Packers and Movers in BHEL, Hyderabad

Shifting out of a BHEL quarter, or from a flat in Ramachandrapuram, Ameenpur or Beeramguda? We do house shifting, local moves within Hyderabad and transfer moves to other cities from the whole BHEL belt. Local shifting starts at ₹5,500 for 1 BHK, ₹8,500 for 2 BHK and ₹12,500 for 3 BHK. The final figure depends on how much you have, which floor you are on and where you are going, and we give it to you in writing before anything is packed.

The plan can cover a local family move towards Gachibowli, Kondapur or Miyapur, or an intercity move following a transfer or retirement. The quarter-vacating date, actual receiving address and inventory help decide the packing and transport schedule.

House Shifting Charges from BHEL and Ramachandrapuram

The figures on this page are indicative budget guides from ALPM. They are not a fixed tariff, a market average or an invoice. Your final amount comes from your inventory, route, access and the work you agree in writing.

ALPM local household starting prices

ALPM local household starting prices in Hyderabad (final price depends on inventory, route, access and agreed work)
Home sizeStarting price
1 BHK₹5,500
2 BHK₹8,500
3 BHK₹12,500

For a move between BHEL or Ramachandrapuram and Lingampally, Miyapur or Chandanagar, the starting prices are the reference point, and the booking team confirms the figure once it has seen your load, route and access.

Planning ranges for longer local routes

Planning ranges for local household moves in Hyderabad by distance band
Home sizeUp to 30 kmOver 30 km, up to 50 km
1 BHK₹5,500–10,500₹8,500–10,500
2 BHK₹8,500–12,500₹15,500–25,500
3 BHK₹12,500–14,500₹15,500–25,500
4 BHKInventory-based quote; guide upper end ₹20,500₹25,500–40,500

A four-bedroom home needs an inventory assessment rather than a standard starting figure. Up to 30 km, ask for an inventory-based quote and treat ₹20,500 only as a guide to the upper end. Routes beyond 50 km need a route quote.

The low end of a band suits a light load with easy access. A full home with stairs or a long carry sits higher, so do not budget at the low end for a fully furnished move. These local guides and the intercity guides further down are separate. Do not add them together.

What moves the price

  • Home size and the real item count, not the BHK label alone.
  • Distance and route.
  • Floors, lift access and how far goods are carried.
  • Packing materials and how much of the packing the crew does.
  • Day and season: weekends, month-end dates and busy moving months often cost more.

Ways to keep the bill sensible

  • Choose a weekday outside month-end if your dates allow it.
  • Sort, donate or sell what you no longer need before the quote, so the load is counted correctly the first time.
  • Pack non-fragile items such as books and clothes yourself, if you are comfortable doing so, and get the self-packed arrangement in writing.

Included work and separate costs

A good estimate lets you see each cost once. For a household move, the base figure is meant to cover packing, loading, road transport, unloading and any agreed assembly, each counted one time. For a car or bike, the base scope is only what the quote names: actual collection, delivery, wrapping, loading and unloading, written as separate lines.

GST should appear on its own line. The items below should each be marked as included, extra or not applicable, so nothing is charged twice and nothing surprises you on the day.

  • Transit cover and its terms.
  • Tolls and parking.
  • Stairs, floor charges and a long carry.
  • Crates, where the crew has assessed that a crate is needed.
  • Waiting time, holding and transfer between vehicles or locations.
  • Technical work by a qualified person.
  • Unpacking of contents and removal of packing material.
  • Storage.

Moving only a few items

If you are moving a few items, the quote should rest on the actual item count, the packed size, weight and volume, and should state the charging basis and any minimum charge. It should not be a price taken from a BHK size. For a hostel room, a single room or a handful of pieces, send an item list.

Quotes built from a typed inventory, from a video walkthrough and from a figure given over the phone are not directly comparable. Ask what happens on the day if the real load differs from the list, and who decides.

Areas We Cover Around BHEL

BHEL is not one address. When people say "BHEL" they usually mean the township plus the colonies and new apartment projects that have come up around it over the years. We pick up from all of these:

  • BHEL Township and the quarters inside it
  • Ramachandrapuram (RC Puram) and Ashok Nagar
  • Ameenpur, including the gated communities on the lake side
  • Beeramguda and Kistareddypet
  • Patancheru and Isnapur
  • Lingampally, Chandanagar and Nallagandla
  • Tellapur, Kollur and Osman Nagar
  • Miyapur and Madinaguda

If your colony is not in this list, call anyway. If it is anywhere on this side of the city, we most likely cover it.

Local Shifting from BHEL to Other Parts of Hyderabad

These approximate road-distance guides vary with the actual quarter, colony and delivery gate. Use the local price table above for budgeting and share both addresses for the final estimate.

Local moving routes from the BHEL belt
DestinationApproximate road distancePlan before loading
Miyapur / ChandanagarAbout 8–12 kmCheck the apartment lane, stopping space and lift slot
Gachibowli / Financial DistrictAbout 15–20 kmAgree the receiving society's goods gate and unloading window
Kondapur / HITEC City / MadhapurAbout 15–20 kmAllow for office-hour traffic and the final building approach
Kukatpally / KPHBAbout 15–18 kmConfirm lift dimensions for bulky furniture and appliances
Ameerpet / BegumpetAbout 25–30 kmCheck main-road loading access and traffic timing
Secunderabad / BowenpallyAbout 30–35 kmConfirm actual distance before choosing the local price band
LB Nagar / DilsukhnagarAbout 40–45 kmLeave a cross-city travel buffer and a confirmed receiver

For a weekday run towards the IT corridor, loading early can help avoid busy stretches around Lingampally and Chandanagar, if both buildings allow the timing. Confirm the permitted unloading slot before fixing the departure plan.

Transfer Shifting from BHEL Hyderabad to Other Cities

A lot of families in the township move because of a transfer to another BHEL unit or a posting elsewhere. These moves usually come with a reporting date, a quarter to be handed back and an office that wants proper bills. So the planning has to start a little early.

For a posting to Bengaluru, Bhopal, Tiruchirappalli, Jhansi or Haridwar, share the actual receiving address and reporting date. A unit name alone does not identify a residential delivery gate.

Transfer-move details to settle for the destination
DestinationPlanning detail
BengaluruIdentify the receiving home separately from the unit or office, and agree the city approach and society slot
BhopalShare the exact quarter or private address and the date someone can receive the household
Tiruchirappalli (Trichy)Confirm the receiving locality, full address and unloading access rather than using only the unit name
JhansiWork back from reporting and quarter-vacating dates, with a named receiver for the delivery window
HaridwarArrange the long-route delivery window and any separate vehicle-carrier handover before dispatch

The household range is wide because it covers everything from a few cartons to a full 3 BHK. For a furnished home, plan towards the upper side and ask us for a proper quote based on your list.

What usually helps on a transfer move

  • Work back from your reporting date. Tell us both dates, the day you must vacate the quarter and the day you have to join. We plan packing and dispatch around them.
  • Sort out the quarter items first. Anything that came with the quarter, like fans, geysers, fixed almirahs or company furniture, stays back unless the township office says otherwise. Mark these before our team arrives so nobody packs them by mistake.
  • Ask your office about bills. Find out in whose name the invoice should be, and whether they want an itemised bill, GST bill or a copy of the quote. Share the required billing details before booking. Whether they reimburse it is their decision, so confirm with them first.
  • Car and household together. If the car is also going, we quote it separately with its own pickup and delivery dates, so you know exactly what you are paying for each.

For other cities, see our route pages: Hyderabad to Bangalore, Hyderabad to Chennai, Hyderabad to Pune, Hyderabad to Delhi, Hyderabad to Mumbai and Hyderabad to Vijayawada.

Shifting from a BHEL Quarter: Things to Keep Ready

Quarter shifting is a little different from a normal flat. Not everything inside belongs to you, and the crew needs to know the exact block and quarter number, because many lanes in the township look alike. Keep these ready before you call:

  • Your quarter or block number exactly as written on your allotment or address proof, plus a Google Maps pin of the gate the truck should use.
  • A rough list of what is yours and what stays with the quarter. Fixed fittings and company furniture stay back unless the township office gives written permission.
  • Floor and stairs. Most older quarters have no lift, so tell us the floor. Heavy items like steel almirahs, divan beds and big fridges need extra hands on stairs.
  • A contact number of whoever will be at home on shifting day.

If you are moving into a gated society in Ameenpur, Tellapur or Gachibowli, check with the society office about shifting timings, lift booking and whether they need the truck number in advance. Some societies also take a refundable move-in deposit. Better to know this a few days before than to argue with the security guard on the day.

Moving goods from or to a plant or office gate is a separate job. Entry, timings and paperwork there are decided by the people who run that site, so get their go-ahead in writing first and share it with us.

Address and gate details

Property record to send with your enquiry
FieldWhat to write
Building, block or quarter numberExactly as your own address shows it
Usable entranceThe gate or door the crew should use, with a map pin and a photo of the actual gate
Floor and carryFloor, lift or stairs, and the walk to where a vehicle can stop
Arrival contactName and number of the person who meets the crew and confirms all of the above

If access changes

A workplace gate and a residential entrance need separate pins and permissions. If the planned vehicle cannot enter, ask about an assessed longer carry or smaller local vehicle, with its stopping point, crew work and charge agreed before loading. If access is still uncertain, settle the fallback with the property contact and mover.

House Shifting, Furniture and Packing Materials

Before you call, decide what is moving and who packs it. A BHK size is only a guide to the load. A small 2 BHK with a home office, a store room and extra furniture can move like a 3 BHK, so count items rather than rooms.

Whole home or selected items

List furniture, appliances and cartons room by room with approximate counts. Say whether you are moving the whole home or only chosen items, so the plan matches the real load. Settle what stays behind, including fixed fittings and landlord-owned items, before the quote is accepted, and keep a list of personal belongings and any items awaiting the owner's release.

Packing choices

  • Full packing: the crew packs most rooms, if confirmed for your move.
  • Fragile-only: the crew packs glassware, crockery and mirrors while you pack the rest.
  • Self-packed: you pack and label cartons. Ask how they will be handled, and record ALPM's acceptance terms for owner-packed cartons in writing.

Packing materials: what protects what

Common packing materials and what to ask the quote to state
MaterialTypically protectsAsk the quote to state
Cartons in several sizesBooks, kitchenware, clothes, small itemsWhether cartons are supplied or charged by count
Bubble wrap or foam sheetsGlassware, crockery, frames, small appliancesWhich items receive this wrapping
Stretch wrap and blanketsSofas, tables, wooden and upholstered furnitureWhether all furniture is wrapped or only some
Corrugated sheets and corner guardsMirrors, glass tops, table edges, screensWhich fragile items get this rigid layer
Mattress and cushion coversMattresses, cushions, soft furnishingsWhether covers are included
Tape, labels and markersCarton labelling by roomWhether the crew labels cartons by room

Fragile items need soft cushioning together with a rigid outer layer, not just one of the two. A wooden crate is used only where the crew has assessed that the item needs one, and it is priced as its own line. If you still have the original boxes for a television or electronics, keep them out for the crew and say so in your enquiry.

Furniture that must pass through doors and stairs

Where a bed or wardrobe design allows dismantling, the pieces are separated, the panels protected, and the fittings labelled and bagged. Check the packed dimensions of every separated piece too. Where a piece moves whole, check the packed size through the door, lift cabin and stair turns. A smaller truck does not fix a wardrobe that cannot make a turn, so tell the booking team about narrow stairs and tight lift cabins early.

Appliances

For a refrigerator or a washing machine, follow the maker's manual for your specific model. If the model requires defrosting, drying or transit bolts, plan for it. There is no single rule, such as a fixed day before or a waiting time before restarting. Ask the crew to agree in the quote which preparation is yours and which is not.

Count, label and photograph

Number each carton with its room and a contents note, and keep a matching list. Take dated photos of furniture before packing so its condition is on record at unloading. Carry your laptop, documents, keys, medicines and valuables yourself.

Loading, Unloading, Unpacking and Technical Work

Packing, loading, unloading and unpacking are different tasks, and a quote can cover some and not others. Name each one so nobody finds out on the day.

Loading at your pickup

Tell the booking team the floor, whether a lift or stairs will be used, and how far the crew must carry items from your door to where the vehicle stops. A long carry or an upper floor without a lift adds labour time, so it belongs in the quote, not in a surprise on the day. Heavy items such as steel almirahs or divan beds may need a different carrying method. Mention them early.

Unloading and unpacking at the new home

Decide whether you want cartons placed in the right rooms and left sealed, or unpacked and arranged. Ask whether empty cartons and wrapping are taken away afterwards. If the new building is a gated community or a managed apartment block, ask its office whether move-in booking, a lift slot, vehicle entry timings or a deposit apply, and tell the booking team.

Labour only

Loading and unloading covers the customer's goods and the moving vehicle named in the quote. If you have your own goods vehicle and need only labour, ask for it as a separate task with its own price, and say how many floors and how much carrying it involves. Any other vehicle responsibility should be priced as its own line.

Furniture and appliance tasks: agree each one

  • Beds and wardrobes: dismantling and refitting. Who does it, and is it priced separately?
  • Fridge and washing machine: securing for transit and reconnecting at the new home. Plumbing or electrical work belongs with a qualified technician.
  • ACs: removal and refitting at both ends, by a qualified technician arranged and priced separately.
  • TV and wall-mounted items: taking down, packing and putting back up.
  • Sofas, mattresses and large mirrors: check that they can pass through your stairs, lift and doorways.
  • Geyser, chimney and fixed fittings: say whether they are coming with you.

Technician work such as AC removal, electrical and gas connections and carpentry is arranged with a qualified person. It is not assumed to come with a shifting booking. Each task should show up in the written quote with who does it and what it costs.

Balcony or rope lowering

Lowering or hoisting items through a balcony with ropes is not part of a standard quote. It is considered only if assessed separately, a qualified operator is confirmed, the building's permissions are lawful and in place, and the method is feasible. Do not plan on it without that written confirmation.

Office and Workplace Shifting from BHEL

Treat each asset group as a handover with a named person at each end. If the pickup or delivery is a plant, office or department gate, confirm entry with the person responsible there before fixing a date, as described in the pickup section.

Release and receiving owners

Give each desk, monitor, printer and cabinet a physical ID tag and a destination zone. Before pickup, check whether any item needs permission to leave the premises, and note who gave it. Name a release owner at the old office who hands the group over, and a receiving owner at the new one who counts it against the same list and records the condition of the goods and any difference. An employer-owned desk moves only once the authorised owner has approved in writing.

Permitted days and hours

Ask the site contact which days and hours work is allowed, and whether any part of the move must happen outside normal operating hours. Share the answer with the booking team so the plan fits.

Technical work is separate

  • Crew: packing, loading, transport and unloading, as agreed in the quote.
  • Your qualified IT team, or a qualified technician you arrange: backups, disconnecting, reconnecting and testing of networks, servers and phones, arranged and priced separately.
  • A qualified electrician: power points and any UPS connections.

None of this technical work is assumed to come with a shifting booking. Plan the restart with your own IT contact. Plan the physical handover and the technical restart separately. Choose which laptops, drives and confidential records staff will carry, keep these separate from mover-handled assets and share only the handling details the crew needs. Plant and industrial machinery are outside what this page describes and need a separate assessment.

Intercity Moving Budgets, Dispatch and Delivery

For an intercity move, the destination, the inventory and the transport arrangement decide the price. These distance bands are budgeting guides, not ALPM quotes. Ask for a route quote for your exact figure.

Planning ranges for household moves out of Hyderabad by distance band (all home sizes combined)
Distance bandPlanning range
Up to 400 km₹4,500–30,500
Over 400 km, up to 800 km₹6,500–40,500
Over 800 km, up to 1,300 km₹7,500–45,500
Over 1,300 km, up to 1,500 km₹9,000–50,500
Beyond 1,500 kmRoute quote

Each band covers every home size together, so the low end reflects a very light selected load, not a full 2 BHK or 3 BHK. Do not budget at the low end for a furnished home. Send the actual inventory and the mode you prefer, shared or dedicated, so the quote is built on your move and not on a band.

Shared or dedicated vehicle

A shared vehicle can carry a whole home if capacity and dates fit. A part load is a portion of a shared vehicle, not a third transport mode. Shared arrangements can cost less but consolidation or additional stops may extend the schedule. A dedicated vehicle gives you more control over the dispatch date. It is not a guarantee of an arrival time. Get the arrangement and the expected delivery window in writing.

Pickup, dispatch and the transit window

Pickup is when goods are loaded at your address. Dispatch is when the vehicle leaves, which can be later, because packing, loading and any consolidation happen first. Transit begins only after dispatch, when the vehicle leaves Hyderabad. Ask the booking team how your plan separates the two. Agree an unloading slot before departure and have it reconfirmed against the expected arrival. A car travelling with the move has its own window.

What to have ready

  • The destination city and full address, with an entrance pin.
  • Who receives the goods, and a backup number.
  • Roughly when the new home will be ready.
  • Your inventory, including bulky and fragile items.

Cover and claims

Whether any cover applies depends on the actual insurer's policy, the declared value, the exclusions, any deductible and the claim-reporting steps, alongside the carrier's own liability. Ask for these terms before you book. Do not assume a fixed percentage or an automatic full payout. Acceptance of any claim depends on those terms.

Car, Bike and Storage Planning from BHEL

A car or a bike is quoted separately from household goods, even when both belong to the same family move. Each has its own scope, pickup, arrival and date. Use these Hyderabad road-distance guides to budget for the vehicle on its own.

Bike and car transport planning ranges by road distance from Hyderabad
DistanceBikeCar
100–350 km₹3,300–₹6,300₹6,300–₹13,000
350–750 km₹4,100–₹7,700₹8,100–₹15,000
750–1,200 km₹5,100–₹9,300₹10,100–₹17,000
1,200–1,700 km₹7,300–₹12,300₹11,000–₹20,500
1,700–2,300 km₹8,100–₹13,000₹14,500–₹23,500
2,300–3,000 km₹9,300–₹15,500₹16,500–₹26,500

Under 100 km or beyond 3,000 km, ask for a route quote. Where a distance sits on the boundary of two rows, use the shorter-distance row as the planning guide. The ranges are not model-specific. Your make and model, the carrier arrangement, handling, tax and any optional cover must be confirmed in the written quote.

Car and bike preparation

  • Send the actual make and model, the pickup and drop points and your preferred dates.
  • Ask whether the vehicle travels on a carrier or is driven, and whether the carrier is open or enclosed.
  • Take dated photos on all sides before pickup, note any existing marks, and record the odometer reading.
  • Hand over the keys and any accessories listed in writing, and remove personal items and valuables.
  • Keep the originals of the registration and insurance papers with you and give copies if they are required.
  • Follow the vehicle maker's or carrier's instructions on fuel and battery. There is no universal rule about draining the tank.

Storage between homes

Storage helps when the old home must be vacated before the new one is ready. It is offered only where a location and an operator are confirmed and available for your dates. Settle these points in writing:

  • Where goods will be held, who holds custody and who may access them.
  • Whether items are tagged by ID against your list, and the condition of the goods on entry.
  • The duration, the rate and the minimum period.
  • What cover applies while the goods are stored.
  • How goods leave: the notice needed and how redelivery is arranged.

Transfer between vehicles or locations

A transfer is used only where it is needed and where it is lawful, feasible, confirmed by the operator and permitted at the location. The crew carries goods through the unloading and reloading, and the cost of that local leg is shown once in the quote. At each handover, the same IDs and the actual condition of the matching goods should be checked against the list.

Moving Dates, Delivery Checks and Payment Records

Before moving day

A move runs on a handful of commitments. Write them down with names and times, and keep a copy where everyone can find it.

  • Reporting time: when the crew reaches your entrance, and who meets them there.
  • Packing: start time, who packs what, and anything you are packing yourself.
  • Pickup: when loading starts and when the vehicle leaves.
  • Key handover: who hands over the old house keys, to whom and where. Then the same for the new house.
  • Destination and receiver: the full address, an entrance pin and a receiver with a phone number.
  • Delivery date: when you expect goods to arrive, and whether the new home will be ready.

Treat any time you pencil in as a plan until the booking team confirms it in writing. If your move follows a transfer or posting, work back from the date you must report or vacate, and share both dates with the booking team.

What the crew needs on arrival day

At the pickup, the crew needs the block or quarter number, the photo of the actual gate and an arrival contact. At the destination, the plan needs working keys, a receiving authority with permission to enter, a usable lift or stairs, a clear crew path and a room ready for the goods.

A backup receiver is not a backup plan by itself

A backup receiver helps only if that person holds the keys, has the authority, can get through the gate, and the lift or stairs and the room are usable. If the destination is not ready, the answer is a written new slot or an assessed, confirmed holding arrangement, not just another phone number.

Check goods at delivery

Arrange the receiving check before arrival so the authorised receiver has the item list and pickup photographs ready.

Name a receiver

Name a receiver and a backup, and give them your inventory or asset list. If you cannot be present, tell the booking team who will be, and make sure that person can open the home, direct the crew room by room and approve the count.

Check IDs and condition together

Check cartons, furniture and tagged assets against the list as they come off the vehicle, and check the condition of each. Intact outer cartons and a correct count are not proof of what is inside. Photograph anything that looks damaged before it is moved further. Note any difference or damage on the paperwork before the crew leaves, and tell the booking team the same day.

Unpack in a sensible order

Open fragile cartons and check electronics soon after delivery, following their handling instructions, and report any issue promptly. Keep wrapping and cartons until you have checked each item, so a claim conversation has something to refer to. Acceptance of any claim depends on the terms of your quote and any cover you chose, so ask for those terms before booking.

Employer invoices and payment terms

Not every move has someone else paying, and not every resident has the same employer. If yours does, a few questions are easier to settle before booking than after.

  • Whose name should be on the invoice?
  • Which cost heads are covered: packing, transport, loading, storage, anything else?
  • Does anyone need to approve the move or the quote first, and who?
  • Which records do they want: a copy of the quote, an itemised invoice, proof of payment?

No one can promise that an organisation will accept or reimburse a particular bill. Check with them, then tell ALPM what the invoice has to show.

Advance payment, cancellation and rescheduling

Before you book, get in writing how much advance is due and at which stage, what happens if you cancel, and what happens if the date moves. A date that is clear on paper is far easier to keep than one agreed by phone.

Why Families in BHEL Book ALPM

  • Written quote before packing. Packing, loading, transport, unloading and GST are shown line by line. No "we will tell you on the day" business.
  • Registered business. GSTIN 36FDRPM0957B1ZC, Udyam registered and trademark no. 7901417. You can check our GSTIN yourself on the GST portal.
  • Proper packing material. Bubble wrap and corrugated sheets for glass and TV, stretch wrap for sofas, separate covers for mattresses.
  • Dismantling and refitting of beds and wardrobes, if you add it to the quote.
  • Car and bike transport from BHEL to other cities, quoted separately.
  • One phone number for the whole move, from enquiry to delivery: 94671 86002.

A word of caution. Many unrelated companies use the name "Agarwal". Before paying any advance, check that the name, address and GSTIN on your quote match ours. Our office is at H.No. 5-85/134, Bhavani Nagar, Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad 500011.

Frequently Asked Questions About Moving from BHEL

What is the cost of house shifting in BHEL, Hyderabad?
Local shifting from BHEL starts at ₹5,500 for 1 BHK, ₹8,500 for 2 BHK and ₹12,500 for 3 BHK. Longer local routes and bigger homes cost more. For a 4 BHK or villa, we give a quote after seeing your item list.
Do you cover Ramachandrapuram, Ameenpur and Beeramguda?
Yes. We pick up from BHEL Township, RC Puram, Ashok Nagar, Ameenpur, Beeramguda, Patancheru, Lingampally, Tellapur and nearby areas.
Can you shift my household from BHEL Hyderabad to Bhopal, Haridwar or Trichy on transfer?
Yes, we do transfer moves from BHEL Hyderabad to other cities, including the cities where BHEL has other units. Share your inventory, the destination address and your reporting date, and we will give you a written quote with an expected delivery window.
Will you give a bill for office reimbursement?
Yes. We can raise a GST invoice in the name your office asks for, with the cost heads shown separately. Please check with your office what format they need before booking.
How many days before should I book?
For a local move, 3 to 5 days is usually enough. For an intercity or transfer move, try to book at least a week ahead. Month-end and weekends fill up faster, so book earlier if your date falls then.
Can I pack some things myself to save money?
Yes. Many people pack clothes, books and kitchen steel items themselves and leave glass, TV and furniture to us. Just tell us at the time of the quote so it is reflected in the price.
Do you transport cars and bikes from BHEL?
Yes. Car and bike transport is quoted separately from household goods. For example, a car from Hyderabad to Bengaluru falls in the ₹8,100–15,000 planning range, depending on the model and carrier type.
Is my AC and fridge reconnection included?
Packing and moving them is part of the shifting. AC removal and refitting, plumbing and electrical connections are done by a qualified technician and are charged separately, so ask for them as a separate line in the quote.
Which items should stay in an allotted quarter?
Separate your personal belongings from allocated fittings or employer-owned furniture before packing. Ask the actual owner or managing office which items may be removed, and keep anything awaiting approval outside the moving load.
Is a workplace gate pin enough for my household pickup?
A household pickup needs the actual residential quarter or building entrance. A workplace job has its own entry rules, hours and paperwork. Share the correct gate pin and contact for each job.
Does the intercity price range apply to every BHK?
The broad intercity ranges on this page combine all load sizes. The low end is for a light selected load, not a fully furnished home. Share a room-wise inventory for a route estimate.
What if my new home is not ready for delivery?
Tell the booking team before dispatch. Agree a revised slot or available storage with its location, duration, handling, access and redelivery cost. The receiver also needs keys, permission and a usable unloading path.
How should I report damaged or missing goods?
Count the goods against your inventory, photograph visible damage and note any difference on the delivery record. Open fragile cartons promptly and report the issue through the booking contact, retaining your photos and any policy papers.
