Packers and Movers Noida to Faridabad
Noida to Faridabad is about 30–42 km between city map points; your exact buildings determine the route. Budget around ₹12,500–₹22,500 for a 2 BHK move. Packing, loading and receiving slots may fit one working day after assessment; otherwise plan 1–2 days.

Noida to Faridabad distance and moving time
On a map, Noida and Faridabad look close, and they are. A private-car route check in October 2026 returned three main options between the two cities. The exact distance for your move depends on where your Noida building and your Faridabad building sit, so treat about 30–42 km as the planning range and let the survey confirm the rest.
| Main corridor shown | Distance | Car drive time |
|---|---|---|
| NH148NA | About 30.4 km | About 38 min |
| Noida–Greater Noida Expressway and NH148NA | About 41.3 km | About 45 min |
| Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, Eco Park Road and NH148NA | About 30.3 km | About 41 min |
These labels name the main stretches, not every road between your two doors. A loaded goods vehicle is not a private car, so the operator confirms which corridor the vehicle can use and any current requirements for the day of your move.
Drive time is not move time
A 40-minute drive is the shortest part of the day. Packing, wrapping furniture, loading, unloading, placing items and reassembly take far longer. For a typical household, a full move can provisionally fit one working day when the survey confirms that your inventory, packing, loading, road timing and the receiving slot in Faridabad all fit together.
If they do not fit, plan the move across 1–2 days, or agree a separate pre-packing day before the loading day. Packing is still counted once; any waiting, holding or extra visit is listed separately and charged only as agreed. Larger homes, lots of fragile items, long carries or tight building windows are the usual reasons. A shared consolidated move runs on its own dispatch and delivery dates, which are confirmed individually and can take longer.
Noida to Faridabad shifting charges
The figures below are planning guides for a complete household move on this corridor. They are based on published market guides, not a fixed ALPM tariff. Your actual quote comes from your inventory, packing needs and access at both buildings, and it states the vehicle arrangement, scope, applicable GST and any cover you select.
| Home size | Budget guide | What usually moves the figure |
|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | ₹8,500–₹15,500 | Number of cartons, appliances, fragile items |
| 2 BHK | ₹12,500–₹22,500 | Furniture to dismantle, floor and lift access, carry distance |
| 3 BHK | ₹18,500–₹30,500 | Volume, wardrobes and beds, packing material grade |
| 4 BHK | ₹25,500–₹40,500 | Volume, crew size, whether the move spans two days |
| Villa or oversized inventory | Assessed | Survey of actual items and access |
| Vehicle | Budget guide | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Car by carrier | ₹12,500–₹22,500 | Optional service; many owners drive a roadworthy car themselves on this short route |
| Standard bike | ₹4,500–₹8,500 | Depends on how it travels and the handover arrangement |
| EV, non-running, modified, premium or heavy bike | Assessed | Exact model, condition and carrier type decide the price |
Few items and office goods
A single room, a few pieces of furniture or a set of office assets does not fit a home-size band. These are assessed from dimensions, weight, the asset list, packing needs and access, rather than a fixed box count, headcount or truck size.
A worked example
This example is hypothetical, not an actual invoice or job. Suppose a 2 BHK move is quoted at a base of ₹17,000 including packing, loading, transport, unloading and basic reassembly. The Faridabad tower parks goods vehicles well away from the service lift, so a long carry of ₹1,000 is agreed. The total is ₹18,000 before applicable tax, any selected cover and any separately agreed work such as a technician visit. Packing is counted once in the base and not charged again as a separate line.
What a complete quote should list
Ask for each line below to be marked once as included, excluded or not applicable, so nothing is counted twice or left out:
- Packing materials and packing labour
- Loading and transport
- Unloading and placement in rooms
- Unpacking and furniture reassembly
- Tolls and parking
- Stairs and long carry
- Shuttle vehicle, only if the survey finds it is needed
- Waiting time if a building slot slips
- Holding or storage
- Technician work for fixed appliances
- Applicable tax
- Selected cover and its terms
Label both addresses by city and sector
Noida and Faridabad both organise addresses by numbered sectors. Write Sector 77, Faridabad, Haryana rather than just Sector 77, and use the same city-and-state format for the Noida pickup. A sector number alone does not identify the destination.
Write both addresses out in full and share them with the coordinator, the crew and whoever will receive the goods. A simple template:
| Field | FROM: Noida, Uttar Pradesh | TO: Faridabad, Haryana |
|---|---|---|
| City and state | Noida, Uttar Pradesh | Faridabad, Haryana |
| Sector | Sector number | Sector number |
| Society or block | Name as shown on the main gate | Name as shown on the main gate |
| Tower | Tower or building letter | Tower or building letter |
| Gate for goods vehicles | Gate number or name | Gate number or name |
| Flat and floor | Flat number, floor | Flat number, floor |
| Contact on site | Name and phone of person handing over | Name and phone of receiver |
Add a landmark if your building is hard to find, and mention if the goods gate is different from the visitor gate. Give the goods gate location to the coordinator and receiver before moving day.
Match the Noida move-out slot with the Faridabad move-in slot
On a short route, the move is limited less by distance and more by two sets of building rules. Your Noida society decides when goods can leave, and your Faridabad building decides when they can arrive. Both need to be confirmed before anything is loaded.
| Check | Noida, move-out | Faridabad, move-in |
|---|---|---|
| Permission or clearance | Move-out clearance from the society, if it asks for one | Move-in approval, if the building asks for one |
| Lift | Service lift booked for the agreed hours | Service lift booked for the agreed hours |
| Vehicle spot | Loading bay or parking spot near the lift | Unloading spot near the lift or stairs |
| Working hours | Hours the society allows | Hours the building allows |
| Keys and access | Final handover arrangement | Keys in hand, flat unlocked and empty |
| Person present | Someone to hand over and check | Receiver to check and sign |
Will it fit in one day?
- Take the hours your Noida building allows for loading and the hours your Faridabad building allows for unloading.
- Add the packing time from the survey, the loading time, the drive with a sensible buffer, and the unloading and placement time.
- If packing, loading, driving and unloading all fit inside those two windows, a one-day move is realistic. If not, move packing to an earlier day or split loading and unloading across two days.
If Faridabad is not ready
Keys can be delayed, a lift can be out of service, or the receiver may not be available. Before loading, agree in writing what happens then: who holds the goods, where they are held, for how long, whether you can access them, and the charge and date for redelivery. A clear fallback is cheaper than a loaded vehicle waiting outside a closed gate.
Builder floors, high-rises and your largest item
A move may connect a Noida high-rise with a Faridabad builder floor, or two buildings of the same type. The two building types cause different problems, and every building should be checked on its own rather than assumed.
Builder floors and stairs
Measure your largest items before moving day: the sofa, wardrobe, double bed, fridge and any dining table. Then measure the staircase width, the tightest turn on the landing, the ceiling height at that turn and the flat door. If an item will not make the turn in one piece, it needs dismantling or another approach agreed at survey. Share the measurements and a short phone video of the staircase so the crew can plan.
High-rises and lifts
The question is not whether there is a lift but whether it is usable for your goods. Check the inside dimensions and door opening of the service lift, whether it must be booked, whether wall or floor protection is required, where the goods vehicle can stop, and how far it is from that spot to the lift. A long walk from the parking area to the lift is a long carry and should appear in the quote if it applies.
Narrow access or a restricted gate does not automatically mean a shuttle vehicle. That decision comes from the survey of your actual building.
Noida pickup: packing and loading day
The Noida end sets the pace for the whole day. A calm, well-prepared pickup is what makes a one-day move possible.
- Reserve the vehicle spot and the service lift for the agreed hours, and tell the security desk which gate the goods vehicle will use.
- Keep one area clear for packed cartons near the door so loading does not slow down.
- Set aside what travels with you: documents, jewellery, cash, medicines, chargers and laptops.
- Pack a first-night box with bedding, a few utensils, toiletries, phone chargers and basic tools, and keep it in your own car or mark it clearly to load last.
- Check the inventory against what is loaded, then walk through each room, balcony and storage space before the vehicle leaves.
- Note meter readings and take photos of the empty flat if your landlord or society needs them.
House shifting, few items and office relocation
ALPM handles household packing and moving, office goods, local and intercity transport, assessed car and bike coordination, and storage requests. The final mode, scope and availability are agreed for your move in the written quote.
Household shifting
Full-home moves include packing, loading, transport, unloading, placement in rooms, unpacking and furniture reassembly as agreed. The survey decides crew size, packing materials and whether the move fits one day.
A room or a few items
Students, professionals moving out of a shared flat and anyone with a few pieces can request a smaller move. Share a list with rough sizes, mention any heavy or fragile item and say which floors are involved.
Office goods
Desks, chairs, storage, files and IT equipment are planned from an asset list. Your own IT team handles backup, shutdown and setup; ALPM handles packing, labelling, moving and placement.
Furniture, loading, unloading and reassembly
Beds, wardrobes and tables are dismantled where needed, with fittings bagged and labelled, then reassembled at Faridabad. Modular or wall-fixed units are discussed at survey because they may need a carpenter or technician.
Shared, dedicated or transport-only
A dedicated vehicle carries your consignment on the agreed collection and delivery schedule. A shared move consolidates goods with other consignments, so dispatch and delivery dates are confirmed individually and can take longer. With transport-only service, confirm who packs, loads, secures, unloads and accepts responsibility at each handover; these tasks are not automatically included. Each has a different scope and price, and the quote names the one agreed.
Holding and storage
If you need goods held between the two homes, the request is assessed and the location, duration, access and redelivery terms are written into the quote.
Selected cover
Transit cover is optional. If you select it, the quote states its terms, what it covers and what it excludes, so read those before booking.
Packing and appliance care for a short move
A short distance does not mean lighter packing. Goods are still lifted, stacked, carried through lifts and stairwells and moved in a vehicle, so the same care applies.
Cartons and wrapping
- Keep cartons to a weight one person can lift safely. Books, files and tins go in small cartons; bedding and soft toys in larger ones.
- Fill gaps with cushioning so nothing shifts inside a carton.
- Use edge pads on table tops, mirrors and frames, and covers on mattresses.
- Move a television in its original box or a fitted TV box, never loose.
- Number each room in the new home and write that number and the contents on every carton.
- Put screws, bolts and brackets from each piece of furniture in a labelled fittings bag and keep it with that piece.
Appliances
- Empty, drain, clean and dry appliances as their manuals require. Defrost the fridge if its manual calls for it, and allow enough preparation time before packing.
- For a washing machine, check whether your model uses transit bolts or locks. Where it does, fit them as the manual describes before the move and remove them before you use it again. If they are missing, ask the manufacturer how to prepare that model.
- For the fridge, follow the manual on how it should travel and how long to wait before switching it on again.
- Air conditioners, chimneys, geysers, water purifiers and other fixed appliances should be disconnected and reinstalled by a qualified technician.

Car and bike transport Noida to Faridabad
On a route of about 30–42 km, a car carrier is a choice, not a requirement. Decide what suits your vehicle and your day.
Driving your own car
If your car is roadworthy, legally in order and you or a family member is comfortable driving it, driving it across yourself may be the simplest option. It is your decision. Keep this own-drive arrangement separate from the moving quote; consider fuel, your availability and the handover plan.
Using a carrier
A carrier makes sense when the car is not running, you cannot drive on moving day, or the vehicle is premium, modified or otherwise better kept off the road. Carrier transport is quoted separately from the household move, based on the exact model and condition, the collection point, the handover point, the receiver and the calendar. Its dates are agreed on their own and are not automatically matched to your household move.
Bikes
A standard bike can travel with the household goods or separately, as agreed in the quote. Premium, heavy, electric or non-running bikes are assessed individually.
Before handover
- Photograph the vehicle from all sides and note any existing marks.
- Record the odometer reading and the number of keys handed over.
- Keep copies of the RC and insurance ready.
- Follow the manufacturer's and the operator's instructions on fuel level and battery.
- Remove personal items and loose accessories.
Documents, e-way bill and goods that need other handling
E-way bill for household goods
Under the annexure to Rule 138(14) of the CGST Rules, used personal and household effects are generally exempt from the e-way bill requirement. Commercial stock, new goods and business assets are different: check the consignment with the operator and your accountant before the move.
Tax and employer claims
The quote states the applicable GST and any selected cover. If your employer reimburses relocation, check their requirements for quotes and invoices in advance. ALPM can provide an itemised quote, but no employer requirement can be guaranteed.
Office assets and IT
- Arrange any asset release or exit permission the building needs.
- Agree a custody list showing who hands over and who receives each asset.
- Have your qualified IT team back up data, shut down equipment and recommission it at Faridabad.
- Keep passwords and access credentials private. Movers do not need them.
Hazardous goods and valuables
Gas cylinders, fuel, chemicals and other hazardous or regulated items should move through an appropriate authorised service, not with household goods. Carry jewellery, cash, important documents and personal valuables yourself.
How your move works with ALPM
- Enquiry: call +91 94671 86002 or use the enquiry form on this page. Share both full addresses, home size or item list, preferred date and anything unusual, such as a builder floor or a car.
- Inventory review: list your items by video call or visit, including floors, lifts, stairs and parking at both buildings.
- Written quote: receive an itemised quote showing the vehicle arrangement, scope, each cost line as included, excluded or not applicable, tax and any selected cover.
- Building slots: confirm the Noida move-out and Faridabad move-in windows, keys and receiver, and agree the holding fallback.
- Packing and loading: the crew packs, labels and loads against the inventory.
- Transport: the vehicle travels on the corridor the operator confirms for the day.
- Unloading and setup: goods are unloaded, placed by room number, unpacked and reassembled as agreed.
- Check and sign-off: compare the inventory, note any concerns on the delivery record and sign.
Payment, cancellation, rescheduling and claims
Before you book, the written quote should set out the terms that apply to your move:
- Payment: any advance, when the balance is due and accepted payment methods.
- Cancellation: any notice period or charge, how the advance is treated and when any refundable amount is returned. Ask what changes if packing has started or a vehicle has been assigned.
- Rescheduling: how a date change is handled, especially if a building slot or key handover moves.
- Claims: how to report damage or loss, what evidence is needed and how the selected cover applies.
On delivery, check fragile items and furniture before signing, note any issue on the delivery record and take photos straight away. Then follow the reporting steps in your quote and cover terms.
Why plan your move with ALPM
- You speak directly to a named, registered business: AGARWAL LOGISTICS PACKERS AND MOVERS, also known as Agarwal (ALPM) Packers and Movers, GSTIN 36FDRPM0957B1ZC, trademark 7901417, registered at Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad, Telangana.
- Quotes start from an itemised inventory, so the price follows what you actually own and how it has to move.
- Every cost line is marked once as included, excluded or not applicable, which makes comparison easier.
- The plan considers both buildings, not just the road, so timing advice fits your move.
- Car and bike options are discussed honestly, including when you may not need a carrier at all.
How to compare movers for this route
Whoever you choose, compare quotes on the same footing:
- Give every mover the same inventory and the same building details.
- Check that each quote lists packing, transport, unloading, reassembly, tolls, parking, carry, waiting time, tax and cover.
- Ask whether the vehicle is dedicated or shared and how dates are confirmed.
- Confirm the business name on the quote matches the GST invoice.
- Read the cover, cancellation and claims terms rather than relying on a headline price.
- Be careful with a very low figure that leaves most lines undefined.
