Packers and Movers from Gurgaon to Bikaner
Planning a Gurgaon to Bikaner move? The road journey is roughly 425–445 km between selected city points. Allow an estimated 1–2 days for a dedicated move or 3–5 days for a shared load, from pickup to completed unloading. A 2 BHK planning budget is ₹18,500–₹30,500; inventory, vehicle choice and access at both addresses determine the final quote.

Gurgaon to Bikaner distance and road options
A map check using selected city points on 18 October 2026 showed three realistic driving routes. All three land close to 430 km, which is why we describe the trip as roughly 425 to 445 km instead of quoting one fixed number. Your own figure shifts a little with the Gurgaon sector or society you start from and the part of Bikaner you finish in.
| Route | Distance | Car drive time |
|---|---|---|
| Via NH11 | 428 km | 7 h 23 min |
| Via NH48 and NH11 | 441 km | 8 h 3 min |
| Via MDR93 and NH11 | 428 km | 7 h 37 min |
Two cautions apply. First, those times are for a car. A loaded truck may be routed differently, so the route and the vehicle’s eligibility are confirmed against your actual pickup and drop addresses. Second, 7 to 8 hours of driving is not the length of your move. It leaves out packing, loading, driver rest, unloading and any wait for access at either end.
How long a Gurgaon to Bikaner move takes
As a planning estimate, a dedicated truck takes 1 to 2 days from pickup to finished unloading. A shared load takes 3 to 5 days, because that figure includes consolidation: your goods wait while the truck is filled or other pickups are completed.
These are estimates, not a clock. What counts is the pickup date, dispatch date and delivery window agreed for your move. Ask for those in writing instead of relying on how long someone else’s last trip took, and be cautious about any promise that a whole move will finish in a fixed number of hours.
What stretches or shortens the timeline
- Volume: a full 3 BHK needs a longer loading day than a few boxes.
- Gurgaon pickup: society move-out timings, lift booking and where the truck can stand.
- Bikaner access: lane width, stairs and carry distance, covered further down.
- Readiness at the destination: whether the new home or office is open when the truck arrives.
Plan the stopping point and a staged unload for hot or dusty conditions
Check the current Bikaner forecast and district warning before fixing the receiving appointment. If heat or blowing dust affects your date, discuss a workable unloading slot with the crew and receiver, within the building’s actual access hours. Moving the appointment to later in the day is useful only if there is still time to finish the carry; it is not a reason to assume a closed gate will stay open.
For a Kote Gate, Daga Chowk or Joshiwara drop with a longer carry or an agreed feeder transfer, identify a suitable staging point before dispatch. Agree how smaller batches can go from the vehicle into the building instead of placing the whole load outside while the path is cleared. Keep the inventory count at each accepted transfer. If conditions stop safe handling, agree who can authorise a pause, where the goods would wait and any charge, then reconfirm the receiver rather than leaving electronics or soft furnishings exposed at the stopping point.
Gurgaon to Bikaner shifting charges for household moves
The ranges below are planning guides based on published market bands for comparable 400 to 600 km moves, checked against the 428 to 441 km distance here. They are not an ALPM tariff, and they are not the price on a completed invoice.
| Home size | Planning guide |
|---|---|
| 1 BHK | Rs 15,500 – Rs 24,500 |
| 2 BHK | Rs 18,500 – Rs 30,500 |
| 3 BHK | Rs 21,500 – Rs 35,500 |
| 4 BHK, villa, office or a few items | Assessed after the inventory |
The spread inside each band comes from floors and lift access, how much furniture there is, how much packing you want done, shared versus dedicated, and the access at the Bikaner end. A 4 BHK, a villa, an office or a handful of items is assessed instead of guessed.
What the core price covers
The core of a quote is packing, loading, road transport and unloading, agreed for your inventory. Anything beyond that should be written down as included or excluded:
- GST
- Tolls on the selected route
- Any transit cover you choose for the goods
- Fitting or refitting work by a technician
- Stair carry, long carry or a feeder vehicle at either end
- Holding or storage days if the new place is not ready
A worked illustration
Purely as an illustration, a 2 BHK core quote of Rs 24,000 plus an agreed feeder vehicle at Rs 1,500 comes to Rs 25,500, before any GST or selected cover shown as excluded. That is not a real job or invoice, and Bikaner has no fixed feeder fee. A feeder is added only if the address check shows it is needed and you agree to it.
Car transport and bike transport from Gurgaon to Bikaner
Vehicle transport is priced by vehicle type and carrier, not by distance alone. These are planning guides for enclosed car carriers and for bikes.
| Vehicle | Planning guide |
|---|---|
| Compact car, enclosed | Rs 14,500 – Rs 17,500 |
| Sedan, enclosed | Rs 16,500 – Rs 20,000 |
| Standard SUV, enclosed | Rs 19,000 – Rs 23,500 |
| Commuter bike | Rs 6,500 – Rs 9,500 |
| Scooter | Rs 6,200 – Rs 8,400 |
An open carrier is assessed on its own and does not sit in the enclosed band above. Heavy or premium bikes, electric vehicles and non-running vehicles need the carrier to accept them first, and an EV is never priced by an engine capacity it does not have. Share the exact model, the collection and handover dates, and whether the vehicle starts and runs, so availability is confirmed before you commit.
ALPM assesses the vehicle and coordinates the transport. The vehicle moves on a carrier arranged after that assessment, so what protects it is that carrier’s terms plus any cover you choose. Some covers ask for photos or a condition note before loading, so read both before the vehicle leaves.
Kote Gate, Daga Chowk and Joshiwara: plan the last stretch
For a delivery near Kote Gate, Daga Chowk or Joshiwara, check the actual approach to the building. A narrow lane, tight turn or distant stopping point can change the unloading plan. Record the access before dispatch so that the vehicle and carrying work can be assessed.
We do not assume a blanket truck ban in Kote Gate, Daga Chowk or Joshiwara, and we do not quote fixed no-entry hours for them without checking. Practice can differ by lane and by time of day. Instead, we ask the receiver for the following:
- The legal point where a truck can stop, as close to the house as possible.
- The carry length from that stop to the door, in rough steps or metres.
- The number of stairs and floors, and whether any staircase has a turn.
- Tight corners, low wires or doorways that a wardrobe or fridge must clear.
- Photos of the lane, the stopping point and the entrance.
With that record in hand, the team can assess whether a smaller feeder vehicle is needed, check availability and include any agreed transfer and carrying work in the quote.
JNV Colony, Pawanpuri, Sadul Ganj, Lalgarh and Gangashahar
In the residential colonies the questions change. The issues here are building or society rules, the floor, whether there is a working lift, and where a large vehicle can stand without blocking the road. Society approval is never automatic, so ask the building about move-in timings, service lift rules and any deposit before the date is set.
Share the full address with a landmark and, for apartments, the tower and floor. Rani Bazar needs one extra check: the name belongs to a town locality and also appears among Bikaner’s industrial-area names, so confirm which one your address is.
Offices and stock in Bikaner’s RIICO industrial areas
If you are shifting an office or stock to an industrial address, the area name alone is not enough. RIICO’s official page of industrial-area layouts for Rajasthan, which we read while preparing this guide, lists several Bikaner estates and phases. They include Bichhwal, Bichhwal 2nd, Karni, Karni Extension, Khara, Nokha, Rani Bazar and SGC Karni, and the layout page showed an update dated 3 September 2026.
Give the estate and phase, plot number, contact person and receiving gate. Confirm the premises’ unloading window and whether labour or equipment must be arranged locally. An industrial-area name alone does not establish permission to enter a particular plot.
Household goods and office goods also need different handling. An office move means desks, chairs, computers, files, racks and similar assets. Industrial plots are assessed for office assets, and heavy machinery or chemicals are not promised as part of a routine office relocation from Gurgaon to Bikaner.
Nokha Road is not Nokha
Nokha Road and Nokha are not the same address. Confirm which one you mean, and have the route and any additional distance or carrying work priced against the exact address.
Documents, GST and cover
Qualifying used household effects are generally exempt from an e-way bill under the official rules. New goods, business stock and company assets are different. Ask the operator and your accountant what paperwork is needed before dispatch, because it depends on what the goods are and this guide cannot settle it for you.
On GST, read the quote line by line and see whether it is in or out. On cover, ask what the selected cover pays for, what you must do before loading to keep a claim valid (photos, an inventory, a condition note), and what the process is after damage. Do not count on a fixed settlement deadline or an automatic payout. Get the terms as they are written.
If your date might move, ask for the date-change terms in writing at booking.
Packing readiness: air cooler, water, pads and the first room
If an air cooler is travelling with your household goods, prepare it before packing day rather than leaving water inside until the truck arrives.
Air cooler preparation
- Disconnect the power and follow the manufacturer’s instructions to empty the tank and dry the unit.
- Remove or dry cooling pads only where the manual recommends it. Do not remove a wired pump or fixed fitting merely for transport.
- Bag and label detachable accessories separately; protect the controls, wheels and exterior during packing.
Furniture, fragile items and appliances
Identify glass shelves, crockery, mirrors and screen panels separately in the inventory. Agree cushioning and carton protection appropriate to each item. Confirm whether beds or wardrobes require dismantling, and keep labelled hardware with the matching furniture. Unpacking, reassembly and appliance connections should be listed in the agreed scope.
Empty and clean the refrigerator, defrost it as its manual requires, and allow it to dry before packing. Drain washing-machine hoses and use transport restraints where the manufacturer requires them. A purifier or geyser may need a technician for disconnection and refitting; arrange this before moving day.
Plan the first room at delivery
- Choose the bedroom, kitchen basics or office workstations that need to be usable first.
- Number cartons and mark their destination room and opening priority.
- Discuss loading order before packing so priority items remain accessible for unloading.
- Keep medicines, documents, chargers and valuables with you.

What ALPM covers on a Bikaner move
For Gurugram to Bikaner house shifting, ALPM handles packing, loading, transport and unloading of household goods. Office goods move on the same planning basis. ALPM also arranges local and intercity transport, assesses cars and bikes for coordinated transport, and takes storage requests if your destination is not ready.
The final mode, scope and availability are agreed for your move, not assumed. Extras such as furniture dismantling or unpacking are discussed at the inventory stage and appear in the quote only if you agree to them. Storage works the same way: location, duration and charge are settled up front.
Why consider ALPM for this route?
Use the enquiry to discuss a combined household and vehicle move, a small shared consignment or an office relocation against one clear inventory. Confirm the packing work, carrier arrangements, access requirements and payable estimate before booking. For an office, identify who can release the assets in Gurgaon and receive them in Bikaner; record computers and other equipment by asset number where applicable.
How to compare quotes for this route
- Use the same inventory, so every company prices from the same list.
- Match the mode: shared against shared, dedicated against dedicated.
- Match the scope: packing, loading, transport, unloading, and unpacking if you want it.
- Look for separate lines for GST, tolls, cover, technician work, carry and feeder.
- Get a written pickup date and delivery window.
- Check that the business name and GST number on the quote match the invoice you will receive.
If two totals differ substantially, ask each provider to confirm the inventory, vehicle mode and included work. A transport-only price and a full packing-to-unloading price answer different needs.
