What makes your quote go up or down
- Floor and lift: A third-floor DDA flat with no lift needs more labour and time than a ground-floor house. Tell us the floor on both ends.
- How much you actually have: Two families with "2 BHK" can have very different amounts of saaman. A quick video call walkthrough gives you a much more accurate price than a phone guess.
- Truck access: If the truck cannot reach your gate (common in old colonies, Laxmi Nagar lanes, or parts of Old Faridabad), we use a small vehicle to shuttle goods to the main truck. This adds a little cost, and we mention it in the quote.
- Distance within NCR: Badarpur to Sector 15 and Rohini to Sector 88 are both "Delhi to Faridabad", but the second one takes much longer.
- Date: Month-end, weekends and festive dates (Navratri, Diwali, auspicious griha pravesh days) get booked fast. A weekday in the middle of the month is usually easier to get and can be cheaper.

Keep the carrier-requested ownership documents ready and follow the carrier and manufacturer’s fuel or EV charge instructions. Things to Know on the Delhi Side
Truck timings: Delhi Traffic Police puts time restrictions on goods vehicles on many roads, especially during morning and evening peak hours. Rules also differ between small and heavy vehicles. We plan the loading so the truck moves out at a time when it is allowed. For most houses, this means the team starts early in the morning. Share your building’s actual loading hours and permissions when you book.
Pollution-related vehicle restrictions: Current GRAP directions can affect goods vehicles according to the stage, vehicle class, fuel, emission standard and registration. We need a vehicle and departure plan that follows the order applicable to the booked journey. Changing the start time alone does not remove a vehicle restriction.
Parking and lanes: In many Delhi colonies, the lane in front of the house is narrow or full of parked cars. Please inform your neighbours a day before and ask them to keep the space in front of your gate free for an hour or two. In DDA flats, check with your RWA if they need a gate pass or a written note for moving out.
Shifting into Faridabad: Society Rules and Local Areas
Faridabad has two very different types of housing, and the moving day plan changes depending on where you are going.
Greater Faridabad (Neharpar) sectors 75 to 89 are mostly high-rise societies. Check with the maintenance office about move-in permission, goods-lift booking, loading hours, vehicle entry and any deposit. Share the approved slot and required lift protection with us before dispatch.
Old Faridabad, NIT and the older sectors (Sector 7, 9, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 28 and nearby) are mostly independent houses and builder floors. Check permission even for an independent property. Some lanes have limited turning space, and builder floors may need stair carries. Describe the floor, landing width and stopping point so labour and any transfer can be planned.
Ballabhgarh and the sectors near it are a little further. If you are moving here from North or West Delhi, allow for a longer drive and confirm that the receiving slot still works.
Packing, Loading and Delivery: A Typical Move Plan
Here is how a 2 BHK move from South Delhi to Faridabad can be planned, so you know what to expect on the day:
