Complete these steps before our pickup team arrives at your Bangalore address. This ensures smooth handover, accurate condition reporting, and compliance with inter-state transit regulations:
Wash your car thoroughly — a clean car makes existing scratches, stone chips, and dents clearly visible in the Condition Report. Never hand over a dusty vehicle as pre-existing marks become impossible to distinguish from transit damage.
Keep the fuel tank at quarter level or below — excess fuel increases vehicle weight and creates a safety risk inside an enclosed carrier on a 570 km highway transit. A quarter tank is sufficient for loading/unloading maneuvering.
Remove all personal belongings from the car — dashboard items, phone chargers, sunglasses, toll tags (FASTag stays), parking cards, and any loose items in the boot. Personal items are not covered under transit insurance.
Remove or fold external accessories — roof racks, bike mounts, rooftop cargo boxes, aftermarket spoilers (if detachable), and external antennas. These items can catch on carrier deck structures during loading.
Disable aftermarket car alarms — aftermarket alarms triggered by carrier vibration will drain your battery completely during transit. Either disconnect the alarm or share the deactivation code with our handler.
Take your own photographs — capture your car from all 4 angles, close-up of each panel, alloy wheels, windshield, and the odometer reading. Keep these as your personal timestamped record, separate from our Condition Report.
Note the current odometer reading — document exact kilometers. The delivered car's odometer should increase by only 3–8 km (the distance from your house to our loading point and from our unloading point to your Hyderabad address).
Check tyre pressure — ensure all four tyres are at the manufacturer-recommended PSI. Do not deflate. Properly inflated tyres sit better in wheel-lock clamps and prevent flat-spotting during stationary transit.
Hand over only one set of keys — provide only the main key/key fob. Keep your duplicate key safely with you. For push-button start cars, share the fob only — do not hand over the valet key or wallet card.
Keep documents ready — RC book, valid insurance, PUC certificate, and owner's Aadhaar/PAN. Original documents stay with you. We require photocopies or clear digital scans for e-way bill generation and border checkpoint clearance.
