Why two 2 BHK quotes can be quite different
- Amount of stuff: Two families with "2 BHK" can have very different loads. A home with a sofa set, a double-door fridge, two wardrobes and 40 cartons needs a bigger truck than a bachelor 2 BHK.
- Floor and lift: 6th floor without a working lift means more labour, both in Bangalore and in Nashik.
- Truck access: If the truck cannot reach your building gate, a smaller vehicle or extra carrying distance is needed.
- Special items: Marble mandir, glass dining top, big TV, piano or gym equipment need crating or extra care.
