Complete these steps before our pickup team arrives at your Bangalore address. This ensures smooth handover, accurate condition reporting, and compliance with inter-state transit regulations:
Wash and clean your bike — a clean bike makes existing scratches clearly visible in the Condition Report. Never hand over a dusty or muddy vehicle as pre-existing marks become impossible to distinguish.
Drain the fuel tank to minimum level — keep fuel at reserve or just above empty. Excess fuel increases weight and creates a fire hazard inside an enclosed container on a 570 km highway transit. A quarter liter is sufficient.
Remove all aftermarket accessories that are detachable — phone mounts, GoPro brackets, loose saddle bags, tank bags, and handlebar USB chargers. These items are not covered under transit insurance and may get damaged during packing.
Disconnect any aftermarket alarm or GPS tracker — aftermarket alarms triggered by truck vibration will drain your battery completely during the 10–14 hour transit. Either disconnect the alarm or inform our handler.
Take your own photographs — capture your bike from all 4 angles, close-up of both side panels, instrument cluster, and the odometer reading. Keep these as your personal timestamped record, separate from our Condition Report.
Note the current odometer reading — document exact kilometers. The delivered bike's odometer will only increase by 1–5 km (the distance from your house to our loading point). Any higher increase means the bike was ridden, which should not happen.
Hand over only one set of keys — provide only the main key. Keep your duplicate key safely with you. If you have keyless ignition, share the access code with our coordinator securely.
Check tyre pressure — slightly deflate both tyres to 80% of recommended PSI. This prevents tyre expansion due to heat buildup inside the enclosed container during summer transits.
Keep documents ready — RC book, valid insurance, and PUC certificate. Original documents stay with you. We require photocopies or clear digital scans for E-way bill generation and border checkpoint clearance.
