Why the ranges overlap

A lightly furnished 3 BHK can cost less than a fully furnished 2 BHK, so the ranges overlap. Heavy wooden furniture, a full kitchen, many wardrobes, loose boxes and long carries push a quote toward the upper end of its range. These are inventory effects, not mistakes in the table.

Few items and larger homes

A few items is priced from the actual list, with sizes and photos, and the 1 BHK guide is not a minimum for it. A 4 BHK, an independent house or an unusually full 3 BHK is quoted from a complete inventory rather than stretched from the table.

Hyderabad to Nizamabad distance and NH44 route

A route check in October 2026 showed 172 km by road on NH44, which we round to about 175 km. Two alternative driving routes showed 192 km and 207 km and use local connecting roads for part of the way. Roadworks and temporary closures can appear on any day, so no single road is named here as the required one.

Treat the figure as a reference for the city pair. Your move begins at one Hyderabad entrance and ends at one Nizamabad door, and the carrier assesses the route permitted for the booked vehicle and the access at both ends.

What the distance does not tell you

• The route check showed 3 h 53 min for a passenger car. That is a car driving time, not the shortest time for a loaded goods vehicle, so we do not use it to predict an arrival.
• Leaving a busy Hyderabad locality, a rest break and the last stretch inside Nizamabad all sit inside the carrier's own allowance.
• Both cities are in Telangana, so the move does not cross a state border. The planning questions are about packing, access and timing.

The Hyderabad exit and Nizamabad approach

The NH44 corridor heads north on the Medchal–Kamareddy side, with the final approach towards Nizamabad chosen for your destination. Give both gates and the booked vehicle details so the carrier can check its actual road and permitted timing. A pickup from Gachibowli or LB Nagar has a different city leg from one in Kompally, but the office location alone does not set a departure or arrival time.

Can the Move Finish Today, or Should You Book Tomorrow?

Same-day delivery can work if the load is ready early enough and the Nizamabad building can accept the vehicle, unloading and agreed setup. A larger home is not automatically ruled out, and a small home is not automatically a same-day booking. Start with the receiving deadline, then check road and handling time against when loading will finish.

The sheet below helps you and the coordinator find the latest workable dispatch. Keep vehicle entry and the time unloading must finish separate: reaching the gate before it closes does not always leave enough time to carry everything upstairs.

When a field is unknown

If any step is blank, same day is not confirmed and the plan stays provisional. We do not fill gaps with invented clock times or a map time for a passenger car.

If the plan does not fit

• Advance the packing to an earlier day, where the home can function meanwhile and the crew can do it.
• Move delivery to the next day in a slot the receiver and building accept, agreed in writing.
• Use a dedicated dispatch, where your whole load and dates fit a vehicle used for your goods alone.
• Use a shared load only with actual consolidation, since dispatch waits until the load is consolidated.

Before dispatch

1. The receiver holds the keys and has the authority to accept the goods.
2. Any permission the property requires for unloading and lift use is in hand.
3. The path from the vehicle to the door is usable for the vehicle and the crew.
4. The receiver and the building have accepted the slot.

If the carrier's ETA changes in transit, we recheck these four points with the receiver, and if they no longer hold, we agree a later slot or a confirmed holding arrangement.

Office, car and bike transport price guide

Office moves

Ordinary inventory means items such as desks, chairs, storage units, computers and boxed files. Servers, safes and industrial equipment are assessed explicitly and priced separately.

Car and bike transport

Vehicle guides are by category. The exact model, its condition and the carrier arrangement are assessed before the quote is final, and the quote should name the carrier type, the protection included and the loading and unloading scope.

A labelled example of adding a car to a home move

Hypothetical arithmetic only, not an invoice or a trip: a 2 BHK at Rs 19,200–25,800 plus a small car at Rs 5,500–8,500 adds up to Rs 24,700–34,300 at the guide ends, before GST and any extra line the quote shows. A real total depends on your inventory, vehicle, dates and addresses.

Dedicated, shared, part-load and transport-only moves

• Dedicated: a vehicle used for your goods alone, with more control over dispatch rather than a guaranteed arrival. The load, the date and the receiver window all have to fit one plan.
• Shared: your goods travel with other loads, so dispatch depends on actual consolidation. It suits a whole-home move only when the vehicle capacity and your dates both fit the consolidated plan. Ask when consolidation is expected to finish.
• Part load: a portion of vehicle capacity for a smaller volume. It describes how much space your goods take, not a third kind of service, and it usually refers to an allocated portion of a shared vehicle. Confirm the actual vehicle arrangement.
• Transport-only: road carriage with packing, loading or unloading done by someone else. It is a separate scope, so the quote must say who packs, who loads, who unloads and what cover applies.

Choosing a Small Pickup, 14 ft, 17 ft or 19 ft Truck

The truck follows the packed inventory. A body-length label does not guarantee a BHK capacity, and a smaller vehicle that reaches the gate still has to carry the load within its usable space and payload.

Ask for the offered vehicle specification and a revised plan if the final inventory changes. No vehicle size is reserved by the examples on this page.

What the base quote covers

Base scope

For a household move the base scope is packing labour, packing materials, loading, road transport, unloading, and furniture dismantling and reassembly where agreed. It is stated once and no part of it is charged twice. GST treatment appears on the quote as a separate line.

Everything else is assessed

Any other need is assessed and written as included, extra with an amount, or not applicable. That covers unpacking, long carries, stair carries, special crating, waiting time, appliance work and holding. Stairs and fragile handling are not added automatically, and if one is assessed it appears once, with the base not charged again for the same work.

Fragile items and self-packed cartons

• Fragile items need cushioning against shock and rigid protection against pressure, and crating where the assessment calls for it. Wrapping a surface finish protects polish and paint, which is a different job from protecting a glass top or a screen.
• If you pack some boxes yourself, ask in writing whether they are accepted, whether they are inspected, how they are handled and what cover applies.
• A seal or a carton count shows that a carton moved, not what is inside it.

Furniture, doors, lifts and stairs at both ends

A piece that cannot pass through a door will not be rescued by a different truck. A smaller truck does not fix stair fit, so the fit check happens at both addresses before the date is fixed.

Measure the piece and its panels

• Record width, height and depth of the whole packed piece, and of every separated panel.
• Compare them with the door opening, the lift cabin width, height and depth, the stair turns and the landings at both Hyderabad and Nizamabad.
• Dismantle only as far as the design permits. Panels are protected and labelled, fittings are bagged and kept with the piece, and no adhesive goes on a finished surface.

If a piece will not fit

Before loading, the options are a suitable alternative assessed by qualified handlers, a new slot, or leaving that piece out of the move. After loading, we arrange a later agreed slot or an arranged holding location for it. A loaded piece is not abandoned or dropped from the move.

Appliances and specialist trades

Preparation and restart follow the model's manual, including washing machine transit bolts where the model needs them. Qualified AC, gas, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or IT work is agreed separately, with its own scope and amount.

Nizamabad city, Armoor, Bheemgal, Bodhan or a village

The district lists Armoor, Bheemgal and Bodhan as municipal entries separate from Nizamabad city, and a village address is different again. Do not assume a city-based estimate applies to another town or village: have the exact destination written into the quote, because it changes the road and the local leg.

What to give for the destination

• The full address with a landmark, and the mandal for a village.
• The entrance the vehicle will use, and how far a large vehicle can get along the last stretch of road.
• The name and number of the person who holds the keys and their hours.
• Building rules: unloading hours, lift use and any permission needed.

Holding and transfer

If goods cannot be delivered on the day, a holding arrangement must be confirmed in writing: the operator and location, handover records with item IDs, counts and condition, access rules, duration, rate, exit and redelivery. Holding is arranged separately and is never assumed.

If the last stretch needs a transfer, we assess whether it is suitable for the actual goods, location and vehicle, and name the operator, location, crew, carry, unload-and-reload and local leg, with scope and cost stated once. Counts and condition are noted at each handover.

Nizamabad Delivery Areas: Locality, Door and Village Approach

Vinayak Nagar, Pragathi Nagar, Kanteshwar and Subhash Nagar

Give the colony, road or cross road, house or apartment name and floor. Send a pin for the actual entrance rather than a broad locality marker. For an upper-floor rented portion, measure the stair turns and landing as well as the main door.

Khaleelwadi, Gandhi Chowk and busier central addresses

Show where the booked vehicle can stop and the carrying path from that point to the room. If a shop or main-road landmark is used, add the residential entrance and receiving contact. A lane video helps assess whether a smaller collection or delivery vehicle is needed.

Armoor, Bodhan, Bheemgal, Dichpally and village homes

Use the actual town or village name, mandal where relevant, postal PIN and a useful landmark. Add the final road, gate width and stopping space, including any unpaved stretch or steps. These addresses need their own distance and access plan; a city-centre quote should not be used unchanged.

In rain, have the receiver check the last stretch and unloading surface near arrival. If the approach or steps are unsuitable, agree a different slot or properly arranged holding before goods are taken off the vehicle.

First usable room versus road arrival

Arriving by road and sleeping in the new home are two different milestones. The vehicle can reach Nizamabad in the afternoon while the bed is still in pieces.

• Decide which room must work first, usually a bedroom, and agree in advance what assembly is in scope for it.
• First-room priority works only as a load sequence agreed before loading, so agreed bedroom items can be accessed early where safe loading and the vehicle layout allow; heavy or fragile pieces must still be stowed securely.
• Label bed parts and bedroom boxes clearly, and keep kitchen boxes for second if the household can manage a first evening without a kitchen.
• Carry a small bag yourself with bedding, chargers, toiletries, a change of clothes and important papers.

If the vehicle will arrive late, tell the receiver the realistic hour so the first room is not rushed after dark.

Planning an office move

An office move needs a physical handover plan as well as a restart plan. Match desks, cabinets and equipment to their destination rooms before packing, and give the receiving person the same asset list used at release. Transporting a computer does not complete its backup or make its network ready.

• Prepare an asset list with asset IDs and counts, the actual condition at pickup and the packed sizes of large items.
• Name the authorised person who releases goods in Hyderabad and the authorised person who receives them in Nizamabad.
• IT backup, disconnection, reconnection, testing, restart and power-supply work are a separate scope for a qualified person, not part of the base move.
• Servers, safes and industrial equipment need an explicit assessment before they are quoted.
• Whether laptops and files travel with you or on the vehicle is your choice. Labels carry the asset ID and room, never passwords or file contents.

Employee and government transfer records

Check your employer’s billing format and reimbursement requirements before invoicing. Keep the approved estimate, inventory, consignment note, invoice and payment receipts together. A joining or allotment letter does not confirm that quarters have keys and an unloading slot; arrange those with the receiving property. Reimbursement approval belongs to the employer.

Car and bike: carrier or self-drive

Choosing

The choice depends on your own constraints: whether someone can drive on the move day, whether you need the car in Nizamabad on day one, what driving would cost you in fuel, tolls and time, and carrier availability on your date. We do not give a blanket rule about which is cheaper, because it depends on your car and your day.

A car or bike can run on a different date and vehicle from the household goods. Agree its collection, delivery and receiver as a separate item.

Before handover

• Confirm the exact model, carrier availability and calendar, and the collection and delivery points.
• Ask what protection applies and what the loading and unloading scope and cost are.
• Photograph the vehicle from all sides and record existing marks.
• Note the odometer reading, and record the keys and accessories handed over.
• Follow the fuel and battery instructions from the vehicle maker or the carrier.

Keep the RC, insurance, relevant PUC and booking-person ID ready for the carrier’s checklist, with authority for handover where required. A bike can share an agreed household vehicle only when its space, protection and securing arrangement have been assessed. Confirm the dates and receiver for each vehicle separately.

Restricted items, documents, GST and transit cover

• Restricted items: ask for the written list of items that are not carried or need a special assessment, such as cash, jewellery, flammable or hazardous goods and perishables.
• Documents: the quote lists what it needs from you. Do not assume the same list applies to every move or every vehicle.
• GST: it appears as a separate line, so compare quotes before and after tax in the same way.
• Transit cover: it is a term of your specific arrangement. Ask what is covered, on what value basis, what is excluded and how a claim is made.

Payment, changes and delivery-day checks

Payment and changes

• Payment stages, and when each one falls due.
• A receipt for each payment.
• What happens if the date moves, and the cancellation terms.
• The person who sends you updates on the move day.

On delivery day

Check counts and visible condition as items come off the vehicle. Open fragile cartons promptly, with appropriate help for items like screens and glass. Photograph carton IDs and any problems, and report them under the claim terms written in your quote. Deadlines and payouts come from those actual terms, not from this page.
