No. We strongly advise removing all personal belongings from inside the car before handover. Items left inside the car are not covered under transit insurance. Loose items can also move during transit and scratch the interior dashboard, seats, or door panels. However, permanent accessories like a dashcam (hardwired), FASTag, and built-in child seat mounts can remain.

Either the registered owner or an authorized representative with valid ID proof and an authorization letter must be present at both pickup (Bangalore) and delivery (Hyderabad). This is mandatory for signing the Condition Report at pickup and the Proof of Delivery at delivery. If you cannot be present, a family member or colleague can represent you with proper authorization.

Yes. Cars under finance or bank loan can be transported. You will need to provide a copy of the bank’s hypothecation letter or NOC confirming they do not object to the vehicle being relocated. Most banks issue this within 2–3 working days upon request. We do not require physical bank NOC — a scanned copy shared on WhatsApp is sufficient for e-way bill generation.

We use hydraulic ramp loading systems on our enclosed car carrier trailers. The ramp angle is adjustable to accommodate low ground-clearance sedans like Honda City and Volkswagen Virtus. The ramp surface has anti-slip rubber mats. Loading is done by our trained driver at under 5 kmph crawl speed. There is zero risk of underbody scraping or bumper contact. We do not use manual push-loading or tow hooks.

In the extremely rare event of any transit damage, the pre-dispatch Condition Report (with timestamped photographs) serves as the baseline evidence. At delivery, the same report is re-verified panel by panel. If any new damage is found, it is documented immediately, and our in-house claims team initiates the insurance claim process within 24 hours. Claims are settled within 7 working days. You do not need to deal with any external party.

Yes. We regularly transport electric vehicles including Tata Nexon EV, MG ZS EV, Hyundai Ioniq 5, and BYD Atto 3 on this route. EV-specific protocol: battery must be charged between 30%–80%, regenerative braking is disabled during loading, no jump-start or tow-hook loading, and the vehicle is loaded in neutral mode (not in Park). All our handlers are trained in EV-specific loading procedures.

Only if you plan to keep the car in Telangana for more than 12 months. Under the Motor Vehicles Act, a vehicle moved to another state must be re-registered at the new state’s RTO within 12 months. You will need to get an NOC from your Karnataka RTO and then re-register at a Hyderabad RTO by paying the Telangana road tax (approximately 12%–14% of depreciated vehicle value). If your stay is less than 12 months, no re-registration is needed.
