Loading, unloading and placement

Loading and unloading are counted against your list at both ends. Agree who places furniture, who reconnects appliances or devices and who deals with any specialist work; each should be its own line. Finally, agree who approves a change of scope or cost on the day, and how that change is recorded.

Handover checks

At handover, check the IDs against the list and the goods that match them, including their visible condition. An intact outer carton and a correct count do not prove what is inside. Record any exception promptly and report it to ALPM, and unpack fragile cartons soon so that a problem is found early.

For appliances, follow your model manual on fridge defrosting and restart, and washing-machine transport bolts or restraints. AC removal, installation and electrical work need a suitable technician and a separate arrangement.

Office Shifting in Balanagar
