Bike transport charges range from Rs.3,000 to Rs.5,000 depending on the bike type and packing level. Scooters and mopeds (Activa, Jupiter) cost Rs.3,000–Rs.4,500 with standard packing. Commuter bikes (Splendor, Shine, Pulsar 150) cost Rs.3,500–Rs.5,500. Sports bikes (KTM Duke, R15) cost Rs.4,500–Rs.7,000. Cruisers like Royal Enfield Classic 350 cost Rs.5,500–Rs.8,500. Premium superbikes with wooden crating cost Rs.10,000–Rs.15,000. All prices are all-inclusive with packing, transport, insurance, and door-to-door delivery.

Standard door-to-door delivery takes 2–4 days. The actual NH44 transit is only 10–14 hours, but the total time includes packing at Bangalore, truck consolidation, border checkpoint clearance, and delivery scheduling in Hyderabad. If you need urgent delivery, ask about our express service which delivers within 24–48 hours at a premium charge.

Always in an enclosed, weatherproof containerised truck. We never use open trucks for bike transport. Our enclosed containers protect your bike from rain, dust, sun, and highway debris throughout the 570 km journey. Each bike sits in an individual wheel-locking slot and does not lean on other vehicles.

Almost completely, but not 100% dry. Keep fuel at the reserve level (below 500ml). Unlike Indian Railways which requires complete fuel draining, we allow a minimal amount so the bike can be started for loading and unloading. However, a full tank is strictly not allowed for safety reasons inside the enclosed container.

Yes. Comprehensive transit insurance is included in every quote. It covers damage during packing, loading, NH44 transit, and unloading. In the unlikely event of any damage, note it on the Proof of Delivery document and report it to your coordinator within 48 hours. We process claims in-house within 7 working days.

Absolutely not. Your bike is only started to wheel it onto and off the hydraulic ramp. The entire 570 km is traveled inside the container. The odometer reading should increase by no more than 1–5 km between pickup and delivery. We document the odometer in the pre-dispatch Condition Report as proof.

You need photocopies or digital scans of: (1) RC Book, (2) Valid Insurance Policy, (3) Valid PUC Certificate, and (4) Owner’s Aadhaar or PAN Card. Original documents remain with you at all times. We use these copies to generate the E-way bill and clear the Karnataka-Telangana border checkpoint.

We allow small, non-valuable accessories that are part of the bike (top box if bolted, crash guard, tank guard). However, we strongly recommend removing loose items like helmets, tank bags, phone mounts, and saddle bags. These are not covered under transit insurance. If you must send a helmet, we can pack it separately inside the same container.

Yes, railways parcel is cheaper (Rs.600–Rs.1,500). But it requires you to personally visit the parcel office, completely drain the fuel, arrange your own packing, wait in queues, and collect from the destination station. There is no door-to-door service, no GPS tracking, no professional packing, and minimal insurance. For bikes valued above Rs.80,000, we strongly recommend professional transport for complete safety and zero hassle.
