Plan roughly 3–4 days after loading for a dedicated truck, with packing time additional. Shared loads generally need 5–7 days from pickup depending on consolidation. Confirm the dispatch and receiving window and the update method for the assigned vehicle. Safe rest stops, rain, road restrictions or access delays can affect the plan.

Most high-rise societies in Noida, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad want a move-out gate pass and a lift booking. Some also ask for a no-dues slip from the maintenance office. Please sort this out a day or two before. A truck that cannot enter the gate on time loses the whole day. Gated colonies on VIP Road and in Naya Raipur have similar rules for move-in.

Raipur heat and the monsoon

Raipur’s hot summer weather makes shaded handling and sensible timing useful. Agree suitable protection for electronics, carry laptops yourself where practical, and keep heat-sensitive personal items with you. From July to September the monsoon is heavy in Chhattisgarh. Agree a dry load space, suitable rain protection and a covered or dry unloading window; wrapping does not make a leaking or wet delivery area safe for cartons.

Check the current Raipur traffic order for the assigned vehicle, route and date separately from your building’s unloading hours. If main-truck approach is restricted, discuss these options:
