Complete these steps before our team arrives for pickup. They protect your bike and ensure a smooth handover without delays:
Clean your bike thoroughly — a clean bike makes pre-dispatch scratches clearly visible in the Condition Report. Never hand over a muddy bike.
Remove all loose accessories — GPS mounts, phone holders, tank bags, saddlebags, and rearview mirror extensions must come with you, not stay on the bike.
Deflate tyres slightly — reduce air pressure to 25-28 psi before handover. This prevents tyre blowout due to heat expansion in the enclosed carrier during transit.
Remove fragile aftermarket accessories — custom tail lights, decorative LED strips, and wind deflectors should be removed and carried separately.
Take your own photos before pickup — photograph your bike from all angles before handover as your personal additional record.
Keep all keys with you — do not leave keys in the bike. We never start your engine during loading, positioning, or unloading.
Note current odometer reading — document the mileage before handover. The delivered bike odometer will be identical since we never ride your bike.
Keep RC, insurance, and PUC ready — our executive will verify and record these details. Originals always stay with you.
Disable alarm system — factory alarms can trigger from vibration during transit. Disable or lower alarm sensitivity to prevent battery drain during 10+ hour transit.
Check for existing leaks — if your bike has a known coolant or oil leak, inform our team upfront so we pack absorbent material underneath during transit.
