local household starting guides are ₹5,500 for a 1 BHK, ₹8,500 for a 2 BHK and ₹12,500 for a 3 BHK. Larger homes, villas and small selected loads are assessed from the inventory. The quote uses both actual addresses, packing choices, floors and carrying work.

A Financial District landmark still needs the office or tower, goods gate and receiving appointment. Send a room list with photos of large pieces so the packing method, vehicle and handling scope can be chosen before the date is fixed. Our published registered office is at Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad.

Local shifting charges in Nanakramguda

For a move that starts and ends inside Hyderabad, the table gives the starting point we use when someone in Nanakramguda asks what a local home move costs. It is a planning guide for a straightforward move, not a fixed rate. Your written quote follows your inventory, the floors and lifts at both addresses, and how much packing and dismantling you want done.

Home sizeStarting guideWhat usually moves the quote above the start
1 BHKFrom ₹5,500Full kitchen packing, a wardrobe or two to dismantle, stairs instead of a lift
2 BHKFrom ₹8,500Furniture from two bedrooms to dismantle, a TV and appliances to pack, a long carry from the entry to the vehicle
3 BHKFrom ₹12,500Several beds and wardrobes, a larger kitchen and dining set, more than one vehicle trip
4+ BHK or villaAssessedQuoted after we see the inventory and the access at both ends
Few itemsAssessedPriced on what is moving, the vehicle it needs and the access, not on a home size

What the base quote covers

For a full household move, the base covers packing labour and materials, loading, road transport, unloading and any furniture dismantling and reassembly you agree on, each stated once. Unpacking and placement are agreed by extent, for example which rooms, which cartons and which furniture to position. Any other work we assess should appear in the quote as included, as a priced extra, or as not applicable. That way nothing is charged twice, and an automatic stairs or fragile fee does not appear later on top of a base that already covered the work. GST, where it applies, is a separate line with the treatment the quote states.

What goes into the figure

  • The inventory: furniture, cartons of loose items, and which pieces are bulky or fragile.
  • The vehicle, the number of trips, and where the vehicle can stand.
  • Labour for carrying, including long carries and flights of stairs.
  • How much you want packed by us and how much you pack yourself.
  • Dismantling and reassembly of beds, wardrobes and modular furniture.
  • The date and time slot, since busy dates can affect availability and price.

What to see in writing

Ask for a quote that names the vehicle type, says who packs which rooms, states whether materials, dismantling, reassembly and unpacking are included, and lists every item charged separately. A single figure without that list cannot be compared with another quote.

Home, office, few-item and labour-only services

Moves from Nanakramguda are rarely identical, so each job gets its own scope. You pay for the work you need, and the quote says who does what.

  • Household shifting: packing, loading, road transport, unloading and, if booked, unpacking for flats, villas and independent houses.
  • Office and shop shifting: workstations, files, shelving and stock, planned around the building’s goods entry and the hours you can close.
  • Few items and part loads: a sofa, a refrigerator, a bed or a handful of cartons without a full-house crew.
  • Packing and unpacking only: we pack at the old address, or unpack and clear material at the new one where agreed, while you arrange transport.
  • Loading and unloading only: labour for a vehicle you have arranged.
  • Furniture and appliance handling: dismantling, reassembly and careful movement, with technician work confirmed as its own line.
  • Bike and car transport: a separate job with its own date and records.
  • Holding and cover assistance: arranged only after we assess the goods and the period.

Few items and part loads

A few-item move is about load size. It is priced on what is moving, the vehicle it needs and the access at both ends. It is different from an intercity part load, which simply means your goods take a portion of shared capacity on a route. A part load is not a third way of moving beside shared and dedicated, and a whole home can also use shared capacity when the dates fit. Send a short list, a photo of each large item, the floor and whether a lift can be used. One heavy item on a high floor with no lift can need more labour than a room of boxes, so item count alone can mislead.

Loading or unloading only

If you have arranged a vehicle, we can supply the labour to load or unload it. Settle these points first:

  • Whether you or we provide the vehicle, and its type.
  • Whether goods are already packed or any wrapping is needed.
  • What protection is used for lift walls, doorways and floors.
  • What happens to blankets, cartons and wrap once the work ends.

The charge follows the weight and bulk, the carry distance, the floors and the time needed, so we quote after seeing the list and the access.

Transport only

For road transport alone, you or nominated helpers arrange packing, loading and unloading unless crew work is separately booked. It is a scope, not a separate kind of service, so the quote should say who packs, who loads, who unloads, who carries from the vehicle to the door and who clears loose material afterwards.

PG, bachelor-room and selected furniture moves

List the pieces that belong to you and mark shared-flat items that stay. Include your bed, desk, fridge, washing machine and cartons only if they are moving, with photos and packed sizes for large pieces. Name who can release them if you are away. A smaller vehicle and the handling crew are assessed from this load, the stairs and the carry; neither a mini-truck enquiry nor a small room fixes the number of helpers.

Home setup after delivery

For a full flat or villa, include loft, balcony and stored goods in the survey. Label rooms consistently and agree which furniture is reassembled, which cartons stay sealed and which cupboards are unpacked. Keep first-night essentials and work devices with you. Complete unloading and safe placement first, then the booked reassembly and unpacking.

Nanakramguda and Financial District: Use the Actual Tower and Goods Gate

Nanakramguda is part of Hyderabad’s Financial District, where office campuses and apartment towers sit close together. Two moves with a Nanakramguda address can be entirely different jobs. A flat in a gated community, a floor in an office tower and a ground-floor shop are planned differently, so we plan from the actual address and not from the area name.

A Financial District address still needs the building, plot or tower, floor and goods entrance. Send the postal PIN and a map pin for the actual gate at each end, rather than a nearby office landmark. Check whether visitors and goods vehicles use different entrances before the vehicle is planned.

What we ask before quoting

  • The tower, community or office name, or the plot number, at the pickup and the destination.
  • The road and landmark you use to direct visitors, and the floor at both ends.
  • The goods gate, postal PIN code and map pin of each address.
  • Whether a lift can be used for goods and what load it takes.
  • Where a vehicle can legally stand, and how far the carry is from that point.
  • A room-by-room list of what is moving, with photos of large or fragile pieces.
  • Your date, and whether it is fixed or flexible.

Local Shifting from Nanakramguda to Gachibowli, Kondapur and Nearby Areas

For local house shifting, use the two actual goods gates and the full room inventory. A Financial District office, apartment tower and independent home can have different carrying routes even when their map pins are close together. The local starting guides are an initial budget, with the actual work and road leg assessed separately.

Receiving details for moves from Nanakramguda
DestinationWhat to settle before packing
Gachibowli or another Financial District buildingExact building and tower, goods gate, service lift if required, vehicle stop and the receiving appointment.
Khajaguda, Puppalaguda or ManikondaFull address and approach photo, packed furniture fit, floors and a usable carrying path; assess the actual building.
Narsingi or KokapetKeys and permission at the new home, working lift where used and an agreed space for safe unloading and placement.
Kondapur, Madhapur, HITEC City or RaidurgPlan the road journey between the booked property windows and check both large-item fit and the receiving room labels.
Kukatpally, Miyapur or another northern destinationColony and phase, actual gate and unloading hours, with enough allowance for the road leg and carrying work.
Secunderabad, Kompally, Uppal or LB NagarThe full cross-city route, receiver availability and property access rather than a fixed completion time based on locality names.

Relevant receiving guidance is available for Gachibowli, Kondapur and Manikonda. A same-building or nearby move still needs the full access and package checks.

Goods entry, lifts and fit at both addresses

A landmark in the Financial District tells us the area. It does not say which gate a tower accepts goods through, which lift carries goods, or where a vehicle may stand. The building office confirms its entry and lift arrangements; the operator assesses whether the approach and stopping point are permitted and workable, so we ask for each address and do not apply one rule across the area. We also do not quote standard building hours, road widths or travel times, because they depend on the building and the day.

Address typeWhat to check before bookingHow it can change the move
Apartment tower or gated communityWhether goods use a separate entry or lift, whether the office wants notice or a time slot, and where the vehicle can standVehicle size, trips between vehicle and door, and best time of day
Independent house or villaThe approach street, where the vehicle can stop, and any steps or gate to passAn assessed, lawful transfer or longer carry, with its crew and handling scope agreed
Office floor in a campus or towerWhich entry the building routes goods through, lift availability, any time window, and whether move-out needs permissionThe schedule, the crew plan, and whether the move runs in one stretch or in stages
Shop or ground-floor premisesThe loading point, where the vehicle may stand, and how long the shutter can stay downClosure time and how stock is staged

Will it fit? Check packed pieces and separated panels

For each large piece, note two sets of width, height and depth: the fully packed piece, and the separated panels if the piece can be taken apart. Compare both with the door opening, the goods-lift cabin, the stair turn and the landing at the pickup and at the destination. A smaller truck does not help a piece that cannot turn on a staircase. Assess unknown weights or clearances before acceptance, including the usable lift load and turning space. Where the design permits and the owner agrees, dismantling may provide a workable carrying route. Panels are protected and labelled, fittings are bagged to the piece, and no adhesive goes on a finished surface.

If a piece does not fit

If the problem shows up before loading, we choose with you a workable, permitted alternative carried out by qualified people, a new slot, or leaving that piece out of the move. If it shows up after loading, the piece is not abandoned or excluded. It goes to a later agreed moving window or into confirmed holding, as described in the holding section below.

Receiving slot

Ask the receiving building for its agreed moving window and any lift booking. If our expected arrival changes, recheck the slot with the building so the goods are not left waiting at the gate.

Society permission and service-lift booking

Ask your facility office about moving notice, any owner approval or NOC process, maintenance clearance where required, a vehicle pass, protective covering and lift reservations. Give the actual permitted hours at both properties. A preferred early start or Sunday still needs permission and crew and vehicle availability; it is not automatically the best window for every building.

When dates, traffic or weather change

For month-end, a fixed work joining date or a possession handover, enquire early and share the deadline. Assess the actual road journey between the two goods-entry pins alongside packing and carrying time, rather than relying on a car commute. In rain, agree a dry carrying path and suitable loading protection, keeping furniture dry before wrapping. Recheck receiving access whenever the arrival estimate changes.

Mini Truck or Larger Vehicle: Choose Space from the Packed Load

A BHK label does not specify a truck. Share the packed furniture dimensions, carton count and known weight, together with the permitted approach and stopping point. The loading plan must fit the usable space, rated payload and safe restraint arrangement of the actual assigned vehicle.

How vehicle and trip choices are assessed
LoadDecision to make
PG room, few cartons or selected furnitureAssess whether a small goods vehicle can take the packed pieces and weight, with the necessary handling crew.
Complete family flatCompare the full packed volume, large-item dimensions and loading arrangement with the vehicle’s usable capacity.
Villa, large inventory or officeReview the complete survey and access before choosing a larger vehicle, staged handling or more than one trip.
Restricted road approachCompare a permitted longer carry with a suitable smaller-vehicle leg, including each handling stage and its cost.

Confirm vehicle type, trips, crew work and what happens to protection materials in the quote. A smaller road vehicle does not make an oversized sofa fit a stair turn; building access needs its own check.

Packing plan by item for Nanakramguda moves

A quote that says ‘packing included’ without item detail is hard to judge. Use the two tables below as a planning aid before you ask for a quote. They list options, not automatic inclusions, and what we do for a given item depends on its condition and what we see at assessment.

Item register: what to record for each piece

FieldWhat it records
Item IDOne parent ID per item; separately label each panel or package under that ID so individual parts can be checked.
ConditionExisting marks and whether it works, with dated photos
Packed size and known weightPacked width, height and depth, with weight where it is known
Protection needed and whyFor example cushioning plus a rigid pack, and the reason
Who packsThe mover, or you
Materials and labourIncluded, extra with an amount, or not applicable
Physical package countCounted after packing, with parent pieces not double-counted
Receiving room and checkWhere the item goes and what is checked on arrival

Item packing choices

ItemPacking choices to discussAsk the quote to state
TVs and monitorsThe original carton only if it is intact, matches the model and still has its supports. Otherwise a fitted rigid pack with cushioning and screen-side protection, carried upright.Whether material for each screen is included or charged per item
Glass tops, mirrors and framed artCushioning and a rigid pack or crate where assessed. Finish wrap and corner guards protect the surface but are not impact protection. Carried upright and kept apart from heavy loads.Whether a rigid pack or crate is needed after assessment, and its cost
Sofas, recliners and upholstered chairsA cover or wrap against dirt and rubbing, with legs and arms protectedWhether wrapping for each piece is included
Beds, wardrobes and modular furnitureDismantling only where the design allows it and you agree, with fittings bagged and labelled to the pieceWhether dismantling and reassembly are included, and who does any wall-fixed work
Refrigerator, washing machine, microwavePreparation and restart as the maker’s manual says. Washer transit bolts are fitted for the move if the model requires them and removed before first use.Who handles disconnection and reconnection
Air conditionersRemoval and refitting by a qualified technician, with indoor and outdoor parts packed separatelyWhether uninstall and reinstall, including gas work, is in this quote or separate
Kitchen crockery and glasswareSmall cartons, each piece wrapped, with cushioning at the base and topHow many cartons of kitchen packing are included
Books, documents and filesSmall, sturdy cartons kept light enough to lift safelyWhether extra cartons are charged beyond a stated count

Illustrative planning example (hypothetical, not a past job)

Take a 2 BHK with one large TV, a glass dining top, a modular wardrobe and a refrigerator. In the register that becomes four parent items, with four IDs. The TV gets an intact matched original carton or a fitted rigid pack. The glass top gets cushioning and a rigid pack or crate if we assess it, with corners and finish wrap as surface protection only. The wardrobe is dismantled only if needed, its design permits and the owner agrees, with fittings bagged to it. The refrigerator is prepared and secured as its manual describes. The number of panels and cartons is recorded after packing and not guessed beforehand. Each line then notes whether materials, dismantling and unpacking are in the quote or extra.

If you pack some items yourself

Self-packed cartons are fine to plan for, but ask whether the crew accepts or needs to inspect them, how the cartons will be handled, and whether any cover applies to goods packed by you.

Furniture shifting, dismantling and appliance handling

Furniture shifting is mostly decided by design and access. Beds, wardrobes and modular units can be dismantled only where the design permits and you agree. Fittings are bagged and labelled to the piece, panels are protected and labelled, and no adhesive goes on a finished surface. Reassembly at the new address is part of the agreed furniture scope, stated once in the base.

Wall-fixed items

Items fixed to a wall, such as wall-hung units or fitted wardrobes, need your agreement before anything is removed. Where wall work is needed, it is carried out by a qualified person and shown as its own line.

Appliances

Prepare and restart each appliance as its manual describes. A washing machine may need transit bolts fitted for the move if the model requires them, and they must be removed before the machine is used again. Work such as air conditioner gas, electrical connections, plumbing, carpentry or IT cabling is separate qualified-technician scope, and each is confirmed as its own line and not folded into general labour.

Loading sequence

The loading order comes from your inventory, the fit of each piece and the order in which things must come off at the destination. We do not follow a single fixed rule such as heavy items always first, because the right order depends on the vehicle, the pieces and the unloading plan.

Office Shifting in Nanakramguda and the Financial District

Office and shop moves are priced by what is moving and by how the building lets goods leave, not by headcount. The table is a Hyderabad local guide for a move within the city. It is a broad planning guide, not a cap, not a per-employee rate and not an intercity figure.

ScopeIndicative guideNotes
Some office goods₹4,500 – ₹9,500A partial move of selected furniture, equipment or files
Complete office₹6,000 – ₹19,000The range is wide because offices differ greatly in contents and layout

Server rooms, specialised equipment, heavy safes and industrial machines are quoted only after explicit assessment of the assets and the access.

How an office or shop move is planned

  • An asset register by work area, with asset IDs, counts, condition and packed size, so goods can be packed, labelled and unloaded area by area.
  • Authorisation to release the assets from the old premises, and a named person to receive them at the new one.
  • The building office decides the goods entry, lift time and any permission, so we confirm those before fixing a schedule.
  • IT: back up data first. Disconnecting, reconnecting, testing, restarting and power work is done by a qualified person and agreed in advance. Agree the restart plan with that person after delivery and power-readiness checks.
  • Personal laptops can be carried by their owners if they choose. Business assets follow the company’s authority.
  • Labels carry the area and number, never passwords or file contents.
  • Files go into numbered cartons, with a list kept by your office to check them at the new address.
  • For a shop, stock, shelving and counters are planned in the order they come down and go up, and the shutter closure is agreed beforehand.

Managed campus or SEZ premises

If the office is in a managed campus or SEZ premises, ask your admin team what release approvals, gate documents and movement checks apply to those assets. Let the authorised team confirm the paperwork and goods-entry appointment before loading is arranged; requirements and processing time are specific to the premises and goods. Name the person who will release the assets and the receiver at the new office.

Employee reimbursement and reopening

If an employer is paying for the move, share its estimate, approval, billing and invoice requirements at enquiry. Confirm the company billing name and applicable GST details before invoicing. Plan any after-hours handling with both building offices. Reopening depends on safe unloading, agreed assembly, power readiness and qualified IT tests rather than a promised instant restart.

Moving out of Hyderabad from Nanakramguda

A local move is planned around the load and the two property appointments. An intercity move starts with loading and dispatch, and transit days are counted after dispatch. The tables give compact 2 BHK references for three Hyderabad corridors. They are corridor references and not the exact distance from a Nanakramguda gate, so the pickup pin, the destination, the full inventory and the vehicle type all affect the final quote.

RouteCorridor distanceShared loadDedicated vehicle
Hyderabad to VijayawadaAbout 280 km₹16,000 – ₹25,000₹23,500 – ₹33,000
Hyderabad to PuneAbout 565 km₹19,500 – ₹29,500₹28,000 – ₹39,000
Hyderabad to VisakhapatnamAbout 580 km₹20,000 – ₹30,500₹28,500 – ₹40,000

Timing by route

RouteDedicated vehicleShared load
VijayawadaSame-day or next-day delivery is provisional. It is confirmed only after loading and dispatch, once the receiving address is ready. We check the shared-capacity calendar before booking and do not give a day count here
PuneAbout 2 to 3 days after dispatchAbout 4 to 6 days after dispatch
VisakhapatnamAbout 2 to 4 days after dispatchAbout 5 to 7 days after dispatch

The days above are counted after dispatch. Packing and any consolidation time come before dispatch and are additional.

What shared and dedicated mean

On a shared load, your goods use part of the capacity on a route, which is why the price is lower. A whole home can use shared capacity when the dates fit. Consolidation means matching your goods to that capacity. It does not mean we wait until one truck is literally full. A dedicated vehicle is allocated to your goods, with pickup and delivery windows agreed with you. Road conditions can change the arrival estimate; reconfirm the receiver’s readiness and agreed moving window if it changes.

Bangalore, Pune, Chennai and other destinations

For route-specific planning, see the Bangalore moving guide, Pune relocation details or Chennai route page. The exact destination, packed inventory and booked mode need their own estimate. Shared matching and packing before dispatch add calendar time; confirm each handling charge without counting the same work twice.

Bike and car transport from Nanakramguda

A bike or a car is not household goods, so it is planned as a separate job with its own calendar, condition record, collection and delivery points. Prices depend on the route and the model, so the table covers two routes and four vehicle classes.

VehicleHyderabad to VijayawadaHyderabad to Visakhapatnam
Scooter up to 150 cc₹4,000 – ₹5,000₹5,000 – ₹6,000
Motorcycle above 150 cc₹5,000 – ₹6,000₹6,000 – ₹7,500
Hatchback, open carrier₹8,500 – ₹10,500₹10,500 – ₹13,000
Sedan or SUV, carrier₹10,500 – ₹13,000₹13,000 – ₹16,000

The hatchback guide is for an open carrier. For a sedan or SUV, confirm the carrier type. A closed carrier is quoted separately and is not included automatically.

What to settle for a vehicle

  • The exact model, whether the carrier is available for your date, and the collection and delivery points. A gate may not admit a carrier, so the point can be a nearby road.
  • The protection used, and the loading and unloading scope and cost.
  • Dated photos from all sides, the odometer reading, the keys and any accessories handed over.
  • Fuel and battery handling follow the maker’s and the carrier’s instructions. There is no universal rule.
  • Which vehicle papers the actual carrier needs. Do not publish registration or ID numbers.
  • Keep documents, cash, jewellery and medicines with you, and clear the vehicle of personal belongings.

From enquiry to unpacking: how a move runs

This is how a typical household move runs. The time and sequence for an office or few-item job depend on the agreed scope and access.

  • You share both addresses, floors, lift details, landmark and road, and a room-by-room list with photos of large or fragile items.
  • We check access at both ends and confirm the goods entry and where the vehicle will stand.
  • You receive a written quote listing the vehicle, the packing scope, dismantling and reassembly, and anything charged separately.
  • We agree the date and a moving window, including when the crew arrives.
  • On the day, rooms are packed in the agreed scope, labelled by room, with fittings kept with their furniture.
  • Loading follows the inventory and the planned sequence, with fragile pieces protected and kept apart.
  • The goods travel, are unloaded and placed, and furniture is reassembled. Unpacking goes as far as was booked.
  • We go through the inventory with you at handover, note any concern on the spot and agree how it will be followed up.

Before dispatch

Make sure the receiver has the keys and the authority to accept the goods, that any permission the receiving property requires is in place, that there is a usable path from the vehicle to the door, and that the building’s slot is accepted. Recheck the keys, authority, permission, usable path and agreed moving window whenever the arrival estimate changes.

On arrival

Priority for a first room applies only when it fits a safe load and unload sequence. All goods are unloaded safely and placed within the agreed moving window first, and unpacking happens later. Goods are not left on the truck so one room can be finished early. Check condition promptly, asking the crew to help inspect fragile or heavy pieces safely. Record concerns on the delivery list and photograph item labels and damage. Claims follow the terms in your actual booking.

What to carry yourself and what not to pack

Carry documents, cash, jewellery and medicines personally. Ask which items we decline to carry, and do not put unsafe or prohibited goods into the household load. Ask the operator how declined items are handled.

Holding, transfers, cover and records

Holding between two addresses

If your new home is not ready, goods may need to be held. Holding is arranged only after assessment and only with a confirmed operator and location. Before anything is held, ask in writing for the operator and location, the handover record with item IDs and count, the actual condition and access arrangements, the duration, the rate, the exit terms and the redelivery. We do not assume our own warehouse or a free holding period.

Transfers

If goods must be moved to a different place before delivery, a transfer is arranged only when it is assessed as permitted and workable. The quote should name the operator and location, the crew, the carry, the unload and reload, and any local legs, with the cost shown once. The record should show item IDs and count, condition, and who is responsible for the goods before and after the change.

Cover

Transit cover is separate from the moving charge. Ask what cover applies, its limit, its exclusions, who the policy covers and how a claim starts. We can assist with cover arrangements after assessment, but the limit and conditions should be written down before the move.

Records worth keeping

  • The written quote or booking, with the scope, date and payment terms.
  • Dated photos of valuable and fragile items and of existing marks.
  • The inventory, acknowledged at loading and at delivery.
  • The invoice for the services you have paid for.
  • For a vehicle, the key handover note and the papers the carrier asked for.

How to compare packers and movers in Nanakramguda

A listing price, a platform booking and an operator’s quote often describe different scopes, so the headline figures are not directly comparable. Ratings and review counts cannot tell you how your building was handled. The most reliable approach is to put each quote against the same questions.

What to compareA usable answer looks like
Inventory basisA room-by-room list or photos the quote was built from, not just a size label
Packing scopeWhich rooms and items the mover packs, which you pack, and the item register for fragile pieces
Materials and labourIncluded, extra with an amount, or not applicable, stated once
Vehicle and crewThe vehicle type and the labour planned for the carry
Access planThe tower or plot, road, goods gate, lift or stairs, and where the vehicle will stand
Furniture and appliancesDismantling, reassembly and technician work shown as included or extra
GSTA separate line with the actual treatment, not a vague percentage
CoverWhat applies, its limit and exclusions, and how a claim starts
TimingA day plan for a local move, or a dispatch date with the transit basis for an intercity move
Extras and termsWaiting time, extra floors, rescheduling and payment stages, all in writing

Why ALPM for your Nanakramguda move

ALPM is a Hyderabad business based in Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad, working under its own registered name. Our approach is simple: we start from your inventory and your access details, send a written quote as a list of lines you can compare, agree a moving window with you and finish with a handover check. For packing, we keep an item register so fragile and high-value pieces are decided before the day and not on it.

The published registered business is Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers, GSTIN 36FDRPM0957B1ZC, with registered office at Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad. Confirm the booking contact, company handling each stage, appointment and payable total through the published contact. Obtain the applicable payment stages, cancellation and rescheduling terms before paying a booking amount.

FAQs: Shifting from Nanakramguda

How much does local shifting cost in Nanakramguda?
As an indicative starting guide for a local move within Hyderabad, a 1 BHK starts from ₹5,500, a 2 BHK from ₹8,500 and a 3 BHK from ₹12,500. A 4+ BHK home, a villa or a few-item move is assessed. These are planning figures for a straightforward move, and the final quote depends on your inventory, the floors and lifts at both addresses, the packing and dismantling you want and the date.
Is the starting price the final price?
No. The starting guide is where a straightforward move begins. The written quote is built from your inventory, the vehicle, the labour for the carry, packing materials, any dismantling and reassembly, and access at both addresses. The base scope is stated once, other assessed work is shown as included, extra with an amount or not applicable, and GST is a separate line with the treatment the quote states.
What do you need to know about my building before you quote?
We ask for the tower, community, office name or plot number, the road or landmark, the floor, the goods gate, the postal PIN and map pin, whether a lift can be used for goods and its load, where a vehicle can be permitted to stand and how far the carry is. The building office is the right source for the goods entry and any notice or slot. We ask the same questions for the new address, and we recheck the receiving slot if the expected arrival changes.
Do you handle office or shop shifting, and what does it cost locally?
Yes. As a Hyderabad local guide, moving some office goods is indicated at ₹4,500 to ₹9,500, and a complete office at ₹6,000 to ₹19,000. These are broad guides, not a cap, not a per-employee rate and not an intercity figure. Server rooms, specialised equipment, heavy safes and machines are quoted only after explicit assessment. Office moves use an asset register, a release authorisation and a named receiver, and IT disconnection and restart are done by a qualified person agreed in advance.
Can you move just a few items or a single piece of furniture?
Yes. A few-item move is priced on what is moving, the vehicle it needs and the access at both ends. Send a short list, a photo of each large item, the floor and whether a lift can be used. A heavy item on a high floor with no lift can need more labour than several boxes, so we look at access and not only item count.
Do you offer loading and unloading only, without packing?
Yes. We can supply labour to load or unload a vehicle you have arranged. Tell us whether you or we provide the vehicle, whether the goods are already packed, what protection the building needs for lifts, doorways and floors, and what happens to loose material afterwards. The charge depends on the weight and bulk of the goods, the carry distance, the floors and the time needed, so we quote it after seeing the list and the access.
How do you pack TVs, glass and other fragile items?
It depends on the item. A TV can go in its original carton only if the carton is intact, matches the model and still has its supports. Otherwise it needs a fitted rigid pack with cushioning, carried upright. Glass tops and mirrors need cushioning and a rigid pack or crate where we assess it, because finish wrap and corner guards protect the surface but not against impact. We record each item in a register with its condition, packed size, protection, who packs and the materials, and the quote should say which materials are included and which are extra.
Do you dismantle and reassemble beds, wardrobes and other furniture?
Yes, where the design of the piece allows it and you agree. Panels are protected and labelled, fittings are bagged to the piece, and no adhesive goes on a finished surface. Reassembly is part of the agreed furniture scope. Ask the quote to state who does any wall-fixed work, which needs your agreement and a qualified person. Air conditioner gas work, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and IT work are separate qualified-technician lines.
What does it cost and how long does it take to move out of Hyderabad?
For a compact 2 BHK on the corridors we have priced, shared loads run about ₹16,000 to ₹25,000 to Vijayawada, ₹19,500 to ₹29,500 to Pune and ₹20,000 to ₹30,500 to Visakhapatnam. Dedicated vehicles run about ₹23,500 to ₹33,000, ₹28,000 to ₹39,000 and ₹28,500 to ₹40,000 respectively. These are Hyderabad corridor references, not the exact distance from a Nanakramguda gate. Timing is counted after dispatch. A dedicated vehicle to Pune is planned at about 2 to 3 days and a shared load at about 4 to 6 days, while Visakhapatnam is about 2 to 4 days dedicated and 5 to 7 days shared. For Vijayawada, a shared load is checked against a shared-capacity calendar before booking, with no day count given here, and a dedicated vehicle is provisionally planned for same-day or next-day delivery, confirmed only after dispatch once the receiving address is ready. Packing and consolidation time are additional and come before dispatch.
Can you move my bike or car, and is an enclosed carrier included?
Yes, as a separate job from the household goods, with its own date, condition record and handover point. Prices depend on the route and the model. Between Hyderabad and Vijayawada, a scooter up to 150 cc runs about ₹4,000 to ₹5,000, and a hatchback on an open carrier about ₹8,500 to ₹10,500. A closed carrier is quoted separately and is not included automatically, so confirm whether the carrier is open or enclosed. Take dated photos from all sides, note the odometer, and ask the actual carrier about fuel, battery and the vehicle papers it needs.
Is storage available if my new home is not ready?
Holding can be arranged after assessment, only with a confirmed operator and location. Before goods are held, ask in writing for the operator and location, the handover record with item IDs and count, the condition of the goods, how you can access them, the duration, the rate, the exit terms and the redelivery. We do not assume our own warehouse or a free holding period.
How should I document the condition of my goods, and what about insurance?
Before packing, take dated photos of valuable or fragile items and any existing marks, and note whether appliances and electronics work. The inventory is the reference list at loading and delivery, and any concern should be noted on the spot or reported promptly after checking, with photos of labels and damage. Transit cover is separate from the moving charge, so ask what applies, its limit, its exclusions, who the policy covers and how a claim starts, and have those details written down before the move. Claims follow the terms in your actual booking.
Can I request same-day or short-notice shifting from Nanakramguda?
Ask about availability for your actual date, inventory and both buildings. Confirm the property permission, usable carrying path and agreed moving window before treating the enquiry as a booking. Obtain advance, cancellation and date-change terms before payment.
Who arranges a society gate pass or office movement approval?
Ask the property office, owner or your company admin team what applies at the actual premises. Give them the required booking and vehicle details once confirmed. For managed campus or SEZ assets, let the authorised team clear the applicable release and movement documents before loading is arranged.
Can I book only a bachelor room or PG move?
Yes. Send the list of your own furniture, appliances and cartons, plus both addresses, floors and photos of large items. Mark shared belongings that stay and name the authorised pickup contact. The vehicle and crew are assessed from the packed load and access rather than a fixed helper count.
What do I need for a company-paid move or GST invoice?
Share the employer’s estimate, approval and reimbursement requirements at enquiry, and confirm the billing name and applicable GST details before invoicing. ALPM’s published GSTIN is 36FDRPM0957B1ZC. The invoice and booking should reflect the actual services and tax treatment.
