Packers and Movers Bangalore to Noida and Greater Noida
Moving from Bangalore to Noida is not a weekend job. It is roughly 2,150 km of road, six states, two very different cities and, most of the time, two apartment societies with their own rules. This route serves professionals shifting from Whitefield, Electronic City, Bellandur, HSR Layout or Sarjapur Road to an office in Sector 62, Sector 125–135 or the Greater Noida side. It also serves parents moving closer to family in NCR after years in Bengaluru.
At Agarwal (ALPM) Packers and Movers we plan household, office and vehicle transport for this corridor. Your goods are packed at your Bangalore flat, loaded into a closed container, secured under the agreed loading arrangement and taken up NH44 to Agra, then down the Yamuna Expressway into Noida or Greater Noida. You get the price in writing before packing starts, a numbered inventory of every carton, and one coordinator you can call or WhatsApp until the last box is inside your new home.

Bangalore to Noida Shifting Charges
The indicative rates below separate shared part-load from a dedicated truck. Approximate volumes help a survey; they are not a fixed volume for every home of the same BHK size. Your actual items, packing, access and delivery slot determine the final quote.
| Home Size | Approx Volume | Shared Part-Load (PTL) | Dedicated Full Truck (FTL) | Planning window after loading |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 RK / Studio / Few Items | 200 – 350 CFT | ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 | ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 | Dedicated 4–5 days; shared 6–8 days |
| 1 BHK Complete Household | 400 – 650 CFT | ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 | ₹27,000 – ₹36,000 | Dedicated 4–5 days; shared 6–8 days |
| 2 BHK Family Apartment | 700 – 1,100 CFT | ₹27,000 – ₹38,000 | ₹37,000 – ₹50,000 | Dedicated 4–5 days; shared 6–8 days |
| 3 BHK Apartment / House | 1,200 – 1,800 CFT | ₹38,000 – ₹52,000 | ₹52,000 – ₹72,000 | Dedicated 4–5 days; shared 6–8 days |
| 4+ BHK / Independent Villa | 1,900 – 2,800+ CFT | Customized | ₹70,000 – ₹1,05,000+ | Dedicated 4–5 days; shared 6–8 days |
Optional technician work and crating
| Service Type | Description | Standard Rates |
|---|---|---|
| Split AC Uninstallation & Packing | Safe gas lock, outdoor/indoor unit packing with foam & pipe preservation | ₹1,200 – ₹2,200 per unit |
| Geyser & Water Purifier Dismantling | Plumbing detachment, internal water drainage & bubble padding | ₹400 – ₹700 per appliance |
| Custom Wooden Crating | Tailored wooden framing for marble dining tops, 65+ inch OLED TVs, or crystal chandeliers | ₹1,500 – ₹3,000 per crate |
These add-on rates are indicative. AC, plumbing and electrical work need suitable technicians. Larger or unusually fragile crates need an item-specific assessment, and any installation at Noida should be listed separately from removal in Bangalore.
What the Quote Covers and What Can Cost Extra
We would rather tell you upfront than argue at the gate. Set out these items in the written household scope:
- Packing material and packing labour at your Bangalore home
- Loading, the container and highway tolls up to Noida
- Unloading, carrying goods up by service lift, and basic reassembly of beds and wardrobes
- Applicable GST shown clearly in the payable total
Things that are charged separately, and only if you need them:
- AC uninstall/install, geyser and RO removal (rates in the add-on table above)
- Wooden crates for marble tops, large TVs, chandeliers or idols
- Storage, if your Noida flat is not ready on the delivery date
- Staircase carry when there is no lift, or a long carry from a far gate to the tower
- Transit insurance
- Car or bike transport
Agree the complete scope and exclusions before booking. If you add items after the survey, we revise the quote in writing first.
NH44 to Agra and the Yamuna Expressway Approach
The planned corridor is roughly 2,150 km depending on the actual addresses. It passes through Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The final approach via Agra and Yamuna Expressway can reach the Noida–Greater Noida belt without using central Delhi streets.
| Route Stage | Highway Stretch | Key Cities Covered | Operational Details |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stage 1: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana | NH44 | Bengaluru → Anantapur → Kurnool → Hyderabad ORR | Hyderabad ORR can avoid the inner-city approach; use the connection allowed for the booked vehicle |
| Stage 2 (Telangana → Maharashtra) | NH 44 | Nirmal → Adilabad → Hinganghat → Nagpur | Plan safe breaks and any required vehicle checks; actual stops depend on the dispatch |
| Stage 3 (Maharashtra → Madhya Pradesh) | NH 44 (North-South Corridor) | Nagpur → Seoni → Sagar → Babina → Jhansi | Allow time for safe driving, breaks and current highway conditions |
| Stage 4: Jhansi, Gwalior, Agra and Noida approach | NH 44 → Yamuna Expressway | Jhansi → Gwalior → Agra → Jewar → Noida Expressway | Enters Delhi-NCR directly via the 6-lane Yamuna Expressway without entering congested Delhi city roads |
Plan roughly 4–5 days of road time after loading for a dedicated household truck and 6–8 days for a shared load. Packing time is additional. Safe driving breaks, weather, consolidation and the receiving society’s unloading slot can extend the arrival window.
How the Move Happens: Survey to Delivery
People often ask us what happens between "booking confirmed" and "truck at the gate". Here is the usual sequence for a dedicated container. Shared part-load follows the same steps, it just takes a few extra days on the road.
- Survey (2 to 7 days before): Our surveyor comes home or does a video call, goes room by room and notes the bigger items, AC units, TVs, glass tops and anything that needs a wooden crate. You get a written quote on the basis of this list.
- Booking and dates: We fix the packing date in Bangalore and a tentative delivery date in Noida. This is the time to tell your Noida society about the move-in, not on the last day.
- Packing day: The assessed packing crew packs everything, labels each carton with a number and the room it goes to, and dismantles beds, wardrobes and tables. A 2 BHK normally takes one full day.
- Loading and sealing: Cartons and furniture are loaded, the inventory is signed by both sides, and record the agreed vehicle locking or sealing arrangement. Keep the vehicle and inventory details on your phone.
- On the road: Road time for a dedicated container is usually 4 to 5 days. You can call the coordinator for location updates. Expect slow movement in heavy rain in Central India and in fog on the Yamuna Expressway in December–January.
- Delivery in Noida: Check the vehicle and any recorded seal before unloading. Our team unloads, carries goods up the service lift, places furniture room-wise, reassembles beds and wardrobes and completes agreed packing-waste removal.
- Checking: Tick off carton numbers against the inventory before signing. If anything is missing or damaged, write it on the delivery sheet then and there and click photos.
Before Leaving Bangalore: Move-Out Preparation
A lot of the delays we see on this route start on the Bangalore side, not in Noida. A few things worth sorting out early:
- Move-out permission from your apartment: Gated communities in Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Bellandur and Electronic City usually want a move-out pass on MyGate, NoBrokerHood or ApnaComplex, and many will not issue it until maintenance dues are cleared. Apply at least two days in advance.
- Truck parking and timing: Big containers face time restrictions on many city roads, and some layouts in HSR, Koramangala and Indiranagar have narrow lanes. Share your exact address and building details at the time of survey so we can plan the loading slot and parking properly.
- Deposit and handover: If you are in a rented flat, plan the landlord inspection after packing is over, when the flat is empty. Keep photos of the empty flat for your security deposit.
- Gas, internet and electricity: Follow your LPG supplier’s transfer process, arrange broadband closure or transfer, and settle the electricity account as applicable.
- Keep a bag with you: Documents, jewellery, laptops you need daily, medicines and enough clothes and essentials for the booked transit window should travel with you, not in the truck.
Noida High-Rise Entry Passes, Lifts and Last-Mile Delivery
A Noida sector name alone is not enough for a delivery plan. Record the society, tower, flat, floor, gate and the contact authorised to receive the goods. Many complexes in Sectors 74–78, 121, 128, 137, 143 and 150, and in Greater Noida West, use advance move-in requests and lift bookings.
Permissions and service lift
Apply through the society’s resident app or estate office early. Get the approved day and unloading window, any refundable deposit or lift fee, and required driver/vehicle details. Use the lift permitted by the association; passenger-lift restrictions vary by building.
Gate-to-tower access
Measure the gate, approach, parking and basement height. A long highway truck may not reach a low basement or a tight tower entrance. If a smaller pickup is needed between an accessible stopping point and the tower, agree the transfer, handling and carrying charges before dispatch.
Unloading and refitting
Check lift padding, stair access for oversized furniture and restrictions on drilling or noisy work. Agree the unpacking and furniture refitting scope. Do not assume one citywide 10 AM–6 PM rule applies to every society.
Noida, Greater Noida West, Greater Noida and YEIDA Areas
We deliver across the whole Noida–Greater Noida belt. The actual sector, society entrance, carrying distance and booked vehicle affect the delivery price. Quote Greater Noida, Greater Noida West and YEIDA addresses by their full destination pin.

Packing Electronics, Furniture and Fragile Items
A long route needs dry packing and stable loading, not only outer film. Match cartons and padding to the contents, protect polished surfaces and corners, keep fragile pieces clear of crushing loads, and use suitable restraints for heavy furniture.
Monitors, CPUs and home workstations
Use suitable anti-static protection, fitted screen/corner supports and strong boxes. Original boxes help when matching inner supports are intact. Back up data, label cables and carry essential laptops and drives yourself. Discuss heavy internal gaming-PC components and manufacturer preparation before packing.
Large TVs, glass and stone pieces
TVs need fitted screen protection and an assessed upright loading plan. Large displays, glass tops, marble pooja units and chandeliers may need a separately assessed crate. The packing must also fit the doors and lift at both homes.
Furniture, upholstery and appliances
Assess dismantling of beds, desks and wardrobes, and label fittings by item. Protect sofa fabric and mattresses while keeping them dry before wrapping. Drain and secure appliances according to the manufacturer’s transport instructions; arrange transit bolts for a front-load washer and qualified reconnection where needed.
| Packing Layer | Material Used | Purpose & Protection |
|---|---|---|
| Layer 1: Surface Protection | Micro-foam sheet & anti-static wrap | Protects against scratches, dust, and friction on polished wooden and metallic surfaces. |
| Layer 2: Shock Absorption | Suitable cushioning wrap | Cushions delicate glassware, crockery, home appliances, and electronic goods. |
| Layer 3: Structural Strength | Suitable heavy-duty corrugated sheets/cartons | Provides heavy outer box strength so cartons do not bend or crush when stacked inside the container. |
| Layer 4: Corner Reinforcement | High-density L-shaped hardboard corner protectors | Safeguards sharp table corners, wardrobe edges, bed corners, and washing machine borders. |
| Layer 5: Waterproof Seal | Protective stretch film and sealing materials | Shields the consignment from highway rain, damp weather, and road dust during multi-state transit. |
Car and Bike Transport from Bangalore to Noida
Book the vehicle by model and the actual carrier, with loading and delivery points recorded. A car carrier may follow a different schedule from the household truck. A motorcycle can be assessed with a household load if space, carrier acceptance and restraints suit it.
Cars need suitable wheel restraint and a condition report. Bikes need protection for vulnerable panels and detachable parts, with a fitted crate if selected and required. Follow the booked carrier’s model-specific fuel, battery and EV preparation instructions. Photograph existing marks, fuel and odometer readings at handover and compare them at delivery.
For transport, keep the RC, valid insurance, PUC and a copy of your ID ready. We note these on the vehicle receipt at pickup.
For a long-term move with a Karnataka vehicle, check the applicable NOC, registration reassignment and UP road-tax process with the registering RTO and the relevant Gautam Buddh Nagar office. Ask about lender consent if the vehicle is financed, any eligible Karnataka tax refund, and the rules for BH-series or temporary stays. Vehicle transport does not itself complete these formalities.
Household Papers and Corporate Reimbursement
Keep your signed inventory, lorry receipt, identity/address details and a declaration for used personal household effects together. For employer-funded relocation, share the required billing fields and document checklist before booking. Reimbursement approval remains subject to the employer’s rules.
- GST tax invoice: Proper invoice with our GSTIN, SAC code for the service, your name or company billing details, and the move date. This is what most HR and finance teams ask for.
- Lorry receipt (bilty): Signed LR with pickup address, delivery address and consignment details.
- Packing list: Carton-wise inventory that matches what was loaded. Some companies want this along with the invoice.
- E-way bill where applicable: Used personal household effects are treated differently from commercial goods. Confirm applicable invoices and e-way documentation for the actual consignment before dispatch; there is no separate e-way bill for each state.
- Vehicle documents: For car or bike transport, a separate vehicle receipt and condition report is given, which also helps for claims.
Transit Insurance and Damage Reporting
Transit insurance is optional. Before dispatch, get the actual insurer, policy number, declared goods value, premium, covered risks, exclusions, excess and claim procedure in writing. Cover varies by policy; do not assume every type of damage or owner-packed item is included.
Declare items and values carefully, retain the inventory and policy, and record visible loss or damage on the delivery receipt. Photograph it and report promptly through the agreed contact. Claim settlement follows the issued policy.
Payment Stages and Changes to the Booking
Agree the advance, loading/delivery balance, receipts and cancellation or date-change terms in the written quote before paying. Pay through the named company channel or authorised recipient, and retain each receipt. No deposit percentage or payment stage should be assumed from a generic online example.
If the inventory, society slot or access changes, discuss the revised work and price before it is carried out. Report any delivery loss or damage promptly, with photographs and notes on the delivery sheet, using the booking and policy process that applies.
Rain, Winter Fog and Choosing a Moving Date
March to June is the busiest period because of school admissions and appraisal-time job changes. Trucks get booked early, so plan 2 to 3 weeks ahead in these months. July to September brings heavy rain across Telangana, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, so extra buffer may be needed. December and January bring dense fog on the Yamuna Expressway, and trucks slow down early mornings. October, November and February are often easier months to plan for this route. Mid-month dates are also easier to get than the 1st or the last week, when most rental agreements start and end.
Items to Carry Yourself or Keep Out of the Truck
For safety and legal reasons, please keep these out of the truck: LPG cylinders (even empty ones should be fully disconnected and handed to the gas agency), petrol, kerosene, paint thinner, firecrackers, acids and cleaning chemicals in bulk, live plants in large numbers, and perishable food. Cash, gold, important documents and hard drives with work data should always travel with you.
Numbered Cartons and the Noida Receiving Check

Use one numbered inventory from Bangalore pickup to Noida delivery. Add the destination room and mark essentials to open first. List wrapped furniture separately from the carton count, and send the list to the authorised receiver before dispatch.
Match numbers as items are unloaded. Note missing packages or visible damage before signing the delivery record, and keep photographs. Follow appliance standing-time guidance and complete the agreed furniture refitting before handover.
