Before dispatch, confirm who is arranging unloading at your building, the agreed scope and any applicable local requirement. If an unexplained demand arises, contact the booking coordinator and the relevant local authority rather than arguing at the gate.

Apartment rules at both ends

Many Delhi societies and Trivandrum apartment complexes allow shifting only during fixed hours and need the lift to be booked. Some ask for a gate pass or a no-dues letter from the association. Find out these rules a week before and tell us, so the truck reaches at the right time.
